It’s unfortunate this place has so many mixed reviews because there really are some amazing nail techs here. I have been coming here for years and yes I’ve had one not so great result but I went back I’ve got my nails fixed and then it never has happened again. Their customer service is always top notch and they want to take care of their clients. I’ve always been happy with the quality, the dip powder lasts me over three weeks and the no chip pedicures are on point.

This service was $109, I feel taken advantage of. There was 2 service fees but Im only one person...? My pedicure whats $43 So I guess my nails were $66..? I had better service at the East Bank Club and it cost me less. On a lighter note Jacob did my pedicure and it was great.

Would never go here again. This is after 1.5 hours of a simple solid color dip polish manicure. They even made me pay for it. Just look at the pictures- you would think they would have said come back and we will fix it and this is on us but no, they had the nerve to charge for this awful gel polish. Would never recommend coming here. I get my nails done all the time and was extremely disappointed. I have never had such an awful gel polish. Im embarrassed to show my hands.

I love Nail Lounge. I love that I can call in and set an appointment, and have appointment honored. Roland is a perfectionist with nail shaping and design. Roland and staff greets everyone who walks in. I am usually a plain Jane type of girl and yesterday, I chose a bold color with mixed details and couldnt be happier. Also, Kevo and Tina are amazing with pedicures. Get the package with candles 🕯 youll be so satisfied!!! Thank you all

I rarely ever write reviews but i figured it was about time I wrote one. I have been going to Nail Lounge for years and definitely recommend them. The salon is beautiful inside and clean. Roland is my all time favorite but everyone there does such a great job, no matter who you get - the quality really lasts. I think it’s also important to mention that if you’re not happy for some reason they are always willing to fix it to make the customer happy. They don’t rush you and are always willing to work with you. I’m very picky and I usually come in with an idea of what I want or a picture and I am always satisfied with the end result! Tried this place twice. The first time I walked out with the driest cuticles ever. Gave them one more try and walked out with bloody cuticles. Walked to the car after a no chip fill and noticed 2 nails were dull not shiny. I walked back in to get it fixed and that was no problem (clear polish w/ 2 rounds under the lamp, and cuticle oil). Walked to my car and now 8 out 10 nails are dimpled and weird. I gave them 2 stars because everyone was very nice but the quality doesn’t match the price.

Had a very great experience here! Hands down, the best local nail salon Ive been to. The customer service was amazing and Roland made sure I left with something I wanted. I live quite far from this location, but I will be sure to return again. Wonderful customer service and quality work!

The first time I came to this place I got a pedicure and it was very nice. I went this Sunday, my second time, for a mani pedi. I got a different lady who was very rude and didnt seem to care about her service and attention to detail. She was more ready to rush out of there since they closed at 4:30 that day. we had our appointment at 3:00 which was booked as Mani and Pedis for 3 of us. If they knew they didnt have enough time to do good service, they shouldnt have booked us. My pedicure was ok, but when she got to my nails I was disappointed the whole time. Firstly she did a half job at cutting my natural nails, so you can see them underneath the nails she applied. While applying the acrylic it was very lumpy and uneven and seemed like she was struggling. I asked for Matte color and had to remind her again at the end when she was starting to apply gloss coat instead of the matte. Not to mention she was very messy with her station. At the end I thought they actually looked decent but once I got outside with better lighting, I started to notice all the flaws. I paid $95, plus a tip at the end because I thought they actually came out decent aside from the struggle. I feel the service could have been a lot better.

They charge you an extra fee because of COVID and they’re supposed to be “clean” well they didn’t seem to clean when I got a pedicure. I even caught fungus on my toe nails after getting a pedicure here. I will never come back

Got an Acrylic fill with them today and had a great experience! Called and made an appointment and the guy on the phone was extremely professional and polite. Loved the inside and atmosphere of their salon, its well decorated! The manicurist did a nice job and took her time which I really appreciated. One of my nails smudge under the dryer and the other manicurist was happy to help. He wanted to make sure I left happy with my nails and that meant a lot to me. Definitely will be back! Thank you again to everyone who works there.

The best place in have ever been to...... I am in love with my nails... money well spent... I would recommend this place 100%. Unlike most other places, they listen to what you want and exactly do it..

I went in for a manicure but honestly didnt even receive the full service. My cuticles were left raw. They didnt even give me any cuticle oil afterward. I was also not offered any clear coat or color until I asked for it. Seems like they only care about the quantity of patrons as compared to the quality of there work.

The place was very clean and everybody was nice. But.. I will say my nail definitely could of looked a lot better. My nails were not filed nicely and the dip was not smooth enough. My nails were not great but the nail technicians were nice.

