The office is one of the only in Aurora and they do their best to accommodate everyone. They will write doctors notes for missed work for an appointment. They are often late so expect to wait 10 - 20 minutes in the seating area. Vicki can be eccentric but really is there to help. She wont waste time if youre ingenuine.

Dr Grossman might seem unconventional at first. But, once you develop a good relationship with her, you find out that she only has your best interests in mind and will fight for you and your well being. She is very knowledgeable but also holistic. She has a great network of contacts and is very experienced. She’s constantly looking for subtle clues to guide your treatment. Many of the previous reviews seem to be lacking in patience with their mental health treatment, and if you are getting the impression that everything is your fault, then it probably is, because with mental health, you’re the only one who can make yourself better, and the doctor’s can only advise you in their best opinion how to do that. Trust her, and she will trust you. Give yourself time to heal, and believe in yourself. There’s more to wellness than just drugs.

Good morning! All of these reviews are on the money!! Vicki grossman is a Not fit for being a mental health provider- she terminated on basis of discrimination of my situation? She knew all along how bad I suffered through ptsd- she knew that I was going through tough faze in life. I was so honest with her that my honesty was my punishment! She terminated cause I was honest- isn’t that the bridge that makes the relationship stronger between client and patients? And now I’m having the toughest time finding a doctor? I finally have insurance but can even properly use it cause there are no doctors that have any appointment in the near future. I can go on and on but I will say to stay away if you don’t want hard aches......

Vicki Grossman has helped me with my mental health IMMENSLY and all the negative reviews is more of a reflection of their poor mental status than her skills as a psychiatrist. Highly recommend her!

Ive been a patient here for a few years and havent had any issues until this past year. Vicki is always late for her appointments. Im obviously seeing her for mental health issues and she gets really hateful because I had to go an extra month between our appointments. She acts like people can just take all the time off from work that they want and still keep their jobs.

Dont bother trying to get an appointment. They have nobody to answer a call. They arent even taking new patients and make you call 4 times before I found this out on their poorly build webpage. Would give negative stars if I could.

Do not see Vicki Grossman. She needs some serious therapy herself. She is crazy and runs around her office yelling at patients and accusing them of things that are not true. She is unprofessional, crazy and dangerous.
