Was a customer for approximately the last ten years. Significant premium increase with no explanation. Talked to office help about possible reason(s)and was given no specific reason(s). I was never contacted by Mr. Baer. I have given recommendations to many people over the years. This will change as this increase and reasoning was not justified in my opinion. Stay away!
