Best service experience by far! The lounge is comfortable with several chairs and work stations. They even have Mac computers available if you didn’t bring your laptop. There’s a great Starbucks and Teavanna set up. The seating area and bathrooms were all very clean.Emilio assisted me with my car service, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He quoted 2.5-3 hours of service time, and said he’d give an update in an hour. As promised, he stopped by and informed me of the status. He came again when the service was completed and had it finished in 2 hours. Amazing. The other staff I encountered all seemed professional and happy to help. I live in the city, but I will happily drive to Aurora because I know my car will be in great hands.

The best experience at a service center. I bought my car at Valley Honda and have since moved to the north suburbs, but I still gladly come here for maintenance. I recently worked with Kevin, who was polite, prompt, and checked in a few times during the appointment to give me updates. There were easily 30 other cars in front of me when I arrived, and they still had me out within 2.5 hours as estimated.

I have been a Valley customer for over twenty years now and enjoyed working with their service and sales teams. My most recent service visits were managed by Service Manager German Zamudio. I could not help but write this review as German exceeded my expectations through his energetic and proactive approach. As engine work takes days he ensured a loaner car to make it easier on me. He contacted me several times exactly as promised as Valley is busy with scheduling at this time of the year. On a prior maintenance visit German explained all facets of work performed and provided alternatives for a engine fix in a clear and easy way. His patience and friendly approach are very special and customers would really enjoy his personal approach. He treated me as an individual even though he helps out hundreds of customers each week. I am sure all of his customers must feel the same way as I have seen him interact with people several times. German is at the forefront of what Valley stands for, exceptionally great and excellent at customer satisfaction. I wish German the very best at Valley; he enjoys and loves helping customers with his exceptional people skills, auto know-how, and efficient communication.

I had the air conditioning in my 2017 Civic suddenly stop working on a 90+ degree day. I panicked because it was a Saturday at 1PM (the service department closes at 5PM) and I had a trip for work the following Monday I needed my car for. The AC issue was a known problem for my model year and I took it in expecting for the repair to take a few days and me needing to find alternate transportation for work. I told all this to Kristina in the service department and she was incredibly helpful and managed to get my car fixed and working perfectly in just 2 hours! All the staff at the Valley Honda Service Dept. have always been very professional and helpful in the 4 years Ive been going there, but this time I was particularly blown away by their efforts to help me get my car fixed when I was in a bind. Thanks again to Kristina! She saved the day!

We usually go to the other Honda Superstore but they couldnt fit in an AC check for a full week. Our college daughter was only in town for next 3 days. Thankfully, when I called Valley Honda at 6:45 AM they told me I could bring in our 2009 Honda Pilot. It took them a few hours to diagnose the issue which I realized was due to not having an appointment. Most importantly, the repairs were DONE by 5 pm! 5-stars

Chad helped me out with my first experience at Valley Honda, he was so amazing with my old car that I ended up leaving with a new Honda Accord, and now I won’t trust anyone else! He made sure I had a vehicle, made everything easy for me to understand and answered all of my questions. I always had my car serviced here at Valley Honda Naperville and the staff was very professional, courteous, and answered questions I had. Emilio Espinosa in service does an excellent job and is great to deal with. Jose Jimenez was incredibly courteous and helpful taking care of a warranty service for an interior protector coverage plan on my CR-V. The process was seamless. He went the extra step to leave a thorough voicemail with instructions for pick up of my vehicle. He demonstrated complete above and beyond custom service. Lets start with the operations of Valley Honda - although a high-volume service department, they are prepared and equipped to handle everyone. The waiting area is large with a majority individual seats, a high-top counter with plugins and several computers. A great place to work remotely while your car is being serviced. The employees really do care that your wait is comfortable.The heart of their success is their people. I have been going to Valley Honda for service for over 12 years. Everyone of the advisors are really good I am always greeted with a smile and engaged as a person who they want to talk to. For the past several years, Marco has been my go to guy and someone I trust with both of our Hondas. He works hard, is honest about what I need, and dont need, is patient in explaining, and doesnt pressure if Im not ready to have them work on something. This seems to be the culture of the whole service department. Valley Honda is my place to go - no question.

