Detra was the first hairstylist to tackle and tame my curly hair. My haircuts are usually quick and choppy, she took about a good hour to make sure my curls are all in sync! She also did my eyebrows and made them look like twins rather than sisters for once!

I just want to personally talk about one of the hair stylists that works here - Sharlene, she has cut my hair twice now and did a great job. She is friendly, super quick and keeps me coming back. Request her and you will not be disappointed!

Spent 4 hours for two hair cuts and a highlight. Made appointments at 1130 was told they had a few walkins to do before mine...so why make appointments? I understand there were only two gals working but there needs to be some structure to follow with scheduling. I have never spent so long for such minor services.

I went to get a haircut and shampoo 5 days ago. The person who cut my hair did a terrible job!!!! Once I washed my hair the next day for work and put gel in my hair, I realized she barely cut any hair. I asked for 1 1/2 inches cut off the top and back and short on the sides. Not even close! She was very timid about cutting my hair. I had to ask her twice to cut more hair. The prices have gone up drastically over the last year. I paid $34 for cut, shampoo and $5 tip. Not worth it!!!!! Now I have to get it cut again.

Great experience. I needed a quick trim because my hair has been growing for the last 2 year and I want it to keep growing. My hair has been super dry and I knew it was a combination of things. I dont remember the sweet woman who cut my hair but she was amazing. She helped recommend some moisture hair products for me which I happily purchased. I am very happy with my simple trim/cut and it was quick.They do offer military discount for service members and also teacher discounts! I was able to get the teacher one.

Went here to get a fast cut before I went on vacation and came out crying. I look like a Barbie doll head that a kid plays with. I will never go or refer anyone here. Stay far away!

Booked online earlier in the afternoon for 4:00. Showed up ten minutes early to find one gentleman waiting for his turn, and two stylists - one working on a client, the other barely starting with another. The stylists did not mention a wait, and I confirmed with them Id already checked in online, so I sat and waited.4:15, one stylist walks over to take product from their shelf beside me, but does not address me or the wait, and I can already sense where this is going. I ask her - my appointment was at 4, how long is my wait? Im told theyre behind, and that gentleman is in front of me and still waiting! Not worth waiting an hour when I already had an appointment set.What really pushes for 2 stars though is the stylist was wearing her mask below her nose! Not going to reschedule if thats how seriously theyre taking things. Maybe a different location, where there is no chance of being paired with her.

Walked in Wednesday, made an appointment for Friday - arrive Friday at the appointment time of 11 a.m. - the woman says she has me in the system for Saturday - offers no apology for screwing up the scheduling - offers no alternate time - just looks at me like Ive landed there on a spaceship - will never go back here - totally unprofessional - Ive been going to this shop since 2007 - its really gone downhill and still sinking.

I had the pleasure of getting a great color and cut from Sapphire today. She is very friendly and personable, and really listened to what I wanted. The result was a color and cut that I love! I will definitely be going back!

Fabion is AMAZING! I am usually very picky when it comes to my hair. Usually the stylists misunderstands how I want it cut. But not this beautiful soul! He took off over 12 inches of hair. Its a lot, so I was kind of sceptical about having someone cut my hair. But he did an amazing job, the layers he made are perfect. He really cares about giving you your best look. I cant honestly thank him enough!

So i believe I had Fabion, sorry if I got that wrong, but it was so nice and relaxing. He knew what to do with my hair and was excited which is amazing and makes the experience that much better! Haircut came out soo good too!

The appointment time didnt matter because I was made to wait outside in the heat for another half an hour past my appointment time. Then when I came inside they said it was required for me to get a face mask from them even though I had my own already. Which I end up being charged a dollar for without knowing. My stylist rushed me through and did a lousy job. I had hairs by my forehead that were 2 in longer then the rest of my hair. I have gone here for 3 years and definitely will not be going back now. I am good tipper but stylist took liberty of clicking tip button before I had a chance. I really dont appreciate that at all. Also they normally ask if I want the neckline rounded or square and ask me for length but shes just rushed me through as quick as possible

I dont get haircuts a lot but everytime I do I go here its right by my house. Always been a good experience, the ladies have always been really nice. I went in today with really badly damaged hair and sharlene was so sweet and got all the bad parts off. My hair looks and feels so much better

I get my haircut weekly (yes I know) and I won’t go anywhere else. Karina does a great job and makes sure you get what you want. Everyone is very friendly and great you with enthusiasm when you walk in.Management needs to hire a receptionist for the stylists.