I sent my two sisters there and when my sister wanted to take off her acrylic nails and wanted to do dipon her real nails they didn’t want to do it. They offended my sister and made her feel bad by saying your nails are too weak and they’re going to break. I think they should have done it because she is paying for the service and they’re not doing it for free. So my sister had to walk out of there with her acrylic nails still on! She went to another nail salon they didn’t have no problem doing it and didn’t offend her. My mom and I go here and unfortunately I don’t think I will be coming back due to how unprofessional they are.

I went to this shop for the first time on Friday 3/5, i received an acrylic fill by Katherine. It has only been a week and one nail is cracked and one has just broken. I had my nails for two weeks from my original shop and this was my first fill on these nails. I’ve never experienced my nails breaking this fast and it’s my first fill. I also don’t understand how the crack even happened if it was done correctly. The nail tech was nice but my nails are suffering.

Had minor issue with my nails after going to this nail salon for the first time. I was referred to speak with Roland. Roland is amazing! he was willing to stay after the shop closed to make sure my issue was rectified. He and Kim took their time to fix my problem, and was so apologetic and kind. Their customers service is the reason why I would be returning to this place again. The salon is beautiful and kept clean. Most of them have great customers service skills, and they want their customer to leave happy. I will definitely recommend this place.

I was deciding between a few nail salons in the area, and im so happy I went to Nail Lounge. I spoke with Roland on the phone before arriving and he was very nice and explained all the different options (I did a full set with tips and got the no chip polish on top). Im from NYC so I have tried out many nail salons before, and I am very picky about how my nails are done. David did my nails and I LOVE THEM. He was very careful and detailed, and the final results look so good! I highly recommend this nail salon.

Honestly, nail lounge is hands down (pun intended) the best nail salon Ive been to since Ive lived in Illinois. Always clean, can always achieve what I want as far as design and the prices are fair. I recommend them to everyone.

They need to learn on how to take nails off without hurting the fingers. That how I was in pain when I had a lady taking my nails off. She didnt soak them in chemicals she use clippers and. Fake nail to do my nails. And she was rough the price was way too much. She charge me too much. I might not go there. She even had a co worker sitting next to her and they was talking. I think that if u doing someone nails u should be concentrating on the customer nails and not talking to a co worker.

My boyfriend and I came for pedicures here and from the start the customer service was great and everything is very clean and this place just has good vibes!✨ I will be returning for my next mani & pedi!

My friend Daizy recommend this place so this was our first time coming to Nail Lounge. The experience was great the moment my family and I walked through the door. We were all accommodated promptly. Roland was very knowledgeable and made not only myself but my 3 yr old daughter feel very comfortable and treated her like a princess, Tony did my pedicure and it was Amazing! Thank you to Q who carried my daughter away to the drying station she was very happy. My husband as well got a pedicure and was very happy with services. I’m a new mom and have waited months to find time to treat myself to a relaxing pedicure. I chose this place because it had great reviews. I walked in and there was no wait. They had many colors to choose from and apparently I was taking too long to pick a color (that I was carefully trying to select to match a dress for a wedding) and an employee grabbed the last 3 colors I looked at and ushered me to the back telling me I had to pick from those 3! I’m then seated with ice cold water. I asked twice for the water to be hotter and it never improved. My “relaxing” pedicure was done (start to finish) in 12 minutes!! Everyone around me, even those that were there before I walked in, were still receiving their services. The kicker at the end of this unpleasant experience was a $2 COVID upcharge. I will not be returning.The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the salon appeared clean and sanitary.

So, my daughter and I have been going here on and off for over 2 years. They were AMAZING for the longest time. I always told all my friends to come here. But the last 2 months things have gone down hill. The nails are poorly done, uneven and sloppy. They are constantly rushing you and it really shows in the work. Twice now Ive sat with foils on to remove dip nails for nearly an hour with no one checking, the last time it really messed my skin up and made them peel. For my daughter the nails are constantly falling off and even though they fix them its annoying having to go back every couple of days. They havent been listening to what we ask for. Ive been really disappointed... Im due to go back and Im not sure I want to...

Tried this place for first time last Wednesday with a friend. The nail tech I got was friendly and inquired what I’m looking for exactly. The nail tech my friend got- she didn’t even say one word the whole time to my friend. Did not ask her anything.No hand massage after. $2 extra charge for covid ? Not sure why, maybe like.. 7 months ago but we are over a year out from covid. I think you are good on charging people the extra $2 charge.4 days from getting nails done here, my nails are chipped and my friend’s nails are even worse.I read reviews prior. If you want to take a 50/50 chance on getting decent service and spending $47 + tip for this, go ahead.I recommend going elsewhere.I understand Roland is very great with service and making it right, but technically we should all receive the good service the first time… 🤷‍♀️

I’ve come here twice now and both times were great! The first time I went in to get a pedicure and a polygel full set. Once I got there I was informed of a newer product builder gel so I went ahead and got that. My pedicure was done by Tony who did an amazing job and my builder gel was done by Maggie and that was wonderful as well! I hadn’t pampered myself in a while so this was a nice treat. 3 weeks later I went back because I was going to be in a wedding and once again they did not disappoint! Maggie did a fantastic job I love my nails. I referred my friend who was also the bride here when her nail tech canceled last minute and she was thrilled on how her nails came out and how she was treated. I’ll definitely be coming back here and referring anyone looking to get their nails done!