Marco helped us get all our repairs taken care of in a timely manner. He came out to the waiting are and explained all of the repairs and prices line by line. He even made recommendations for future repairs so I could plan for those expenses. I live in Batavia and have taken my Honda Pilot in the past to a nearby dealer. But I always feel like they overcharge me for stuff, and each visit always ends with a service rep trying to sell me on half a dozen other things that should be done on my car (that would cost hundreds of dollars, of course).Well, this morning I called that dealer because I lost my second master key and wanted to replace it. $259!! That sounded rather expensive, so I called Valley Honda to get a price quote. $159. A hundred dollars cheaper. Figured it was worth the 10 mile trip to have them cut me a new key.Andrew Arguello took care of me. Friendly and very sharp. Got my car back to me in less than an hour. When he told me that his team had given my car a check up, I immediately thought: Oh no! This is where he tells me about a bunch of other stuff that should be done for hundreds of dollars. But no, Andrew told me my car was looking good and sent me on my way (after a little more friendly banter).Ive found a new Honda dealer-- where Im not going to get ripped off or schmoozed. Great job, Valley Honda! Great job, Andrew Arguello!

Brought our 2003 Odyssey in for a recall. Asked that some other issues be diagnosed as well. Marco in the Service Department was wonderful; kind, HONEST and knowledgeable. We ended up having one issue taken care of there and the vehicle was done that same day with them even obtaining a part needed from a nearby location. VERY IMPRESSED with the service and care by this department! Marco also showed us pictures of the issues we needed to address; which was very helpful. I’ve personally been to 3 other Honda dealers before since I owned 2 Hondas previously and no other team can compare to Valley. The level of service you get here just spoils you. From the minute you arrive, Jose greets you with a friendly smile and gives you the assurance that you are going to be served fast and you won’t wait longer than you need to. He even asks if you want to go to the mall, and they can shuttle you there! Buying my Honda from Brittany & Kattia was the best experience too. Greatly appreciate the follow up from the service manager Kevin, a big thumbs-up. I am sure most of his team follow his lead to deliver the best possible customer service. As for the auto-braking issue I had with my Honda CR-V (with auto-sensing, and cruise mode turned off), they could not reproduce the issue and theyve opened a case with Honda. I hope theyll soon have a fix for the issue. I highly recommend this place specifically for the accountability and customer service shown by the management team.

Jose, from the service department, was an amazing help this morning! My Apple Carplay on my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid stopped responding a few days ago. After doing everything from online and Apple support, I brought it in for service (without an appointment!). I am highly satisfied with the customer service delivered, time and again, by the Valley Honda Service Department. The people who work there are competent, friendly, personable and professional. On my visit last week, my interactions with Sam Kim (Service Director), Jose Jimenez (Assistant Customer Service Manager), and David Mendoza and Rafael (Service Porters) were all positive with can do attitudes. They really do care about their customers and their vehicles! My experience at Valley Honda is far superior than what I encountered at the Honda Superstore of Lisle, which did not repair my car problem correctly and to my satisfaction. They’re informative and hospitable. They charged me $73 for a diagnostic (which they did tell me about up front) however, they came back and told me the problem would cost $1900 to fix. I called three places when I left, the first one said $1200, the second $1300 and the last one $600. I understand you get what you pay for, but they clearly are overcharging people to fix things.I will say we were thinking about looking here for a new car in a year or two, but not anymore.

We came in on a rainy day. We pulled into the wrong side of the service area and a mechanic Paul saw us and came over in the pouring rain without an umbrella. We talked about what we needed and the time with the line and he mentioned the courtesy shuttle. We didnt get it serviced then due to time but came back the next day because of that great customer service.

Best Honda service center in Chicagoland area!I have been visiting this service center since 2010. The service associates (specifically Kevin, Emilio, and John) are great advisors and provide necessary information after thorough inspection. Although Saturdays are super busy, we prefer to give our car on such days because the waiting lounge is super cool. I have never felt bored waiting for the service to complete as they got Starbucks coffee, fast wifi, a great number of iMacs, and multiple TVs with sports channels.