Used to be a great place to get a haircut. Now the manager is crabby and gets upset if you dont schedule an appointment online. If she is working I can never get a cut. She always has an excuse and a time that I can come back. Im sorry, but I will not waste my days off to fit what you feel like doing anymore.

I dyed my hair about a week ago and I love my new look! Sapphire (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is AMAZING! a different Supercuts flat out said no to me and sapphire took me right in. Super friendly service even tho she was busy, she still colored my hair. I will continue to come here thanks to her.

Came in with a BAD haircut from another barbershop elsewhere. I mean REALLY BAD haircut. Totally unfixable...buuut came in same day (more like 15 minutes within calling) and was immediately sat down in the chair. Amber worked some insane magic and not only fixed my hair, but made it look naturally good and as if nothing wrong had been done to it before. Funny girl and great conversationalist. Really great lady and group of girls there. Will be my new go-to location (after like a year of finding one). 💙

The ladies there were very rude, snapping at me for no reason, and after I asked for a Bob under my chin, and showed pictures. They gave me a choppy, badly done long Bob. It was so bad, my mother had to fix it at home. The first dresser abandoned me, so she had to get another to finish it, who also did a bad job. I told them not to cut the back of my hair shorter than it was already cut and, they proceeded to do so. These ladies were very very rude, and gave me a horrible cut. I will never go here ever again, money wasted.

My hair always looks great when Im done here. They are fast, inexpensive, and friendly but dont always need your life story; I see someone new every time.

Had to pay 4 separate haircuts to fix both mine and my boyfriends hair it was so mangled. There keratin treatment though 👌🏻👌🏻 Amazing but not worth the trip back.

Was a client at this store for 3 years - the manager Estrella cut and colored my hair - she was rare at super cuts - she had skills ands experience my color was perfect every time and my cuts were always what I asked for - the poor rating??? well it has to do with the company not my stylist. They I had another manager who decided she wanted to make more money - her stores overall productivity was not great so their answer - take away the store from the manager Estella worked very hard to get her store productive and also turn her store from being dirty and unorganized to a pleasant place to visit - great business sense - you are unproductive - you get to takeaway someone elss store and are rewarded - you work your ass off and they take it all away from you - well needless to say my stylist quit and her entire staff walked out the door with her except 1 so needless to stay I lost my stylist - the store lost a good manager and staff and I have no doubt that the store will go back to the filthy unfriendly mess it was before Estrella was there...

These five stars are for AMBER she took over for the original girl cutting my hair, I freaked out half way through cause I just didnt see nothing about a taper/fade happening, when AMBER took over I noticed she went right at it, it was clear she knew what she was doing and her hands werent shaking! Waited almost an hour !I checked in for 5.15 PM. Show up around 5.05pm. I see berber working on a customer, she say she will need 30 more minutes so she will see me at 5.30pm. I go out and come back around 5.30pm she is still working on the same customer. I wait till 5.45pm she still working on the same customer and doesent say anything to me.I just had enough and left the store. She wasted almost an hour of my time.

Showed up at 7:20, 40 minutes before closing. Only one customer in the shop, two people working.She goes, “ohhhh well I’m clocking out and she’s with her so we won’t be able to see you”Really? A full 40 minutes before your advertised closing time? Wow.Funny thing too because I went by another Supercuts nearby thats listed as open until 8pm and they have a printed out piece of paper in the window stating that until further notice they’ll only be open until 6 and closed on Sundays.If these places are going out of business, it’s pretty clear why.

They didnt even offer to shampoo my kids hair which according to the list on the wall was supposed to be included in the price. I asked for my daughters cut to be a certain way and the stylist did not cut it the way i asked. I remember now why i stopped going to these cheap hair places. You get what you pay for.

Took a mentally handicapped client here to get her hair done. The client can be trying sometimes but the hair dresser was incredibly patient and understanding.

