Ok so my experience with this gentleman was brief but I could tell that he was a trustworthy person to repair my PC because he was asking me some diagnostic questions over the phone and in the end decided that it would probably be best if he had a friend of his take a look at it. So he gave me his friends contact information and this friend then proceeded to repair it at a reasonable price to me since I use the PC for telework. Anyways this is only like the 2nd 5 star rating a gave and it was given because I appreciated this persons honesty and sincerity in wanting to get my PC repaired. Ill definitely call him or his referral the next time I need any PC work :-)

I took my older laptop here as it was running very slowly and barely functioning. OCD only had my computer for about a day and was able to fix it for a very reasonable price. It now runs like new. He even installed some programs I needed for no extra charge! This place is fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I am so impressed with Raul and the work he did! I had a tight deadline to meet to get my Dell laptop fixed and he ordered not just one part, but TWO from different vendors to make sure it got fixed in time. I had an issue with a desktop PC where it was turning off after booting. After wasting two days at a different company, who said the issue might be the SSD and didnt really know anything else, we found Raul and he was amazing.He kept us informed every step of the way and knew almost immediately what the issue was after just speaking to him on the phone. This was a great experience!My laptop would not charge due to physical damage. I need my laptop every day because I work remotely and was beside myself when I was going to be without it. I called other shops to see what I could do. I took it in to see Raul after reading his reviews, even though he is not the closest to me. He was able to help me find a solution so that I was able to continue to work while my laptop was being repaired. He even made sure that I had access to all of my information before leaving, which was very kind that he would consider what I had not!!He was able to make the repair in less time than I was expecting, with honest reasonable pricing, and even replaced a few extra screws that had been lost. I would use him for any of my computer needs again in the future!

This shop does a phenomenal job. Raul sets expectations, works diligently, and communicates very well. I was looking for a computer repair place on-line by reading reviews. I choose this place after reading positive reviews. So I took my laptop to ODC for evaluation. My optical drive was not working and I had issues with malware from downloads. The technician installed another drive while I waited to see if that would fix the drive issue. It did not fix the issue so I have to leave the computer for evaluation. I was given a reasonable evaluation estimate and was told when I would receive a call on the status. Receive a call on the date I was told and the estimate covered the repair.I received great service and highly recommend this shop.

Originally went to Best Buy to get my laptop repaired, they told me it would be almost $250 to repair it (just needed a new charging port) and then after 3 weeks of having my laptop, Geek Squad said they couldnt get the parts. I took my laptop to OCD instead, gave me a reasonable price, charged me for the labor and only $16 for the part needed and it was done within a week. Wish I had come here and not even bothered with Best Buy!

We had a virus on our laptop that had caused the computer to crash. A guard had recommended this place when we were looking for another more publicized repair shop, so we thought we would give it a try. He was very polite and professional, explained it would be a few days (because of the weekend) and he would give us a call on Monday. He charged 99$, because we had the hard drive backed up separately, I believe he said it would be 130$ if he had to back up the computer. We got the computer back on Monday and it is like new, works great no sign of anything out of the ordinary. I would highly recommend OCD computers to anyone in this area.

Took my computer to Raul, at OCD computer repair and they diagnosed my problem. Turns out my computer only had 2gig of memory so he installed another 2 gigs of memory and my cotmputer is working perfectly and just they way it was suppose to. Ive gone to OCD Computer Repair in the Gardens on Havana 3 times with 3 different computers we have in the house, 2 PCs and a laptop, since Raul first opened the business. The first time was with a hard drive that went bad. Raul was able to recover all my files, which are considerable. The second time was a virus on my wifes computer that we were not able to get rid of with the two anti-virus programs we routinely run. The most recent visit was with my laptop that I needed to upgrade so I could streaming video on our smart TV that I could not watch directly on the TV. Rather than charging me to do it for me, he told me how to do it myself and where to go to buy what I needed. We have found his prices to be very reasonable and his customer service excellent. He also has years of experience in the field.

Raul at OCD Computer Repair is awesome! He’s a personable and extremely knowledgeable guy and, like the other reviews, his prices are completely reasonable. I, foolishly, decided to upgrade my 3-year old desktop computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (without backing up!), since Microsoft was pushing it as a free and “completely painless” transition. Well, it was not painless. On day one after upgrading, everything seemed to work fine. I shut it down for the night and the next day, it had a startup error. No matter what I did, whether it was reverting back to Windows 7 or using the media tool kit to progress to Windows 10, the computer simply would not shift from its endless startup error. The Geek Squad at Best Buy was the closest shop to me, but they were quoting $200.00 just for ‘operating system reload and recovery’, not to mention what diagnosis and salvaging what data they could would cost. I looked around for places around Aurora and, voila, found Raul. He’s at a convenient location and had sterling reviews.I gave him a call and he even offered to drop by my house and pick it up. There was a $40 fee associated with it (which is completely reasonable!) but I decided to drop it off since I was worried what the total would end up costing me. In the future, for convenience, I would definitely consider taking the offer. I dropped it off and he immediately made me feel better by saying this was not the first error of the kind he’d seen. He wrote me up a quote before I walked out the door, for my own records and also said he would call me the next day around lunchtime to give me a diagnosis and true to his word, he did! I appreciated the call and the correct time estimation, as I’m constantly running around for my job and don’t have the ability to sit and wait for phone calls all day. This way I knew when he would call and I was able to prepare for it. He told me what was wrong, told me the quoted price was still legitimate and, with my approval, would go ahead and fix it. He told me about 2 days to fix it, but actually had it done within 1. Further, Raul was able to salvage all my information. He also thought my hard drive looked a little fishy, but it ended up testing okay. Further, he gave me a 30-day labor warranty on the hard drive, just in case it did go bad coincidentally. I took it home and it booted up completely normally. I had all my documents and the computer, 2 weeks later, is working flawlessly! I backed up all my documents ASAP (I’ve learned my lesson, thank you) and going about as per usual. I can’t thank Raul enough for his honesty, explanations, knowledge, and reasonable pricing. This will be my place for all computer issues (though hopefully there won’t be that many).

Tried them out at their old location for my laptop. Everyone talked about how great Raul was, but each time I didnt meet a Raul, I spoke to a vlad, a nice enough Eastern European gentleman for which English was clearly a second language. I think this is why he came off as utterly rude over the phone. Decided to try it anyways, and he was respectful in person, if a little awkward about complimenting my girl (unprofessional but not creepy.. just weird).Similarly to my experience at other larger computer repair shops, the problem turned out to be not fully resolvable in the manner I had first been told, so they didnt charge me for said cleaning and instead replaced my hard disk (at an up charge). Boy was that a mistake, whatever may have been left on there was certainly favorable to how my system is now. I lost the stuff I had installed, which I of course expected. I didnt expect to have to try and manually reinstall basic programs and drivers that came stock with my laptop.Had beats audio: gone. Terrible sound quality after you repaired it. Had to reinstall audio drivers to even hear YouTube at max volume, and hasnt sounded the same since. Mouse pad is bugging, screen goes black when I unplug or plug my charger, and issues when I use sleep mode--- none of which I experienced prior to visiting OCD computer repair. They gutted my computer and billed me for it, saying they had given me practically a new pc. Yeah, just a shittier one.

My laptop did not start anymore. I was affraid I would lose my pictures. I took it to OCD Computer Repair and they were able to retrieve my pictures at a reasonable price. My laptop ended up having a bad motherboard.

Saw the ad on google, dropped off my computer because of BSOD. Did good work very quickly, also told me if I had any problems within 30 days I could bring it back and he would fix it. Will definitely go back if I have more computer problems in the future.
