An awesome place to get hair cut and amazing customer service when they mess up. That being said, do not ever chose Lan to be your stylist. EVER. If she is the only one, wait for another. She messed up my hair badly because of a communication barrier. Managing staff went above and beyond to correct the mistake. Have been a customer of this location for 5 years now, and will return. If ever possible, ask for Mac! She is the best stylist there! Don’t make the same mistake I did and let anyone there cut your hair!

Since haircuts and customer service is very individual based in this industry I would rate this place slightly average or 4 star rating as some stylists are better. Sara is probably the best hair stylist in this location. She is focused on being highly detailed oriented and friendly. Only one dresser at this location is subpar but I cannot remember her name. All in all this location is often open or very little wait time. One big issue I have with Sports Clips business is they will often offer a free MVP at a new location or randomly but at end of service during ring up they many locations charge you anyways . If you bring it up they state it is for first time customers only this is deceptive especially when going to a new location. Now I simply refuse MVP service regardless as it is not always practical. I would say that this location probably is my favorite or most consistent.

My little brother just got back from his haircut where he asked them to trim his long hair. Not only did Isabel butcher all of his hair, it’s a HORRIBLE haircut. The kid is practically in tears and is completely embarrassed. I hope it’s not every hairdresser, but this particular hairdresser clearly had her own idea in mind and poorly executed it. Thanks for destroying a kids confidence by the comments you said and the cut you gave.

Dont normally come to this location, but I was in the neighborhood so I stopped in. Haircut was decent. Only issue was with the stylist trimming my eyebrows and inner ear hair like it was normal... Ive been getting hair cuts for 30 years and have never had this happen. Who trims someones eyebrows with clippers without saying something first? Not like I had super bushy eyebrows either.***Thank you for responding to my review, but I still do not think taking clippers to someones eyebrows is a normal thing. I do agree that some men will get their ear and possibly their nose hairs cleaned up, but not their eyebrows blended... I also do not care for the MVP package, but thank you anyways. I will just keep going to my usual location.***
My son and I had been going here for years. Since the new online check in system, weve had to wait up to 1 hr and 30 minutes. There never seems to be more than a couple of stylists working. We ended up driving down the block to Floyds Barber and are much happier. Its a shame because the stylists that work at Sports Clips were always very nice.
Isabella did a great job cutting my hair. Very friendly staff with great vibes and atmosphere. The shop was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

I tried out sports clips here on my last haircut and had a great experience. Today I came over as the phone system didn’t work and checked in at the desk kiosk. I was on deck three times however others were more sophisticated than me after walking in checked then went online checking in bumping three times. I ended up waiting 40 minutes irritated and left I don’t think I’m coming back. What happened to customer service by the staff recognizing a customer that’s already in your door waiting? Too much reliance on technology and not enough on common sense.

I had my haircut this place only once. Jessica who works there is an amazing and talented lady. I loved the customer service and kindness also her natural talk with all customers. The price is OK and it’s is a clean place to go.
Great place for the guys to get a haircut as ESPN is always on. A little pricey 21 bucks for a straight forward haircut. Considering how much hair I have left I should get a discount.

I walked in and there were 2 ladies cutting hair. One was being efficient and cutting well. The other was cutting one guys hair for 1 hour. 1 hour for a guy. Seriously? I was watching and waiting she did the same thing over and over again and was more concerned about the conversation. Terrible. Ive never had to wait over an hour for a cut with two people ahead of me.

This was my last haircut here because my stylist Linda is moving to Georgia, but this store is awesome, MVP ALL THE WAY!!!! They have vibrating chairs while they wash your hair and a hot towel on your face! Then comes the neck and back massage!!!

This was the worst haircut I have ever got. I asked for a hardline on the side and the line is not straight, not thick enough and not all the way down to my head. I needed it blended on the other side and the blend is just choppy lines instead of blended. When she finished she did not even ask if I wanted it styled or any product in it so I walked out with my hair looking like I just woke up, not just got a haircut. Don’t know the stylist name, but just avoid this place all together. Very disappointed
As barbershops go, forget about everything you used to know because this Sport Clips redefines going to get your hair cut.Its the man cave of salons. Get a quick trim, or go MVP with a shampoo and massage. All while watching the game. And you get rewarded for loyalty. Get so many cuts and then get one for half-price.Its hard not to feel like a dude at Sport Clips. The place is designed to look like a locker room, or a stadium (in the waiting area). And no you wont spend much time waiting either.Ive spent twice the price for crap cuts elsewhere. This place is to notch. Ladies with years of experience guarantee your not going home wearing a ballcap. Best haircuts in A-Town. Ask for Kesha.
Not that good! I went on a Saturday afternoon and checked in online so the wait was minimal. Staff was very friendly and the establishment was clean. My haircut was pretty poor. The young lady that cut my hair rushed it and missed all sorts of spots. I had to ask her to correct it a bit before I left but once I got home, I noticed areas in the taper that were uneven plus lots of stray hairs that were too long.

Second time they screw up my hair cut. Last Mananger made a mistake and promised me it would never happened again. She made notes and it would be ok next time. Here is the problem. This store keep changing staff and they don’t get to know their clients, she gave me a military hair cut (nothin wrong with that) but I’m going to a wedding Saturday, wife is not happy . Time to go back to a mom/pop shop where everyone knows your name

Great stylists with no sales pressure. They give options, but refrain from repeatedly trying to get you to purchase more than you wanted. Im a sure repeat customer.

I had gotten my hopes up for this place, especially since most places had failed to cut my hair right. The barber cut my hairline way too high up my head, and it looks awful. I also asked her not to cut any off the top, and she insisted that she was blending. I guess next time I will have to go to Knockouts.