I stopped off here for a haircut after having lunch at the Asian joint next door. I dont usually go to the chain clip joints, but it was convenient. There was only one stylist working so I had to wait a while. I was pleasantly surprised with the haircut I got. The stylist did what I asked with a minimum of chatter. Ill be back .

Very good personal, but dont expect anything fancy like razor cuts, prices a very good and after every cut they clean you off with a warm towel and with a little extra you can get a shampoo wash off with Paul Michelle tea tree. Overall good experience but for men who want barber like cuts dont expect much.

If you are on a tight budget and need to get a haircut, this place is decent. Ive been to my neighborhood Supercuts twice. Once was to get a decent amount chopped off, including my bangs. I dont think the girl who did my hair that time had much experience. My bangs were uneven and she didnt listen when I said I wanted to have light layering around my face. When I went in for a bangs trim, I think the stylist had a cold or something. She looked tired but was very nice about when I came right back in to advise her that my cars AC had blown bangs bits down and more trimming was needed. Something that bugs me about this chain is that it seems like you have to tell the stylist Exactly what you want, with pictures, and they still may not get your point. It also bugs me that the cut is a la carte and you purchase the shampoo, cut, and blow dry & style separate.

My son and husband got their hair cut there on Sunday July 29th, and immediately upon getting home I notice my husbands hair is all uneven, on the top, and he said the woman took too much off, he asked for 1.5 inches left on the top but there was less than an inch. And his neck had all sorts of puffs of hair under where she stopped cutting.My sons hair was mostly ok, uneven bangs and the same problem with the neck, she stopped cutting at a certain point and didnt make sure he didnt have puffs of hair. I had to correct at home.My son and husband have gotten their hair cut the same way since I can remember and by many people, their haircuts are almost always clean, neat and done in 15 minutes, but these ladies (one woman did each of my mens hair) took over 30 minutes, like they were trying to make it bad on purpose... And they did a good job. Thanks ladies. Never going to this Supercuts again.

The purple hair lady on shift Thursday afternoon was the worst! We were the only costumers and she was very rushed wanting to finish the haircut. She actually cut my friends hair a little bit in 5 minutes and said she was done, plus she looked like we were bothering her by being there. We have been clients with this supercuts for a while but after this visit I will look for another place where they can treat people with respect and have the willingness to work!

If you like to get your hair done and have it done professionally in a nice quiet setting where they pay attention what you ask this is a nice place people they are very friendly and very helpful Im a 61 year old man went in there not sure what I wanted for a look but after describing to the girl what I was looking for I was very pleased you see was able to master it perfectly and prices are very fair and reasonable and the service is great you need to hair done this is the place to go

There were 2 Stylist there Martina I believe and Amber from what the check in online stated. Two other customers besides myself. Which I had Martina she was all chitter chatter with the client before me yet I feel once she asked what kind of cut I wanted her attitude changed. Amber was the sweetest, I loved ambers attitude. Anywho, once she finished him she swept her hair I expected her to clean her tools and clean her area CORRECTLY. Yet, she just sweeps, walks away goes to the back and talks takes her time comes back peaks through the smallest corner and mouths to me come on. She offered a shampoo which I said no because I recently showered right before I went. Then she rinses me, ask me if I want a deep conditioning treatment I say no... Like for what Im cutting all that off completely waste of money. So she cuts my hair with her dirty trimmers, while its wet and my hair is thick mind you. She ask if I cut my own bangs I said yes and she replied no dont do that like I can because I cut hair myself sooo. Then she starts questioning me about where did I go, when I did I graduate and who were my teachers, etc... Im just like dang when did you graduate? Where did you go.? Then she was done but ended up being shorter then I wanted and not stacked either instead the way she cut it when she went back in sounded as if she was ripping my hair instead of cutting it. When i went home ij straightened it and it was uneven. So I went in and fixed it myself. Which I shouldve just tried to cut it my self in the first place. If anything I might go back one day but not to the same stylist. I cant judge them all because of one, so next time since Amber seemed to have a great vibe I just might go back to her the only reason for the 2 stars because it wasnt all that bad. But sanitation needs to be way better for sure. Other then that I just thank you for making it soft.
