Matt is just fantastic, in this day and age its hard to find someone honest who will tell you if whats wrong with your computer is a 5-second fix and can be done for no charge or if its a major hardware issue that requires purchasing another computer. Matt was not only honest, he fixed my computer in a couple of hours and even upgraded my operating system which is what was causing glitches on my computer. You can take your computer to geek squad and expect to pay 2.5X as much for less service and twice the wait. Give these guys a chance, youll be glad you did.
