The team was welcoming and helpful. Lidia (hygienist), was very helpful and considerate during the teeth cleaning. Dr. Miller was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

Was a comfortable and wonderful experience. I have been coming for a few years and yes there have been staff changes, but the new set up is really good. Dr miller is very informative and pleasant. Their hygienist is also nice and is very informative. Through the ups and downs, I still continue to come for the environment.

Don’t waste your time. They will not even bother to show up for your early morning appointment.

I have no complaints with my experiences here. Nice cool doctors. Very short waits. Ive only come here for cleanings though so I dont know about anyting else.

Retro Dental is an excellent place to go if you’re afraid of the Dentist. They’re very professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and most of all...they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The doctor and staff are amazing! You can tell that everyone who works there is really a cut above. They remember names and greet you with a smile and I get the feeling that the quality of my smile is every bit as important to them as it is to me. I came in with a difficult case, every step of the way they told me what my options were and what the next steps were. I was never in the dark regarding my treatment.Even though going to the dentist is never fun, Retro dental gave me about as pleasurable a dental experience as one could expect. Seriously, go to these guys. They know their stuff.

I visited this office for the first time today and it was great! The staff was really nice and the dentist was so gentle during the cleaning. Quick and painless! I would highly recommend this office.

My initial appointment was great - the staff was friendly and inviting, the office was clean, there were no issues. I went in with quite a bit of pain and my second appointment was to have a couple cavities filled. Once the pain persisted for months and adjustments werent helping, they told me I needed a root canal. It took them months to work with my insurance just for the insurance company to keep telling me that they were not providing the necessary paperwork. Once I started pushing the subject of why they havent sent what was needed, they started to get less and less friendly.Finally, I changed dentists. The new dentist was not so easily rushed into the root canal option, so we tried a few other things. After almost a full year of excruciating pain, it turns out those morons bonded my back two teeth together when they did my fillings. My whole mouth was moving because two of my teeth were literally glued together.I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!

Please do not go here for dental care.I left with a penny-sized HOLE in my cheek that went all the way through the soft tissue from the assistant letting a tool slip. Additionally, she burned my lip and tongue with a really hot tool, and I told her several times it was really hot. Lastly, she was really sloppy with the composite and didnt seem to have the skills to get it off the tooth next to the one she was supposed to work on. I actually broke composite off when flossing - she had filled it in-between my teeth.When I got home and saw the damage (which I couldnt feel since my mouth was numb), I immediately went back and was completely panicked and scared out of my mind - and it seemed obvious I needed stitches.The assistant admitted she knew she had cut me and yet when the dentist didnt have time to check her work, she didnt say a word to fix the damage immediately. The dentist also admitted she should have never let a patient leave without checking the work of the assistant. That is the definition of negligence.Lastly, the way I was treated was that this happens all the time. And I didnt feel like they cared remotely how scared I was to have a large laceration inside of my mouth.

My experience was awesome! I found the entire staff to be wonderful. Went in for a cleaning, needed a filling, and it all went very well. I will return and I would definitely recommend.

Retro Dental Group has been my dentist for 5 years now and they treat me like family! I had dentist-phobia until now. They are all awesome!! I have had a few length procedures and it was extremely pain free and comfortable. The staff is very professional and never makes me question their knowledge.

I was Dr. Kesslers patient when he had his office in California. He created a problem to me and made me paying for the issue. After routine cleaning, he examined me and recommended two fillings. I trusted him though I did not have any pain. When doing the fillings he came too close to the nerves and as a result I was in pain afterwards all the time. And I did not have the pain before! Finally he sent me to another doctor which had to perform root-canal on 2 (!) teeth. I had to pay about $2,000, because the insurance limit for the year had already run out because of the fillings. He never remembered things, did not seem to care... Maybe he was already in the process of moving to Colorado, so he did not care much... I would not trust him

Dr. Kessler is the best dentist ever, he is very thorough, tells you exactly what you need and more importantly what you dont need. I feel like so many dentists try to sell you like a used car salesman, but not at Retro and not with Dr. Kessler. I highly recommend them!Update: I had another visit to this office and again they were incredible. They helped me with a couple of fillings and I didnt feel a thing! They even made it affordable! Give these guys a shot and you wont be disappointed!

My fiance had an appointment at 7am this morning the receptionist called said she never made it, come to find out my fiance has been in a car accident, the receptionist called me again and left a very rude message! I do not appreciate her not verifying WHY the appointment was missed! I am sorry for YOUR inconvenience and not answering while trying to find my fiance! WE WILL find another dentist office!!

My experience unfortunately wasnt great.Doctor had no time to work on my teeth and will send an assistant to do the work.Its his office routine.Many chairs, many patients at one time.I had to request several time that Doctor will perform the work and had to wait 15- 25 minutes for him even thought my appointment was scheduled.The office charged me over $100.00 or so and when I asked for final statement several days leter received a letter from Doctor saying that there were rulles in his practice and he dont want me as a patient because I asked him to work on my teeth and not his assistants.Be aware that first thing he offers is extraction of teeth.The outcome of my visit was that my teeth never got clean, tooth under crown has toothache, its shaking.

This office is great, they greetings you immediately when you walk in with a smile. I never have to wait long and they provide excellent care for my teeth. This is a great office.

I will recommend this office to anyone and everyone that ever needs dental care. I went in for what I thought would be an exam, after bring screwed over by comfort dental. The dentist recognized that I needed a root canal instantly and performed it ON THE SPOT. I called the day before because of week long excruciating pain, and they got me in first thing the next day. Christy, the dental assistant was super sweet and accommodating to myself and my daughter (I had no babysitter) making us both feel welcomed. Dr. Kessler got to work within 5 minutes and I was immediately pain free, finally!! I got my root canal, and temp crowns on, and go back soon for my permanent teeth :) Kristen has done an amazing job at keeping me in the loop, scheduling appts. and working with me financially!! This office is literally my saving grace!!!

They x-rayed my teeth, they take a bunch of money from me to put a Crown on my tooth, then less than a week later they realize the tooth was broke and had to extract it and stated to me that all the money I gave them would be for credit in case I need other things done to my teeth.All the money I paid them for the work that they screwed up on, I could not afford a bridge so I found I had another cavity and they said that the credit would only go for that 1 particular tooth space (either a bridge or implant) this is not what I was told. They changed their mind now that they have my money. The person I spoke to, Kristen, stated I must have misunderstood. Right, STAY AWAY from this dentist.

Was able to get an appointment for the same week. They took care of my exam and cleaning in one visit!

Absolutely the WORST experience EVER. Ive never been in so much pain in my entire life. I had a root canal done over a month ago, but I am still in pain, I called to set another appointment and the just keep pushing me off. Kristen, the receptionist actually wouldnt even let me talk the last time I called and kept talking and yelling over me, ...because that is so professional. If I could pick negative stars I would. Horrible place, its not clean, there was tooth dust everywhere, I had to ask them to clean the glasses before they put them on me. Very disorganized and the employees are too worried about joking around, rather than being professional.***DONT GO HERE, CALL ANOTHER PLACE***

Retro Dental Group Jill Sumner was wonderful to my husband. Hes not the best patient, but he felt wonderful when Dr. Sumner was done with his mouth!

Worst staff i have ever delt with! We took my GF here for a root canal witch they messed up and shes been in constant pain for over two weeks. And they just keep telling her its not their problem, instead of scheduling her a appointment to fix the tooth. I wouldnt trust them to touch anyone i care about again. Their receptionist is rude and unprofessional and the rest of the staff i meet seemed uncoordinated. Save yourself a horrible dental experience and find a different office to get your work done.
