This review is a little different. I did not end up using John for my system due to some scheduling conflicts that occurred because of a recent blizzard. John kept trying to figure something out and was very diligent in contacting me. His efforts are proof to his professionalism and caring. My house tested positive for radon. I used three different sensors I bought from Amazon and they all came back averaging 10 pci/l in my basement. John arrived the very next day and installed a mitigation system in my basement I just a few hours. A few hours after he left my radon levels were around 0.7 and have stayed there ever since. John is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He placed two radon mitigation systems in my divided basement. He spent a lot of time with me explaining about how radon mitigation worked, the soil composition in different parts of my basement (concrete had been removed for new plumbing) and what I should expect after his job was completed. Great experience!!! Work looks very professional, was done quickly and without any undue stress. No one loves having to get a radon system installed, but this was as good as the experience can be.

We are military and just moved to Colorado Springs. Unfortunately the home we purchased had less than ideal Radon readings. We had actually called another company first and they scheduled us for a week out. That ended up being a blessing in disguise as we were introduced to John. He worked with our schedule and came out the next day he also beat the other guys price by hundreds. John had our mitigation system and sump pump installed in less than 3 hours. It looks great and we are at ease now knowing our kiddos are safe from Radon. Cant reccomend him enough!

Can’t say enough good things about John and RMR. We bought a house and the sump pump needed to be replaced. The previous owners of the house picked a plumbing company that did a poor installation of the sump pump and complained about the difficulty of the pump being attached to the radon. After dealing unsuccessfully with the first installers, we called John. He was immediately interested in helping us with a solution, even knowing that the previous plumber said it was difficult. John tried multiple solutions and came up with different ideas to help us. He didn’t even charge us for multiple service calls where he tried different things. We were most impressed that John wouldn’t give up until he helped us and he wanted to make sure the sump pump/radon system was working perfectly for us. He was always patient, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. I wish all of the contractors we worked with were as responsive and took their job so seriously. If you need a solution to any radon/sump issues, John at RMR is the one you want to call. Don’t waste your time on other services that don’t care. John will take great care of you!
