The rating is for the staff at the location and my experience with him. That said, Google Maps is wrong. The location isn’t where it is marked on the map. Keep going on 22nd, turn right. In essence, follow the branded UPS directional signs. There was no one here when I picked up a package at 8:15 am on a Tuesday. Google hours are also wrong. See added photo - 8am to noon and 1pm to 8pm Monday-Friday. I don’t fault the staff at the location for that. He was pleasant, I was in and out in 5 minutes. But Google and UPS corporate leave a LOT to be desired. πŸ˜‘

If I could give them a 0 I would! The phone out of my package was stolen! There was an apple phone box and no phone. The driver actually told me that the sorter stole it!!! Then went on to tell me he spoke with his supervisor and a claim was filed…LIARS!!! They actually said that an attempt to deliver was never made! Terrible, terrible service! Be forewarned ups is a joke!

Place is a joke there was a mechanical delay and my package would be delayed they’ll deliver the next business day it’s Friday and now I have to wait till Monday? AND THIS WAS A URGENT MATTER that I’m supposed to wait for now.Couldn’t call or email asking if I would like to put it in a ups access location so maybe I could get it.It’s fine I’ll wait till Monday not like I paid extra for shipping for it to not come In today but for Monday. Excellent.

The worst service ever. You call and they transfer you to a non-human computer that cant answer your specific questions. FEDEX and USPS never returned my package without delivering, yet UPS does it. So weird! Very bad service.

These guys are horrible. I ordered a really expensive computer that was supposed to be delievered on the 21st. I even stayed home all day so i could sign for it but the driver didnt even knock on my door and left a note saying SoOrY wE mIsSeD yOu now my package is being held here when it should be at the ups access point that the driver wrote down. This is my first and last time Ill EVER EVER EVER use ups.UPDATE: I reached out to UPS support via twitter and as you can imagine, talking to a brick wall would be far more productive then reaching out to UPS support.

I have been waiting for a package which was shipped GROUND from Florida on 04/22/2021. It took less than a week for it to get here to Denver, but then it was lost ever since. So close yet so far away! I started a claim two weeks ago and within two days the status of my package moved from delayed to labeled and on the way. That was nearly two weeks ago! Still nothing. And I cannot get a live person on the phone to save my life. According to my Google search a LIVE representative is available 24/7 on the 800 hotline number provided. What a joke. Each time I call, the automated voice says Sorry we cannot connect you with an agent... call back or go on-line... and then it disconnects the call. It is maddening! I am utterly disappointed at the lack of customer care from UPS and so many other companies in this day and age!

8 to noon come most people going in 7 am and get out for break at 12 but they close at 12 so theres never a chance to pick it up your package its frustrating I have a package that I havent been able to pick up due to hours that they open and close that needs to change asap!

There needs to be better signage so you can find the customer care center building. Once I found the customer care center it was a quick and easy experience. There was no line and the customer care rep was awesome. Unfortunately looking for parking because you went to the wrong building took up too much of my time. So better signage would help. Plan ahead so you have the time to find it.

I trained at this hub for one shift. The job description was package and handling. I left after the start of the second training shift because the pay was different than what I was told. I never got paid for those four hours. How can I get a hold of HR?

The customer center is hard to find and the layout is really bad. They should have make it easy for customers to come in at the first driveway off ensanada, instead its gated area. The address is totally misleading listed as 23rd, the customer service area is actually off 22nd. You have to really pay attention to the small brown signs with small white text to eventually find the customer center. Oh, and dont bother asking anyone along the way where the customer center, employees will deny that there is one and try to send you to commerce city. And once you find the right place to go and enter the building you will lose cell service, so make sure you screen shot your tracking info. At least they were able to find my package.

My boyfriend use to work here and they fired him for a family emergency and they never told HR about his family leave they fired him for there mistake he was a very hard worker for them and plus they wouldnt even tell us how to get his w2s and there phone number on google doesnt even work to call and ask them and we need to get ahold of them so we can get our taxes done this is just bs

If I could give it no stars I would. Their phone number doesnt work and when you call customer service to have this facility call you back, they dont!!! For 4 days my package was put on a truck, out for delivery, and then said it was closed due to holiday, even though corporate said they were open!!! Horrible customer service and horrible business. I am probably going to have to pick my stuff up from this center even though their job is to DELIVER!!!!! Absolutely horrible!!!!

We have been told two separate days that our package was ready for us to pick up, we went there two days in a row and it still was not there after getting the runaround for 5 days about it getting delivered. We asked for the supervisor to please find it. We were peacefully sitting in the reception area until she came back. An hour later after they had closed the store the supervisor came out with security who told us to get out of the store. We stood up to leave and asked what they are going to do to get the package to us before we officially left, while standing at the door to leave. The security proceeded to push my husband out with her body without her mask on and called the cops saying we wouldnt leave when all we were asking was what they will do to get us the package tomorrow. We left with no package and no answers. It was set to be delivered 5 days prior to this incident. Awful customer service, awful operation.

I picked up for rather large boxes. The service people were happy to help for the most part. Very few people on a Tuesday at 9 in the morning. Social distancing is definitely in effect.

The people in the front are great! But this hub is completely worthless! Every time Ive gone in they have 1 or 2 people in there that have had their packages lost! It took them 3 days and 3 attempts to deliver my package.

The center was hard to find. Security guards were rude and did not give directions to where to go. Also, online the center says its open and hours may vary, but when you go there it says closed. The information should be more specific online. My package still says its not ready for pickup online, but calling them they say it is. There is a disconnect between what is actually happening and what information is given. I just want my package.

I have been trying to get ahold of a manager about this awful service and driver and you cant get ahold of anyone! I will make sure my things are not coming from here because this is crazy I guess the driver act how the whole management do because they are awful he very disrespectful very short and its his company so you would think he would be willing to help you understand his process but as soon as you walk up to him he looks at you like he has had bad day and dont wont his job like this is the 5th encounter I have had with this man tried call to report him and nothing gets done. Get another job if you dont want to help the people you services omg

I had a package held for pickup at this location. When I arrived, they tried to to tell me that it will take 2-3 days for me to get my package, because it hasnt been processed yet. However, after I called their 800 number and spoke to a supervisor, my package was miraculously found, and suddenly there was no need to wait 2-3 days.I am under the impression that their mail is always delayed because they simply dont unload trucks. Avoid this location whenever possible.

This place is hard to find. Once I got there, the customer rep didnt know where my package was. After some help from her colleagues, she told me to go to Englewood office to pick it up. I asked for the phone number of the Englewood office but she didnt know it. I didnt want to drive 25 miles without info. Pick up hours are limited to 8 - Noon M-F. Hello? Most people are at work at that time, let alone to drive to the edge of town for pickup. Why not add weekend hours? All in all, terrible service. FedEX every time!!!!

The place was close before the schedule time if people don’t want to work replace them and find some that they do so they stay until the time that it says on the door. The UPS building is very large and theres poor directions / signage for the customer service pickup area. Its on the South East corner of the very large buildings address. Customer Service is actually on 22nd not 23rd. And there was a better phone number I called to confirm hours. But I dont hav ed it now or know where I found it. If I could give zero stars I would!! They lost my package whike it was on hold to be picked up and then once they found it instead of letting me come pick it up they returned to sender.