First time the quality of my nails was awful they were thick and looked a mess. Roland was great he fixed them and was very understanding on what I was expecting while paying $60+tip .. the second was awful too. I wanted ombré with using gel polish no knew how to do it. I know it can be done because that’s all I put on my nails I don’t like dip on my nails , then after looking at my nails it didn’t even looked like I got a fill they looked a week old.. I’m like tired of keep coming back getting them re- done and spending 3 hours on work that looks a mess and another hour for them to fix it plus another $60 +tip don’t get me wrong I don’t mind paying to get them done but I want them right. I’m a very picky person when it comes to my nails the only reason I went because my nail tech is onMaternity leave. But If I find a tech that I like I keep but so far there are none here. Maybe the third time will be the charm because I really need my nails done. I hate nail shop hopping. T

Not very happy with my experience): when I first came in they had me seated but I waited again for another 15-20 min to start my nails. They did not replace the towel and others nail clippings were still on the towel. I was asked to move 3 times before they started my no chip manicure because they were really busy and appointments overlapped. The manicure was mediocre, gel polish was applied very uneven and you can see dents and unevenness after it dried. They are cute but I wouldn’t say a very professional job. The staff members were all super sweet otherwise I would’ve rated one star.

VERY FRUSTRATED AFTER MY LAST TRIP TO THE NAIL LOUNGE. They have always been top notch & I have been going for years with my daughters. They have always offered a student discount & a pay in cash discount and done quality work. Apparently they have changed their good customer service and the quality of their work. Had a gel mani/pedi that totally had a chemical imbalance & became bright orange and now they are not honoring my daughters 10% student discount after she booked 3 additional friends for almost $400 worth of services. After this repair and service it will be our LAST trip to the NAIL LOUNGE in Aurora. Sad to see the changes they have had over the past year or two.

Im not an expert but I dont think there are supposed to be multiple gouges in your nail and they arent supposed to cut your actual finger till you bleed.

I didn’t have an appointment but Q was able to take me and my daughter in at the last minute which worked out fabulous....thank you Q. John did a great job on my dip nails, Im in love with the color I picked. Overall for being a first time customer I was very pleased, would recommend. ☺️

I went in to get a full set of acrylic French tip nails for my baby shower. I should of never came here, The nail tech Vicky that did my nails didnt even greet me or say a word to me she just started on my nails, she didn’t even ask me how long I wanted my nails before she just started cutting them I had to stop her and tell her that I wanted them way longer than how she did them and her and one of the other tech started telling me that shorter nails were in style & French tip had to be shorter because then it would be to much white. Weird I let her continue. She finished my nails I noticed they looked super bubbly and not what I expected I told her and all she did was paint over the tips with white nail polish which made them look even worst. I left very disappointed I didn’t want to make a big deal so I called later on that day to speak to the manager he told me to go in the following day to get them “Fixed” I went in and I voiced my concerns to Vicky and she did not care and said all she can do is paint over them she did not want to re do them for me or even reimburse me the $5 dollars that I paid for the “French” tip I paid for because she worked long and hard on my nails which only took her 30 min to do so now I am left with ugly nails for my maternity pictures and baby shower. I will definitely not be returning or recommending to anyone

I’ve been looking at my nails for a week now and can’t not stand to look at them. They are lumpy, uneven, not straight and acrylic underneath the nail uneven. I’m not sure of the woman who did them but it was terrible from the beginning. Someone else came to try to patch it up(I think a manager) didn’t work still bad. She tried to butter me up with rhinestones but I still hate the nails. It’s only been a week and most of the rhinestones are gone... smh! Don’t think I’ll be returning. Now I have to go spend more money someplace else just to fix my nails. Not to mention they aren’t cheap at all. Oh and btw my daughter got her nails done too and the no chip has all chipped off smh.

Over priced and sent know what the meaning of a manicure means. Only put my finger tips in the water NO lotion, NO massage, NO hot towel and then asked me if I wanted cuticle oil, Ill stuck to my usual place and this place reaps of acetone remover just terribble.

