Aaron at Bite Back has been absolutely amazing! He has answered the phone when Ive called and been extremely responsive over text message, even on the weekend. Over two phone calls, I spoke with him for close to an hour, and he kindly, professionally and calmly answered my questions as if he had all the time in the world. (I later found out he was on a job, but he never made me feel rushed.) I was absolutely freaking out after finding what I thought was a live bed bug. He answered my many questions, gave me tips and talked me through a lot of information. He was clearly an expert, but was also borderline a psychologist helping to calm my nerves. Let me remind you he did all of this free of charge, without any pressure to spend money with his company. In the end, the bug I found was a BAT bug, which is nearly identical to a bed bug. So, we didnt need treatment after all. I was extremely impressed with this business and highly recommend it if you find yourself freaking out like I was!

Bite back bed bug removal was amazing! When we called them, they responded immediately. They were so kind and very knowledgeable about bed bugs. With their guidance I was able to take measures to make myself feel more comfortable until they were able to come the next day. I also felt great about them being able to remove them without chemicals! I have seen the chemical removals be very invasive and still not even work. Had one of those bed bug scares that intensified as I was doing Google searches. Couldn’t sleep so I stayed up all night to call this professional gentleman bright and early. Jacob answered promptly and listened to my concerns. I sent him a picture of the little rascal and turns out it was an earwig, which I had mistaken for a bedbug. Whew! Thank you Jacob for clarifying that false alarm for me! This review may not be of a full service, but the customer service I received for my call was excellent. Would recommend based on a prompt and professional response.

Jason was the absolute best. Responsive, punctual, and the job he did was very thorough and high-quality. Highly recommend him. Id say Id hire him again, but that doesnt make sense, since that means he did a poor job... No problems so far at all, all those little guys are gone.

Bite Back is the best there is for bed bug extermination in the Denver metro area. When I first moved into my apartment in Denver, I kept waking up with bites. As many people would do, I started freaking out! My roommate recommended I call Jacob at Bite Back to see what I could do about fixing what I thought was a bed bug problem. I called him and he answered right away. I found out during our call that he was in the airport on the way to a vacation and he still took my call! He talked me down from being very anxious about the possibility of having blood sucking creatures living in my home, and gave me instructions for how to do a quick self-inspection for bed bugs. He was very clear with his directions on what to look for while still being compassionate about the issue I was facing. He also gave me a rundown of how he treats for bugs and when I found out that he uses eco-friendly steam instead of nasty chemicals, I knew that if I found bugs, he would be my go-to for getting rid of them.After I followed his directions, I was relieved to find no signs of bed bugs and found out the bites I was getting were from spiders. He even followed up with me after he got back from vacation to make sure I was doing okay. Not only does this company treat pests in a way that is in line with my values, it seems to be run by real human beings who, at the end of the day, care more about helping others than about the bottom line. 10/10 would recommend Bite Back for anyone who is concerned about bed bugs.
