Always great cuts. I bring my son here and never disappointed.Update: I dont know what the female Barbers name is, gonna have to get it next time. I know Reuben and Simon have their loyal customers, but she can cut hair just as good as them. She has cut my sons hair several times now and very good every time with no touch ups. Im advocating for her because her chair many times goes unfilled when Im there, which is perfect for me cause my son gets right in away. So if your in a hurry or the wait is long for Simon or Reuben, shell hook your hair up right.

Wonderful local family owned barbershop mainly run by brothers Ruben & Simon. I’ve been bringing my son here for almost 10 years now & no matter who cuts his hair they always do a great job! Pleasant, friendly atmosphere, lots of regulars and it can get very busy sometimes so if your in a hurry & it’s crowded it’s better to come back, but if you have time they definitely make it worth the wait!

Let me tell you about Roman. I show up on Sunday at about 2:45 p.m. trying to get my hair cut before they closed at 4 oclock. Ive never been here before, but after searching for the top-rated barber shops this one came up with some great reviews. Roman was the only one working that day, which I overheard is typical on a Sunday. I decided to wait around as he finished up with the 5 people ahead of me. He wasnt rushing, which one or two people didnt have time for, but I appreciated. Id rather him take his time to ensure a clean cut. Its about 4 p.m. when he sits me down. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he got to work. The conversation was pleasant, and the attention to detail was amazing! Its the first time in my life I got attention to my hairline with a straight razor. I may not opt to go so late on a Sunday again, but it was definitely worth the wait.

I absolutely hate going to one of the haircut chains that ask you for your personal information before they do anything else. Most of those places have such high turn over that theyll hire anyone. Half the time your stylist doesnt know how to cut hair. So half the time you get a bad haircut and they still get your money. Thats why Im so glad I found this place. I walk in every time and Ive been given really nice haircuts exactly the way I ask for my hair to be cut. The barbers are friendly and professional. They dont rush it. The prices are typical of most other shops in the area. I also like to support privately owned local businesses because corporations like Great Clips dont give a damn about putting the little guy out of business.I recommend Hoffman Heights S&R Barbers.

First time at this establishment. Walk-in. Simon was my barber. Very professional. He made suggestions on how to make my hair look better. Ive been parting my hair in the wrong direction, based on my hair swirl, and it causes it to stick out near the back as it gets longer. He took his time on the cut even as more patrons began coming in and queuing up. Very satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend. Price is also very reasonable.

I just found my new barber shop! I went to a Sport Clips yesterday and got a really bad haircut, but the barber here was able to save it! I thought they were going to have to buzz my hair down really short, but he was able to get it looking how I usually like it. He even finished the edges with a straight razor, so it looks nice and clean all around.The staff is friendly and professional, and you can tell they take pride in their work. They are quick and efficient, but they take the time to make sure you are satisfied. Ill definitely be back!

Ive been going here ever since Ronald Yockeyl passed away on Colfax and Havana in 2008. Simon and Rubin do just an amazing job every single time I come in I refuse to ever go anywhere else. The best barbers in existence. Ones that are not afraid to touch a razor.

Great cut and amazing strait razor shave! I get my hair buzzed low to 1/2 guard which if not done right doesnt look that great but these guys know what they are doing. Incredibly steady hand with the blade as well.

I have been going here for two years and have never been disappointed with a haircut. All three barbers are great, they take their time and are very attentive to detail.

This place is amazing! The people there are professional. I went in for a normal trim up and told him what I wanted. My barber had been cutting hair for 25 years and it shows! He did the haircut better than I expected and made a few suggestions to make the shape of my haircut go better with the shape of my head. The also shaved my neck with cream and a blade just like a true professional should. My wife said you are ALWAYS going back there! :)

I waited an hour and a half in this place of business, just for them the tell me they don’t do my “type” of hair. A waste of time. I could have gone to an establishment with barbers who was able to accommodate my “type “ of hair.

I got my hair done by the lady at the barbershop I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she said that she could do it. One of my sides is knee than the other, the line was poorly made and a little bit uneven. I do not know about the other barbers here but she was not great. I saw on google many good reviews and I decided to go but after my experience I am not ever coming back here nor recommend this place.
