Terrible experience. Staffs patronizing attitude did not make situation any better. Did not remotely attempt to assist me in getting my refund back. I’ll never do business at this location or with Budget/Avis again.

I earlier wrote a bad review for this place because nobody picked up my phone but upon reaching there, I realized that all there systems were down and still they were helping customers with limited system access!They gave me the car of my choice and even cleaned it up for me before handing over the keys.All the stars for the staff and no stars for budget national customer service which replies after 4 days

Got the Mystery Vehicle deal. Deal was...the air conditioner didnt work. Took hours to get a person on the phone who could help. Had to drive across town to get a different vehicle. Thanks for the memories Budget!

When we went in to the office, no one was there...it took a few minutes before someone appeared to help us. Then the gal was so new she checked us out, but we had not even picked up the car. Then using duo or zoom she and her manager worked to get the rental done. It took more time than we anticipated, but the little gal was very sweet and trying hard to help us despite being so new. I felt sorry for her. I used to be a hertz agent and just was not that impressed how a new employee was left to STRUGGLE to assist us... it was not her fault but caused a great deal of anxiety on our part if the rental was done right. We will more than likely will rent from someone else after that.

Car has been a rocky experience, but Aspen made it perfect. She handled everybody professionally even though she was the only one working the desk, but she handled it like a champ. Very pleasant staff. Efficient & helpful.

First, I was charged two fees reserved for people renting or dropping off at the airport. Customer service argued with me about crediting those fees. 2nd, I was told if I brought the vehicle back a day early, I would be credited for that day. Customer service argued with me about that, but agreed to credit me $69.xx for that day. The next day, I have a charge of $16.xx instead of a credit. Customer service tells me this is the balance I owed for having my vehicle an extra day. I told them I did not have it an extra day, I turned it in a day early. Their response was oh well. The local office responded pretty much the same way.

I’m giving a 4, due to past great experience, but this time we had some issues upon renting. Our vehicle was rented to us and were walking over to get in and head on vacation when suddenly a women came up to us and said you can’t have that car, I’m taking it. We were flabbergasted and went to speak to the two poor young girls in the FAST BREAK car rental booth. We then had to wait longer and the vehicle we were given had not been cleaned inside or out since the previous rental, but did have a full tank of gas.I’m not sure what was up with Budget Rental and this old lady that took our rental out from under us, but it did leave us feeling like we were not very valued. The Ford Edge we were given as a rental did work for us, and hopefully we don’t end up getting stuck with anything from the previous renters since it hadn’t been cleaned or properly checked.Here are photos of how we received it, as well as a photo of the vehicle we rented.

I rented an regular intermediate vehicles for 13 days, but due to vacancy on the lock because of 4th of July; I was upgraded to a Range Roger SUV. Driving a new Range Rover SUV for 13 days and for $380 is a steal. Thanks Local Budget Team.

I have been renting from them for a few years, it has been great but now that the management changed again (they cant keep people), they charged me double for my rental on Christmas Day. When I made the reservation they told me they wouldnt charge me extra as long as the car is back on Christmas Day. This place has went down hill in the last few months!!

It was an easy transaction. The car was ready for pickup however it wasnt as clean as it should be thats why I gave a rating of a nine. The car was also somewhat small as far as trunk space for someone who had suitcases for two. The price was reasonable, customer service was great, the unlimited gas was a great incentive and drop off went smoothly.

Was not able to utilize rental due to family emergency and clerk assured me no late fees or additional charges would accrue but I have been charged triple the original quoted amount!! Would give 0 stars if possible, not the service or experience Im at all used to with Budget.

I called and asked the manager to email me a detailed receipt because I kept the car a day longer than scheduled. He agreed and took my information. He read back my email to me so I know he had the correct email. I never received the receipt. If you tell a customer you’re going to do something, do it.In addition, the guy at the counter wasn’t pleasant, he was gruff. He gave me the keys and told me the general direction of where the car was. It was half way across the big strip mall parking lot. He did not come out with me or do a walk around. Poor service at best.

We rented from this location, because we didnt want to wait in long lines at the Denver airport. We were assisted by the owner, John, who did a great job. We had reserved and paid for a car rental, but there were no cars available when we arrived. John offered us the only vehicle availavle, a pickup truck at no extra charge. We were very satisfied with his service.

Great experience and easy pick-up/drop-off. I made the reservation the day before and had to drop off the car at the airport and expected some confusion to ensue, but there was no problem and everything went incredibly smoothly! The staff was helpful and the condition of the car was good. Also, no convenience fee for dropping off the car at a different location; that was a huge reason for renting from Budget and this specific site. I will definitely use this agency again.

