Scott is best fully licensed elevator mechanic in the Denver metro area. This guy can fix/trouble shoot/ service all brands and do it at a fair price. I highly recommend his company for any of conveyance needs or concerns.

I’m I could rate this company with 10 stars out of 5, I would!! Our elevator has been struggling to operate for over a year. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not. We reached out to the company with whom we had an annual maintenance agreement. They gave us a proposal to modernize the elevator. The proposal was just over $100k. Yes, over $100,000.I contacted several elevator repair companies and received three more bids from companies who wanted to see if they could fix it and ultimately succumbed to the belief that we needed to modernize our 20-yr old elevator.Enter Tradesman Elevator. They asked if they could take a look at the elevator (at no charge) to see if they could repair it. I figured it didn’t cost me anything, so... why not? I didn’t hold high hopes in them being able to repair it since four other companies had already convinced me that it was toast. Scott and Ray were wonderful to work with and so very knowledgeable! They were convinced they could remove the circuit board and send it to a guru who repairs Kone elevators. Four weeks later, I have a functioning elevator for a fraction of the cost! I mean fraction...Thank you Scott and Ray for being honest and reputable and believing in repair and not just expensive replacement! You have a customer for life!!
