I never thought I’d say that I have a local print shop that’s like family to me! The customer service, creativity, speed, turn time, and product availability are all things I look for when doing business with someone! Especially since it’s my face and name on the looks of all my paperwork. I read some of the bad reviews, but wasn’t scared off. I got great service at Postnet and the staff is capable and very courteous. Derek is awesome! I had a couple of major strokes a couple of years ago and as a result, struggle a bit physically. They always make me comfortable!

Slow customer service experience, with UPS store less than a mile away youd think PostNet would take its customer service experience a little more seriously. I like to support local businesses but after 3 separate visits and poor customer service experiences each time, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely poor customer service. Caylin had quite the attitude when I was trying to work with her to mail 1 letter. I have used this business before and while they were never overly friendly, they did get my packages sent off properly. Unfortunately Caylin and who I guess to be the owner, found it appropriate to make fun of the customers as they are completing what should have been a quick and easy transaction. It’s not my fault that she was incompetent and got frustrated. I’m happy to take my business and my money elsewhere.

Ive ordered stickers and business cards from this location. Derek has been great to work with, very attentive and great with communication. Plus my orders have come in really quickly!

Staff is friendly and I can find what I need there, but they mark up postage over 50%. Tried to ship a small package to a customer. I had my own packaging this time. They wanted $12.95. I didnt even bother with my larger package. I took both my packages to USPS directly (10 min away) and the small one was only $6 and the large was $12. Both priority mail. I understand the need for a small mark up, but over 50%? I wont go back there.

Fast and efficient. shipping a coffee mug to WA state was nearly 25 dollars which seemed really expensive, but they dont really have any control over that I suppose. I was in and out in less than 4 minutes

Remind me to never go here again.Last time I tried to ship a small shipping bag under 12oz, it was over 10 dollars via USPS. Took it home and did it online for 5 dollars.Today I go to drop off some USPS paid items. Got major attitidude about it, asked if they offer receipt or scan items in as many small branches Ive used do that. Was quickly told NOPE and blown off. Hard to explain when something so simple as dropping off mail is so poorly handled.

Great customer service and cost half the price than their competitors to scan hundreds of documents onto a thumb drive. Highly recommend to anyone with office needs over the other companies.

Im usually just dropping off paid postage packages that just wont fit in my home mailbox the staff is always friendly and supportive.

Such a pleasure to mail packages and to fax a document. When the line is 2 or more deep someone always comes to the front to help. My favorite place!! Everyone is pleasant.

Shipping a box looking for the most cost effective way. They told me that all options were within $2 of one another at $68. I drove to post office and shipped for $29.73. guess I will never go here again.

Ive had a mailbox at PostNet for years to receive mail for my business. They always provide excellent customer service and they dont try to nickel & dime you on their very reasonable services. When shipping, they always help find the lowest price to meet your needs!

Biggest waste of time. I waited for 20 minutes before the man behind the counter told me he had no idea what he was doing and couldn’t print a jpg.

One of the ladies charged me 21 dollars for scanning 14 pages.

Throughly disgusted, I asked for three day shipping, paid for it. Yet my package has yet to be delivered a full seven days later. Beyond pissed!!
