After all the reviews I was expecting misery. Quite the opposite. The staff was awesome I was unloaded in 30 minutes. They even shared a safe place for me to park.

Appointment was at 0100 I called and was told to check in at 2200 got in a door unloaded and BOLS in hand at 0000 no lumper fee. The window lady very nice I think her name was Kathy and my Bills were brought out to me so I didnt have to go back inside to get them.

Honestly my appointment was at 2000 and its 2010 and they are already unloading me so Im loving it so far.

Truck 152005 in Denver is going to kill someone, he cant make a right turn to save his life. After finally figuring out how to get on the highway he proceeded to try to run me off the road because I was going around him going 10 under the speed limit. When I get next to him he proceeded to flip me off like I was the problem. As a truck driver myself I would be fired for this but I see your trucks all the time in Denver drive like they are just learning or dont care.

I was unloaded fairly fast. No overnight parking. Found parking 2 miles away. Parked behind ABC SUPPLY CO. More parking on Uravan St.

Its against the law to obligate a driver who is willing to unload his own freight and still make him or her pay for unloading. It carries a fine up to $11,000 per violation. Please help by reporting these abusive warehouses!!

Good company, quick unloading. I was empty in 30 min. Resiving office by door 25 .They work by appointments only. They will not take you earlier than 30min before appointment. Only one bad thing no parking at all. Even no parking on the street. You maybe can wait for your appointment time on the streets but not long because sighs no parking or standing everywhere.

Wonderful facility, friendly and quick to respond to questions.Great place to do work.

Youre okay friendly but the docs are really tight to get into use your dodging other trailers on both ends of the truck trailer and the front of the truck is how tight it is so its like New Jersey New York type of backing up almost

They schedule their own appointment regardless your scheduled by broker

First time here. Check in around around center of the building. Was unloaded within 90 minutes. You may have a lumper fee pending what you have. I hear there is no parking on the street but I have seen trucks there so park at your own risk. :) Put your company name and your phone number on BOL. Pics are below :)

Nice lot. Nice and friendly employees. Easy backing.. fenced in secure location. Do NOT park on the streets near here the police have zero tolerance and will fine you 180.00 and force you to move! Other than that helpful info I wish to pass along zero complaints . Be safe everyone.

Personnel in the office is the rudest person Ive ever met, walked in the receiving office said hello and was told immediately to get off her property, I had a7:00 pm appointment its was 6:20 pm I told her she didnt know me and she had no right to speak to me like that, then she asked if I was picking up our dropping off I told her dropping off, she said we only unload from 7 pm to 1 am,I told her it was my first time there and didnt know this she then again proceeded to tell me to get the hell off her property! So I left!

Took 40 minutes to get access into the gate which was unusual. Unloading times range from 90 minutes to 3 hours

I arrived at receiver early. They put me right to a door. The lady in the office was very pleasant.

A posted notification of do not try to check in but 15 minutes before appointment. On the outside of the check-in office door, but the young lady at the window allowed me to check in three and a half hours before my scheduled appointment time. I will tell you something, that is sure appreciated when you drive a 700-mile day and the receiver welcomes you just shy of open-armed.Thanks KeHE

I never write reviews in places we deliver, but today I had to. Reviews made me believe it was going to be the place ever. Appointment set at 7pm. Checked in at 7 because that is when I was allowed to and given door immediately. Out by 8pm.

Some seriously nice people work here.

If you are on time quick and easy unloading, deliver here every week never had any problems. No parking on street near Aurora police will ticket you $180 and make you move, DOT regulations not their problem. Expensive unloading.

I-70 East/West (Co.), Exit 286 (Tower Rd.), Go North on Tower Rd, Go to Smith Rd and make Left (West), Go about 1.5 miles then make Right on Himalaya Rd, Entrance at end of road. Can only check in 15 mins before appointment time (VERY STRICT ON THIS, I suggest parking on side of road on Himalaya if you are more then 15 min early), docks are tight so G.O.A.L! Appointment time was 0030, checked in at 0015. Backed into door. Unloaded by 0430. Be prepared to sit. Receiving/Shipping clerk was pleasant.

I came with 1 pallet for delivery, its takes me 7 hours to get empty. My appointment was at 10 pm was empty at 5 am.

11:30 apt. Didnt start on me till 3am but out door by 4 am. Only bad thing I csn say is They need more unloaders got 1 guy doing 9 trucks tonight. And that is just cross dock trucks. The man can only go as fast as he can.

I want to say how Great their customer service is there at KeHe. I have to mention Angel, Monica and Coulton who went extremely above and beyond on handling a situation that quickly got handled. When I read all these bad reviews I was prepared to be here half the night. But my experience was great. Maybe because my appt time was when they first get started, I dont know. Appt time 2200, checked in at 2145, in the door at 2200, unloading complete (full trailer) at 2307. Prepaid lumper fee (CH Robinson load) and everyone was really friendly too. Parked on E 22nd street outside for the rest of my 10 hr break with no problems. Pleasantly surprised and would be happy to come back.

