I’ve never written a bad review on Google before, but this place really disappointed me with their unprofessional service. I called them on Sunday to schedule a service and they told me they successfully booked me for today (Wednesday) and would arrive sometime between 8 and 11. They told me they would call me 30 minutes before arriving. I waited until 10:35 and then called them to verify if they’re coming or not, and they told me they were delayed due to the weather (there was no weather? It’s just 28 degrees and overcast). They told me they would call me right back to give me an updated ETA. They never called back, so I called them at 11:00 and they told me that there wasn’t anything booked for me on file and that they weren’t sending anyone out to me. Thanks for wasting my morning.Would not recommend to anyone.

Not very professional called to reschedule initial appointment which was not conveyed or documented so they agreed to Sunday morning appointment and then never showed or called then called on Monday to schedule appointment. Would not recommend

They were quick and courteous. Very knowledgeable. When I asked about something that I didn’t understand the technician explained it as such so I could understand. Would and will use these folks again.

Zack was very prompt and professional. His explanation of his findings was easy to understand, as were the recommended solutions to fix them. I recommend zack and chimney sweeping

I highly recommend using his service, especially if you have kids, pets or simply moving into a new house

Staff was kind since the moment they arrived and the quiality of the work was more than I expected. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would . Definitely will be calling them back if I need their service !
