I have been placed for work each time I showed up at opening, and paid promptly at the end of each day. They provide equipment for the jobs. You may not get to cherry pick the places you get sent to, but if you want to work they will staff you, so you can make some money. The Trojan staff are very friendly, and helpful. If you follow the rules you shouldnt have any problems.

Good for money daily... But you have to show your face a few days before they actually give you any consistent work.

Any review that is more than 1 star is a fake review!!!! The staff either writes a review themselves or may even offer work to someone who will write them a good review. The good reviews sound so good that they sound fake.

The manager and the staff are very professional at all times. And they work hard to get everyone out on time for there jobs that day

This temp agency works on a first come first serve basis. You show up at 5:30 am ready to work, then Alex will assign you to a job and put you to work. Alex has always been pleasant. Never had problems. Any time I need work, I go here. I would recommend this temp agency to anyone

Alex (the manager) and Nelly in the office are amazing people. If you are looking for a job quick, this is the place to go. I have never had any problems at this location. If you show up in the morning when the door opens and are prepared and squared they will get you out to work for sure. I really have nothing bad to say about this office or its people. The worst customer service I have had from a receptionist. Alley I believe her name is. Not only when I walked in the office did she have me siting there for 15 min before she helped me. She took a personal call from her cell phone. Then when she finally did help me, she told me the forms of id that I provided were not acceptable. My drivers licence and social security card. So I took my cards the none professional lady ( for lack of a better word) and she told me not to come back. Apparently not happy with the way I took my id. Just glad that she is in a position as such to be able to tell someone that is looking for work to not come back. I just wonder what the owner of the company would think. Oh how I hope he/she reads these reviews and does something about this Alley woman (for lack of s better word).

I came to Aurora looking for work knowing nothing and no-one, Alex talked me thru the process and told me if i was diligent in my attendance, worked and represented Trojan in a positive manner it would pay off for me, and it sure did! Of course working the beginning wages tested me, but Alex told me it would pay off and she didnt lie, Im at a great job making decent wages and taking care of my family. Thank you so much Trojan labor!

These people take you to a job 20 miles away And leave you stranded when it comes to getting a ride back. Its now 6:30 am and weve been waiting on our ride since 3. We were told the drive just left so that means we still have to wait another couple hours. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen.

The work is what youd expect from day labour, and the pay is always minimum wage (9.36/he I think) unless you suck up enough, then you *might* get 10/hr. Theyre always complaining about being short staffed, so maybe they should look at where the money is going (constant rumors of embezzlement, apparently the manager got caught at another location) and pay people what their time is actually worth.

Great help & great management. Look folks- most of the time these people are hard-working individuals. But just like “any” business that employs humans(!), maybe once in a while they’re not up to par. But that’s OK. But you cannot blame any 3rd party for the actions of others. That’s just ridiculous and inappropriate. Heck- I love going to restaurants; but I don’t blame the management or the owners when one waiter or waitress isn’t up to par. So c’mon you self righteous reviewers. Grow up & grow some and stop whining like a child, huh?! The service that these temporary labor businesses provide keeps people off the streets, keeps people working when they’re down, been layed off or have no other employment. They pay their taxes and are honest business people. So there. I’m sorry, did I roll my eyes out loud?!

Alexzandra Marilyn Burke-Whetstine is the main reason why you should stay away. She is very aggressive, looks for anyway to make you pay for items. I had a disagreement with her. She called her GM and made up stories of what was discussed. Not only that, don’t get on her wrong side cause she’ll leave fake 1 star reviews.We were her clients and for her to dig up my biz name to only post fake reviews shows the level of professionalism from her.

Dont be mislead by the reviews. This is a Horrible place to work, very unprofessional,and the lady that runs it (named Alex) treats the employees their horribly. Her verbage, the manner she communicates is ridiculous. I just got here from Houston, looking for quick work, before I get hired in Fire Protection. Trust me, who ever is reading this, there is a lot of work out here, with tons of staffing agencies. If you want to be treated civilized, like any normal Human Begin, STAY CLEAR from here, you have been for warned.

Best temp service I have worked for. The staff, Alex and Nelly are amazing and do their job very well. Very busy office and both handle it well. Christy or crissy (huge white lady) was terrible. She was dumber than a box of rocks. Glad she doesnt work there. Work your way up and you could earn some good money. I would recommend to anyone.

