I have been dealing with this company for almost 3 years now, and only due to lack of options, due I continue to do business with them. They regularly give me a delivery window, then no-call-no-show and often times, do not attempt delivery the next day. This all may be due to the specific driver on my route, but I would guess that only 1 in 4 shipments I pay them to deliver gets delivered on the day promised.Often times when I get my shipments (almost always large & expensive LED TVs) and the rear door is opened, my TVs had nothing securing them and look like dominos tipped over onto other shipping boxes/crates. I have had in excess of 50 shipments from them since I started my business and they have now cost me thousands of dollars in wasted time in sitting around waiting for shipments, having to reschedule employees and even delay project deadlines. I will either be finding an alternative shipping company, or purchasing a box truck and hiring a driver because their services are definitely not worth the money.

I was worried about using Kangaroo Express, after reading the Google reviews, but the company we bought our furniture from had already contracted with them. I called when I found out the chair was ready to deliver, and the woman on the phone was very nice. She offered to give us an hour ahead call, which the delivery guys did do. They came on the day they had promised, and they set up the chair (a special lift chair) as promised. They were pleasant and polite!!!

I ordered a beautiful sofa from Article. This was the company that unfortunately was used to try and deliver it. I have never experienced such incompetence!!! First delivery was scheduled for Friday afternoon around 2 but they also do a call 1/2 hour before to let you know their on the way. Great. Except I get my call at 11:30. I tried my best to get to them but just couldn’t make it in time, having to leave work waaay earlier then expected and fight traffic. I didn’t want the drivers to have to wait for me so I call to reschedule for another day. And double checked the scheduling window after explaining what happened the first time. It’s now Wednesday of the following week and I was promised the sofa Tuesday. Guess who doesn’t have a sofa?

Ordered furniture weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered on 11/29. It is now 12/4 and we still havent received it. We keep getting the run around. Was told they would have the manager call us back, now we are just waiting around for a call that will probably never happen. Absolutely garbage customer service.

Absolute garbage. First scheduled appointment, no show and no call. Second scheduled appointment, they call 2 hours before to schedule my appointment (it was already scheduled?)... And then just show up to my house half an hour later, no warning and expect me to miraculously make my 45 min-1 hr commute home happen now. All my items were damaged. Some were manufacturer detects, but there were definitely puncture holes to the boxes on some of the damages items as well.This company also goes by the name Western Peaks Logistics.

Just called to get a status update on a couch we ordered 4 weeks ago supposed to be delivery this past monday and I spoke to a woman named Linda who had a bit of an attitude and cut me off mid sentence to say that it is still sitting on their dock. And felt bothered to even be talking to me. Still haven’t gotten a delivery date

The get ZERO stars. We ordered furniture 4 weeks ago and I have to keep calling to see why it hasnt been delivered. We finally got scheduled for delivery and they keep pushing the time back. They were suppose to be here between 2-3, they never showed. I called and they said something came up so they would be here between 4-5. They called at 5 and said theyd be here at 5:15. Here we are, its 5:15 and nothing.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is worst company ever. The customer service ladies have terrible attitudes. I had a schedule delivery today, and because I live on base and they forgot their insurance cards I have to reschedule. I don’t know how it’s my fault, and why I have to wait a day without furniture because they choose to drive without insurance. What a terrible company they are.

While other courier services are getting hotel rooms and turning in early. If it’s rockslides, avalanches, construction, floods, mudslides, or blown engines it doesn’t matter they are still out there running getting your packages delivered.

If you go to pick up or drop off at Kangaroo make sure you go to the right address as Google has it listed wrong very wrong it is 14705 not 14075 big difference Google

Worst delivery service ever. Dont know how to do what they say. Cant even return a phone call when I try to track it down. Absolute mess. Stay away.

This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They keep scheduling delivery and not showing up. They do not even have the decency to return calls or let me know they are not coming.
