The workouts are some of the best I have been a part of. The owner keeps you motivated and moving. Makes you want to keep working harder for yourself, and he is right by your side the whole way. Definitely recommend for anyone starting or continuing workouts.

Started off as a beginner in boxing. Needed something to keep me moving after my football career ended. Stan has been awesome, teaching me from the ground up. Now as a firefighter, this keeps me in great cardiovascular shape which is a must for my job. Highly recommend Mastering Martial Arts for all ages and all levels.

I moved to Southern Colorado with my mother. I quickly found myself the target of a group of bullies who study karate at the Cobra Kai dojo. Fortunately, I befriened Mr. Stanley, an unassuming repairman who just happened tobe a martial arts master himself. Mr Stanley tookme under his wing, training me in a more compassionate form of karate and preparing hme to compete against the brutal Cobra Kai.He also gave me his car and taught me how to pickup white woman ☯️🥋🙏👊
