We use Premier Furniture Rental numerous times throughout the year to stage homes. The process could not be simpler or more pleasant. Phillip will bend over backwards to find what I need and make sure I have it when I need it. Very friendly and helpful employees. Highly recommend.

I have been purchasing furniture, appliances from Premier Rental since they open. The staff is very courteous and listen carefully in providing your needs of renting or same as cash updates. Rates are always discussed in details. I recommend Premier to anyone short term. Long term rentals or pay until you own it.

I have purchased several items from lake st location and i have to say each and everytime i have dealt with Bob and Phillip it has always been a pleasant one. The staff is horrible the service is horrible and overall I have never had a worse customer experience. I have never met anyone in this place who is nice or helpful, they’re all very disrespectful and treat you less of a human if you miss payments no matter how long you have been in service with them. From managers to employees they Are all the same. In my opinion you’re better off going to Aaron’s which is just across the street from here.

I got a really good deal on a used kitchen table set with 4 chairs that were all in good condition!

This establishment is very rude, racist , and unprofessional I went in with my son did a little shopping came into this place and immediately felt the nasty stares and disrespect.This establishment needs to be shut down I wasn’t denied from a no credit check establishment because of my income or lack of I was denied because of my race and the fact that it’s 2019 and racist people are allowed to judge people off of there racist and clothing.you’re in 2019 slavery is over understand that and may god bless your disrespectful soul

Horrible , horrible . Bob the manager is very disrespectful to customers. I walked in there to ready to buy a bedroom set , he told me one price and when i came the price went up . NO WAY . Nd the way he talk to customers is very uncomfortable and not acceptable. The young African American guy is really cool and helpful... he know his products . My friend yolanda and her daughter referred me to them but i told her no way ! She one of their biggest customers but after what I told her i would never . I hope she move somewhere else .

They are so awesome here jose and phillip were great putting all my furniture up for me and bob was awesome explaining everything to me and the prices are amazing 😄😄

Have to change my review out of respect of the other workers here. My issue is mainly with the rude manager. I understand the issue of me being late raises red flags, however, the way Bob carried himself was certainly unprofessional. Simply had a question and whomever answered could not give me the answer but was told that she was new and someone would get back to me concerning the matter. No one got back. Instead I was called asking to make a payment?! Again no problem with anyone else in the store. Will I conduct business again...?...at a different store yes
