One person calls in sick at Northwestern Hospital in Dekalb Illinois and it shuts down room service. One person was left with the job of both taking orders and delivery of the food. One hour on hold and still no answer. Im a diabetic heart patient and get sick when I dont eat. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