Im updating my review. This place is amazing!! I have been coming here for almost 2 years and they are amazing. They take care of you and make sure youre happy before you leave. If there is something you not happy with, tell them. They will fix it. I highly recommend this place. Make an appointment though, they are always busy.

The young woman who did my nails, did a fantastic job! Very clean and professional service as well as location. I did dip powder and added a design on 2 nails so she ended up needing to do a no chip gel top coat. They looked fantastic after they were done, however about a week in I had a lot of scratch marks on the tops of my nails. Ive never seen that before with dip nails so I am thinking it had to do with the no chip top coat.

Update: I just visited over the weekend and Ive got to say Im a little disappointed. I went in looking to get a red matte coffin style done. I paid for tips to have enough length to do coffin and an extra $5 to get the coffin design. I also did the DIP, because I was told that it dries matte and is better for the nail. Overall this would cost me $60 plus tip... what I ended up with was nothing of what I asked for... my nails are square shaped, I asked if she could narrow the tips to be more coffin style.. she did this hesitantly and barely filed them..i could have saved money on the length and design had I known Id get square nails anyways...my nails also were not matte, they look like plastic and you can see all imperfections since the nail was not finished. I have since finished the nails with my own matte top coat and the difference is night and day.. Ive had some inconsistency here before based on what technician Ive seen but I paid for $120 in services, I expect my nails to look exactly how I asked for that price.

My daughter and I are new to the area and come here for our nail services. Love the salon, staff, professionalism, and services! Definitely will be long time customers.

I’m rating one star because the acrylic nail set I received was not of great quality. I got them done and the shapes/nails were all different sizes and the application was lumpy. Today marks a week since I got them done and 4 nails are already lifting off and causing my fingernails to be sore. Mind you, this comes after I already had to go back to the salon a DAY after I got my nails done because my index finger nail popped off while I was buttoning my jeans. When I say popped off I mean popped off like a presson nail. I paid $67 for this set and it wasn’t worth it. Overall, I won’t be returning. They were polite but I’ll take my money elsewhere due to the subpar quality.

I am new to the area and was advised to try it out. I was so nervous but I’m glad I went. Q is so sweet and always makes me feel comfortable. I like getting a pedi with Tony and mani with Kevin. My nails are great quality and I get compliments daily. I tell everyone about this place.

I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The gentleman who did my pedicure was excellent and very thorough. No complaints with his service.The women who did my manicure however was clearly in a rush to be done. She was actually pretty rude. I wanted a marble looking design on my ring finger. When I came in and showed them a picture, they said no problem. The woman didn’t ask me any question when she was doing my nails and I had to ask again for the marble finish. She tried twice and both times it came out really bad. I just told her to forgot it. I was kinda disappointed because I was excited for the design and was told prior to the service that they would be able to do it. I’ve had this done at other salons without any problem.

I first started going here 4 years ago. It was great! But as time has gone on, the quality of my manicure/pedicure gets worse. The last couple of times I’ve gone, my toenails have chipped the same day or next day. I recently got a full set & the shape is all off. Some of my nails are lifted & the polish is lumpy. Just not a good job. I normally get a no chip and that isn’t great anymore either. I’m just disappointed because I loved them so much in the beginning & wanted to keep going there.

I started going here about 2 months ago. So far Yen, Destiny and 2 others have done my nails and they have all done an amazing job. This salon is very nice and clean. Everyone that works there normally has a name tag on and is ALWAYS extremely nice and easy to talk to. I have never waited more than 2 minutes and the extra personal touch at the end is totally worth it.. would highly recommend!

My polish was uneven and when doing my pedicure, the woman shaved the callus on my foot so deep that it cracked my skin. I would not recommend this place.

I was first initially surprised when I had called prior for price of a full set and after the service was performed I was told I needed to pay $2 coronavirus supplies fee yet I wasn’t told that on the phone nor saw any signs disclosing this information. How much are you paying for sanitizer that I didn’t even use? Washing your hands prior to polish was before the virus. I used the washroom so I washed my hands. Basically charging customers $2 for a small pump of sanitizer. Not only that within a few days at least 5 nails are lifting. I’ve been getting acrylics over 20yrs and that only means bad products being used. Sorry, wouldn’t go back.

I have been coming to this nail salon faithfully since it opened! Same great customer service and same nail techs, Tee or Destiny that does my nails!! The manager Roland greets his customers as they talk in and they are definitely up to date with the new trendy styles and super accommodating!

Amazing! Tea & Yen have done my acrylics and they are great! The pedis are great and they even use this candle wax massage that is sooooo awesome- you need to try it! I had to bring my 6 mo old with me to get a fill bc my sitter cancelled and I had an event and shes a good baby, but even babies have their moments! They didnt make me feel bad at all...just helped me get through the service and kept baby entertained. So grateful and thankful I found this place!
