I was impressed and saddened by the due diligence work, this employee is managing the pressure. He was the only one I saw working and all day, with a steady flow of customers. This man earns a raise! We need more people in that shop, this man is overworked in my opinion. Hes doing great. James is his name and working under hard conditions is his game, but really his deserves a reward.

10/10 would highly recommend it, I went for a screen replacement and I can honestly say my screen looks and feels better. They added the glass screen protector for an additional 20.00$ and it’s perfect no bubbles and perfectly aligned. Not to mention the employees who help me were amazing and incredibly nice. One employee helped advise me to places near where I can kill the hour wait it took to replace my screen.P. S. If u schedule an appointment online you automatically get 10$ off your purchase😉

Im pretty disappointed with this place. I will say that they were very friendly, but I have been trying to get them to fix my phone for weeks. I came in when they said they ordered the parts, they sent me away and said they didnt have the parts yet, fine, but they also said multiple times they would call me when the parts were in. I never received a follow up and I called almost every day for 2 weeks. Either no one would answer, or they would tell me to call back later and couldnt determine if the parts were in. I finally said eff it and just bought a new damn phone.

Too pricey if you ask me

The staff seemed very knowledgeable about the repair. Service was great. There was an issue with call volume of the earpiece but the speaker works great...probably a loose connection. I’ll head in tomorrow to get the problem fixed.

The service was good. Everyone I spoke with was nice and professional. Though, I had to ask about what was needed and how long it would take and was quoted less time than the tech was planning on. However, the battery replacement didnt fix my issue with my phone dying too fast so it was kind of a waste of $70. Ill do more research next time.

I found last night my iPhone 7 plus battery was doing down way to fast. Its almost 2 years old so not a big shock. I made an appt at Batteries plus and they fixed my phone perfectly. I will definitely go back if I need something.

I made my appointment online and showed up a little early. Kaleb took my phone early and gave me a great return time to pick it up. He remembered me when I returned to pickup my phone. Excellent service would definitely recommend them.

As far as the completed work product, although it’s only been a few hours, everything seems to be working fine. As far as the time schedule it couldn’t have been more of a nightmare. Arrived at 9:05 AM for a 9:30 AM on line appointment only to be told the tech person won’t arrive till 10:30, however the job would be completed by 11:30. Arrived at 11:30 and was told they were busy so approximately another half hour. A half hour later we received the repaired phone and it looks great. Although we were diaaapointed with the time schedule everyone was friendly, pleasant, and easy to deal with. All in all we would probably return form more work. But for the long process they would have received five stars. Next time we’ll call first. LOL

My phone repair was fast and they did a good job.But very piss poor on the customer service, waited in line for 20min before anyone showed up to help the two of us in line and then a pathetic attitude. If I wanted that much attitude and lack of emotion I would talk to a high schooler.Went to pick up my phone an said thank you and the guy responds with why? I dont do the phone repairs than just walks away... Cheer up buttercup and teach the other employees how to be nice and cheerful not a bunch of Debby downers and sassy idiots.Needless to say I will drive to Parker next time I need something since they are atleast nice and cordial
