Jered is professional, kind, and good at what he does. He installed a TV and projector at our church and went the extra distance to ensure it looked good.

I had speakers re-routed from my living room to a cabinet in the basement and new cables and conduit ran between the same locations. The team from PC MAxXx came and spoke to me about what i wanted to accomplish, we agreed, and they did the work the same day and it looks great. It was half the price of what I had been quoted elsewhere and was a great experience. I will be sure to use their services again.

Very pleased with Jereds work installing 2 outdoor speakers. He was able to run them completely out of sight through my crawl space and his quote was lower than anyone else.

I FEEL TOTALLY VICTIMIZED AND ROBBED by PC MAXXX Solutions. We hired Jered to mount a t.v., previously and thought he did a good job. We consulted w/him for a much bigger 2nd job- wiring our home with 1 audio/3 regular security cameras & motion activated lights Jered told us this job would take a day, he spent 4 days on this job (coming late, leaving during, on phone, socializing with our guests, attending meeting, etc). The morning after the cameras were mounted we noticed that they were not working! I notified Jered by text- when he arrived at our home Jered he took NO OWNERSHIP- he told us to “call the internet provider” because we must have been hacked”, our dsl signal was low, etc. (we have NEVER had any issues with internet or wifi until Jered started drilling and wiring in our walls). ***We host business guests weekly who require wifi and have never had a complaint. Jered blamed our internet for the cameras not working 1 day after installation and he never fixed them!Then, Jered MISTAKENLY DRILLED HOLES INTO MY WALLS in 2 of my bedrooms, and had cut an unsightly hole into my kitchen wall. He said he thought he was drilling into the attic portion of the wall, apologized and PROMISED he would repair all of the 3 of the rooms & return them back to their original state. He said, “no problem, I will match the paint and texture.” THE DAMAGE JERED CAUSED was AN UNSIGHTLY MESS. This is in the midst of the CAMERAS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY!!!!! When we asked about the porch audio camera (that was part of the project quote)c JERED said, “you will need to buy a speaker & microphone.” He had promised me that the system would be installed with BOTH!!!!! At this point I had paid Jered a total of $1100. Jered was still in our house when we went to bed that Sunday night at 10:30, he said he would fix everything.When I woke up the following MONDAY morning I found Jered had left my walls with unmatching texture and paint and it looks BAD, totally UNSIGHTLY! Our house is pretty new and the walls looked unacceptable. I run a business in my home and it looked very SUB-Standard.I immediately texted Jered about how poorly the work was done (keep in mind the cameras were still not working) and his response was that “maybe if I gave him the paint color number it could be fixed and he WANTED payment for the LAST $200 OWED!!!! The only thing he completed was the motion lights and HE HADN’T FIXED THE UNSIGHTLY DAMAGE FROM THE INSTALLATION OF THESE LIGHTS! I HAVE THREE ROOMS IN MY HOME WITH poorly reapired DRYWALL DAMAGE!He asked me to call him that morning and I did. During our discussion he accused me of having “financial issues” and avoiding paying him (I had already pain 85% of the money, $1100 dollars). He demanded that I pay him the last $200 I owed. I said I would be happy to pay him as soon as he completed the project. He then threatened that he would come and “pull the lights off” my house that he installed if I didn’t pay him!!! I felt threatened and extorted and I told him this! I hung up the phone and Jered called me again, leaving a message that was NOT representative of what he had just said 2 minutes earlier during our verbal discussion.IT WILL NOW COST ME UNTOLD $$$$$$, time & stress TO have this damage fixed, I am also losing money by not being able to operate my business fully. This was supposed to be a 1 day job, it took 4 days and I am left with unsightly damage and cameras that dont work!!! I feel so scammed, disappointed, and poorly treated. I wonder how many other people Jered has intimidated into dropping their complaints. BEWARE!****** Hours after posting this review on HOMEADVISOR (this review has been revised) Jered sent me ANOTHER INVOICE for $2100 MORE dollars!!!!!! The invoice is for the work I’ve already paid for, and he’s added $800 more dollars!!!! *****The bills says the LATE FEE IS 10% PER WEEK. This is absolutely horrible! I FEEL TOTALLY VICTIMIZED, Extorted & ROBBED by the owner operating under these TWO business names: PC MAXXX Solutions ICE, LLC., PC MAxXx ITE, LLC.