No parking signs on the street on himalaya and 22nd if you dont have to I would not risk it. I dont really understand the reason behind it overnight reciever and no parking anywhere in sight especially in denver area where every truck stop is full at 4pm.

2 days waiting for delivery 5 palets and it took 11 hours for unloaded ,$540 lumper that is crazy I will not come back here ,not recommend it

So this place allows no drivers on dock and forces lumper unload and charge $82 per pallet. Extra for breakdown or if damaged pallet and only receive at off hours (till 3am MST) so you cant contact your company for Comcheck so your stuck waiting hours! Total B.S. and wouldnt support this company in any way. Will never come back! This is legalized theft!! Had their pallet on tail of trailer that they didnt even move it 10ft!!

One star only because that is the lowest possible. This place is one of the worst I have been to in 20 yrs of driving. The lady at the recieving window is very rude. The lumper service is even worse. If they dont feel like working the they will wait until almost close of recieving hours and bring your bols back to you and refuse to unload. Stay away. Do not show up more then 15 minutes early.

So sign for shipping. Its actually by dock 25 . 2 hours and $200 to unload there 12 pallets .

Been here twice with partial loads. 10 pallets or less, theyre always my 1st stop, and its a trigonometry exam for them to figure out whats theirs and how much. Always around 4 or 5hrs to unload 10 pallets or less. Ive shown up 3hrs before my appt time and 1hr before my appt time and it still takes half your clock to get unloaded. Its lumpers here, so that gives you an idea of what youre in for. Id rather have 3rd graders or people from Weinerschnitzel unload me. Ive already told my company that Im not coming back here. If they try to send me here again, Im parking the truck where they want it, or they can come get it. Their choice.

ATTENTION All Truck Drivers: If some incompetent broker gives you the wrong appointment time for delivery at this location, know that these guys will reschedule you after 6 days. Unprofessional and despicable staff - they would rather kick you out than try to resolve the problem. They have absolutely no respect for drivers and carriers. Well never deliver at this place again, not for any price.

Got here and found out the appointment I thought was 1 AM wasn’t scheduled by the broker. $150 reschedule fee (which the broker covers) they put me in a door at 1 AM, done in under an hour, and friendly people

According to the extremely rude receiving clerk, their appointment time is apparently a day later than my bills stated. Driver in front of me same story was told 2 days later.Double and triple check your appt times with this company directly before you even begin your journey. And dont show up more than 15 min early, you will be told to screw off.

Don’t even think about coming here before your appointment. Worst than the Walmart.

We had a 10:30pm appt time in a door at 10:15pm. Unloaded and had my paperwork by midnight. Street parking is available around the building in the industrial area. No one bothered us for parking there from 2pm til our appt time, all the truck stops in Denver were full by Noon. Our PO was a KeHe backhaul pickup , which means one of their trucks usually picks up the load but couldn’t that day for one reason or another. Anyways , prepaid lumper fee and easy off loading. Kinda small yard space, not much room inside for a lot of trucks to be maneuvering around , typical food service distribution center. They do not want you to show up any earlier than 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time !!! Good luck guys !!

Plenty on street parking, as noted by another reviewer they dont open for Recieving until 10pm. Had 8pm appts said broker, arrived at 3pm to just confirm and was told it was actually at 10pm, I was very friendly when I approached all the employees, and they were extremely polite and beautiful people, & I dont throw them compliments around lightly.Have restroom and pop machine, plenty of rooms for docks had 30% LTL load in @ 9:50pm out around 12am ish, unloader brung me paperwork & even he was extra nice removed wheel chock etc..They dont want you to check in until 15mins prior to appt what I do is places with strict appt I usually confirm with broker or facility to make certain. There is a walmart about 2 miles away. It was packed at 2pm couldnt get my truck in lot me and another driver had to back out through heavy traffic. Will deliver here again.

Very fast unload. They prefer for you to show up very close to your appt time, like 30 minutes or less. Lots of on street parking here.

Need to change the system here . If they dont have a door for you at your appointment time you will have to go back on the streex god forbid you park on thei property. Only one thing there good at charging you for lumpers

They do make you wait for there appointment, but there is plenty of parking inside lot and outside. Do bring your own Tchecks, comchecks, fleet one checks, etc. They dont take cash or personal checks for lumper service. Was out in about 2 hours nice people.

Wont take cash, or a credit card for the lumper, and you cant unload it yourself. You are not paying a lumper service, you are paying Kehe to unload the products that they ordered.. And if they tell you to go and get a money order, good luck between 10pm and 7am. Clean, brand new facility, people were ok, plenty of parking in the surrounding industrial park,, Kehes lumper policy sucks. At least take a credit card.......

We had a delivery appointment for Friday at 3 AM but when we got there they told us to come back Monday after midnight. Very unorganized and unprofessional warehouse. Never coming back to this place!!

In this place, if you come to download like me, try to come at your punctual appointment time since for only 45 minutes late, I downloaded on Friday and they left me for next Tuesday, 4 days loaded and without being able to continue generating profits, you know, take care and good luck.