I love working for Alex at the Aurora location. She always helps me out. When i have problems i talk with her and she is very professional and helps me in a timely manner. I show up every morning at 530 am and get work every day. My wages have increased since Ive started in February of this year. You get out what you put into the job. Alex takes good care of her employees and customers. I have seen it first hand. Lots of crazy people walking in the door being rude. I would recommend anyone working here for cash daily.

I have never been more disrespected by a company I arrive there first to have my name first on the list she calls everyone else on the list after me intill the jobs are all gon then sends me who was first there and the rest of the people who got there later home what a joke of a temp agency I would definitely never go there if I were you not to mention she was half a hour late to open the office

I will never give a temp place 5 stars. But a lot of people think they should start at the top. And get paid more money for pushing a broom all day. The only thing I wont do is dig a trench for minimum wage. U think u should get paid top dollar for picking up trash think again. If u got good skills let them know closed mouth wont get feed. To me a job is a job b happy that u r at least working...... one temp place that will pay skilled labors is ready man off Colfax & high all temp places suck so if u dont like themdont work at them that simple

I worked for this labor place for a good month. There staff is great but the people you work with there are all hoped up on drugs so if you go to work there be careful.

They are terrible when it comes to picking people up after work and dropping off before they move very slow Alex is a cool woman at front office but besides her everyone else that works there has a bad attitude most of the time the bathroom is off limits and they have no water fountain very poor.

They not only lost there copy of my SSC and ID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But sent me to a job that didnt have the right PPE you need to stay safe. The front desk has no clue how to find you safe and good work. you have better luck looking under a rock. At least the rock will not talk to you like your nothing. they are fat lazy people that work to find you work so why did i think i would be happy with the work not sure but for all of you dont let this be a fuxxxx time for you two. I will be reaporting then to the labor

I see a lot of drug users and alcoholics in here every day. the office staff trys their best to deal with terrible bottom of the barrel people. all of them are sluggish and just looking for their next high. ive never seen the office treat anyone bad. worked for them for 7 years on and off. alex is the best manager they have ever had. silvia was an old manager and he was dealing drugs to labors. alex handles herself well. love working here when I can. stop by and get work any time. alex will take care of you. careful of the drugs sex weapons and other crazies surrounding that area

It definitely isnt worthed driving to if your a driver to load a a car full of alcoholics in your car that cant work on a ticket to the mountains far out In cowboy land with for 9 dollars come on now its 2017 not 1995 see the difference I thought so other than that beware of E 470 toll bill that I have now to DISPUTE ($) IN THE MAIL U METH HEADS 😈😈😈😈

Good service but not so great pay

Alex will tell you that if you ask to get paid, she will hold your check for a week or not pay you at all. Other people working for the company have reported hours not showing up on paycheck and being paid the amount they worked. This full of bad attitudes and one of the worst labor places Ive worked in Denver.

Not accomodating although their signs state as such. I have been to other labor places and this one really is bottom of the barrel.

After applying til 1 PM you call in daily at 7 a.m. for assignments. Seems people who live nearby with a car would fare well with that method.

Worked in the office here for some time - corporate refused to implement any type of security within the office. Not suitable for young women to be there, especially by themselves.

Alex is very rude and talks down to the the ppl who come to her because she knows their situations are hopeless. I just seen her be rude to a guy who just asked how long it would take to get his paycheck.

Kind of lame, they sent me to the wrong jobsite, drove me there even, and it was the wrong site. We had to drive 1.5 hours to get to the right one. Their mistake, and they only paid me 5 hours instead of 8.

There Alex girl at the front desk, she was having an affair with my husband.. Yep, and theres more to the story

I was being harassed at a job site and I didnt have a phone so I left and called the office and they said I can never work for them again I was the 1 being harassed why do I have to be the 1 to be punished.

Worse place yet wont give you a ticket for a repeat job that starts at 7 am but want you to still be there at 530 to just sit there then gives your job away to someone else alot of favoritism here and the staff likes to undress in the parking lot plus worse pay at 831 a hour

Extremely unprofessional. Alex and some of the other employees in the office do not do their jobs. Alex is the most unprofessional employee and has terrible customer service.