Ive now used this Budget location several times. The employees are always so kind, friendly, efficient, helpful and quick to get me on my way. Ive always received great cars (almost always upgraded for free), great prices, and great service at this great location. I cant ask for anything more than that! The entire online reservation, pick-up and turn-in process is extremely quick and easy.

When I first got into the vehicle rented to me it had a flattened fire on the rear side. We switched cars and the car that I was switched to half way thru the ac stop working. I feel I was ripped off and I should recieve a free rental or reimbursement of my full funds.

Made reservation online. Vehicle was ready and waiting when I arrived one hour early. Was upgraded from economy to 2016 SUV for same price. Staff was very professional and friendly. Paperwork at pickup and drop off was painless. I would rent from them again.

I booked a mid-size car that gets 35 mpg almost 2 weeks ahead of a 2300-mile trip. Rather than call me the morning of my trip to tell me there were no mid-size cars at Budget dealers anywhere in Denver, the guy let me waste 4 hours driving to this location. Then he checked me out a car and handed me the keys. I upgraded you for free to a Ford Explorer, he said and stared at me like I should be grateful. I told him that it would cost me almost $200 more in gas to take that upgrade to which he responded, No, the Corolla/Elantra only gets 5 mpg more than the Explorer. As I was shaking my head, he shrugged and replied smugly, What do you want? I cancel car for you. Thats exactly what I did. Enterprise is up the street a ways, and it was the glorious opposite display of customer service there at the Radisson in Aurora for $17 more.

Reserved an economy car 5 weeks in advance. Showed up, door locked with sign on door says they are moving cars and will be right back. Odd, but okay. The guy shows up and says he has to upgrade me to a full sized SUV. I asked why, when I reserved an economy. (I had a ton of driving that I would be doing and am not comfortable with that size car. ) I explained to him that I did not want that, and gave him my reasons. He said sorry, its the ONLY car they have! What!! You are a rental car company, and only have 1 car. Ridiculous. He then says that I can wait 2-3 hours and see if someone returns something, or take the SUV and drive to the airport and exchange it. Terrible customer service, the guy acted like he didnt have a care in the world. If I have a reservation well in advance then that car, or something very close to it should be available. I had to drive the car out to DIA on my own time, with no compensation.

Well I rented a vehicle from them and brought it back a day earlier than I had expected to. I even called to see what the procedure was for returning it early and they told me that I would be getting a refund of the day that I didnt use and that was all she said. However, when I return the vehicle, there was one person working, with 3 people in line and two phone calls on hold. So I give the woman the keys to the car and she gives me a receipt, I then asked how much am I getting back and she said nothing. I then said well I turned it in a day early and she tells me that I wouldve had to have brought it back by 2:30 and it is now 4 to be able to get a day deducted from the total. I then asked well can I just keep it til tomorrow then and she said sorry I already checked it back in... so long story short I wont be renting from them again.

This was my first and last rental with them!! I was hung up on twice when I called. Maria was most unpleasant! I was on hold with the local place for 11 min, then put into the general mailbox ...I told the lady at the counter and she apologized, indicating it happened because they are short staffed...the car was really far and I had to wlk to get it, in a leg brace. The back seat was dirty and had food stuck on the seat, it needed to be vacuumed. The lady behind the counter popped off at me twice and it was just unpleasant

A little hard to notice in the corner of the shopping plaza, but the staff is very efficient, especially if you make your reservation online in advance. Only thing is that when I arrived there was a sign on the door saying that they would be back soon, even though I had arrived 15 minutes later than I had stated on my online reservation.

They had a car ready for me at the end of their day before closing when I needed one in a hurry and made it a super easy process. I’ve never had a car rental experience go this smoothly before.

Guy at the counter not friendly. Tried to rent an extra day the price was ridiculous. He didnt go over the car do a walk around or sore me how to work the computer system. nightmare learning it. I had to walk clear across the parking lot to the car located several stores down.

There was only one person on site dealing with 6 people while trying to clean cars and check customers in and out.

Rented from them couple of times, never had any issues. Last time I notified the lady that the car wasnt topped, she offered to take $5 off when I bright the car you. I didnt think she would remember, but to my surprise she did discount the price.

Staff was quick and friendly, car was clean, but stripped down. No bluetooth, no USB port.

Non-helpful staff, the phone number listed was wrong which led to a very confusing and stressful conversation in store, poor hours led to renting the car for way longer than needed. The car itself was fine, but that should be the bare minimum expected of a rental facility.
