I am not a fan of collection companies however when I had a bill slip through unpaid it went to iQuantified Management Services. I received a bill in the mail and called to inquire about the charges. The representative was very helpful in giving me information so that I knew what the bill was for and what I needed to pay. I was able to pay over the phone and get the bill taken care of with no issues and no bad reports to my credit. Thank you for your help.

As a former employee with IQMS I highly appreciated my time being there. There was always a learning experience to grow not only as an individual but an employee as well. David and Dave do an amazing job running this establishment.

This is a collection agency who did not do their preliminary background check to make sure the bill/collection was active. I received a notice in the mail from them on a PAID bill to Larkin . They assumed it was not paid. and this company needs to look deeper into taking on so called unpaid bills before sending out letters and damaging people with good standing credit

I received a check from IQMS and its my bad that I lost the check. When I say I lost, I actually need to explain the whole scenario :1.Check was sent to my old address. I moved to new state suddenly.2. My friend took sublease and he got the check.3.While opening he tore the check and sent me screenshot on my mobile.4. Since its tore, I thought I will call IQMS and get a new check. So I didnt bother to ask my friend to save that check as its tore anyway.5. I called IQMS for help in getting a new check issued.6. IQMS account deparment tells me that they only need hard copy and cannot do anything else. More over I get a brand that I am lying.7. Its my hard earned money and I donot want to loose.8. Do I need to go to court to get this refund ?I understand its my fault in first place but as a customer I should be received some alternative procedure.Hope someone will get some input to me.At this point, I am sure they are not going to refund as I dont have hard copy of my check.

I keep getting spammed calls from them claiming I owe them money.
