I cant imagine how this could have been better. Our driver Jonathan was at the airport before we landed. He pulled up as soon as we stepped outside the door, loaded our bags, and took us quickly to our destination. The car was clean and well appointed. Absolutely perfect experience.He wore a mask as well.

They list if they are open 24 hours but no one answers the phone. Then I filled out the online questionnaire to have someone call me back. A couple hours later I received an email response with someone leaving me their direct phone number. I called that direct line and received voicemail. I left another message and still have not heard back from anyone I’ll find another company who answers the phone

We had a wonderful ride to the airport with Alfredo.The limo came sanitized and the driver was wearing a mask and was very nice.

We always try to patronize local businesses, as both my husband and I own small businesses close to downtown Aurora. Our first experience with Aurora Limousine (in June 2019) was amazing, and Ive already hired them again for a business excursion. More affordable than a taxi (!), unbelievably comfortable, courteous, intelligent conversation (if youre so inclined), and the response time for booking is almost immediate. All the stars! Amanda G

We used Aurora limousine to go to the Midway airport , they were here on time to pick us up very courteous helped us with our luggage. We use them to bring us back home they were there at the airport waiting for us absolutely wonderful service would use them again and again.

I had a two hour rental with them this past week. I appreciated that they were there early. And that the driver had also already drove past the pickup location to figure how to get in the schools circle drive. The driver was professional and polite -- a GREAT experience overall. I would rent from them again!
