As a first timer for laser hair removal, I had no clue what to expect from my consultation. All I knew is I was tired of shaving and tweezing. I neednt have worried, though, as from the first interaction with Natalie and Angela at the front desk, I was given the utmost attention and treated as a valued patient. Chelsea, clinical manager, then spent a full hour with me explaining the process in understandable terms and ensuring all my questions about treatment and financing were answered. What made that day even better was getting my first treatment started right then, too! Margot, my skilled technician, was extremely professional and had great bedside manner throughout the quick treatment. My second visit a month later was no different from the first; still a highly positive experience from beginning to end. This Milan LHR may just be the best location in Colorado--in a large part because of the amazing and wonderful staff here!

Had an appointment booked on 9/1/21 at 11:00am I was told previously I did not have to keep a card on file as I would be paying in cash or in full at the first to second appointment. Per their company policy they need a card on file which I dont feel comfortable providing and Ive addressed this multiple times with the billing coordinators and Courtney. My experience the first time was poor. Chelsea pressured me into running my credit to get pre-approved to know what I would qualify for. Chelsea pressed and let me know that the promotion they were running that day would no longer be valid if I didnt go through with the pre-approval to determine how much the services would be. No, thats not it works I would like to know how much the services cost first to determine if theyre affordable, next determine how I want to pay whether it be financing, monthly payments, or even paying in full. I call the next day to cancel everything because it didnt feel right and was told I need to come in person to do the cancellation as its company policy. Theyve got several company policies that are not consumer friendly and I do not agree with. I simply wanted to pay to start the services as I previously negotiated with Bianca and Courtney and would not keep a card on file because the next service I would be PIF. Apparently they didnt communicate this to this location. So, Ive given it a good three tries and do not recommend.

Milan hands down has been the best laser spa for me personally. Being an African American with ethnic hair is a challenge and the hair has steps to leaving my body. I have been to FOUR other laser spas that are very popular and on the “high end” financially.These other companies promise a “lifetime warranty” but they don’t necessarily mean lifetime especially with your maximum treatments come to an end you have to pay all over again.I’ve been with Milan going on 4yrs and have committed my entire body with Milan. Whenever I need a touch up they do not charge me. Lifetime for Milan means just that LIFETIME! I wish I would have came to this company first.Also if you’re looking for a business to not make you feel uncomfortable and treat you as their VIP customer, Milan is the place to go. The ladies located in Aurora off of S. Ironton are nothing but the BEST. Very professional and they are more like family than coworkers.

Third month in on brazilian, underarms and leg treatment and I am thrilled with the results Im already seeing.I previously had laser treatment done at a different clinic about 5 years ago with older laser tech that didnt fully get rid of my unwanted hair and over the years the hair gradually came back splotchy and thinner but still there, so I decided to look into newer laser treatments to try and get rid of the remaining hair which led me to milan.The gals at the aurora, CO location are super kind and the nurse performing my procedure is fantastic. Im eager to see how hair free Ill be in a few more months and Im super curious to see how permanent the newer laser tech is compared to the older outdated treatments Ive experienced before.

I love Milan! The fact that they offer life time warrantees and are located all over the nation is what sold me on them at first, however since starting my treatments I have been loving how flexible they are, how quick it is and how lovely the whole overall experience is! Going into laser hair removal, I was a bit hesitant, but there is no company I would rather be doing this with!

Laser hair removal is amazing! Its a bit pricey but the results are permanent! The skin around the area is also brighter and smoother compare to any other methods. My hair is so stubborn and I needed at least 10 treatments to see 80-90% hair reductions! It would be cheaper to get the lifetime treatment for an area if your hair takes a lot to be reduce cause you dont wanna be worry about paying for it for every time coming in. I always take one or two pills of Tylenol before a treatment cause laser stings and I have zero pain tolerance lol! I was so glad they opened a location in Aurora. The place is clean and bright. All the ladies are so nice and helpful. Tanya is always so funny, caring and charming. Save your money and quit the razors ladies!!! Its worth it, highly recommended!!

They offer cleanser, lotion, razors, and a myriad of other little useful things to prepare for the treatment. This place is wonderful, and any should be pleased to come here.
