I am very happy to have Denise back as my Agent. Was disappointed when she had left for a short time to work in upper management for State Farm. I know she was very deserving of the promotion then and she had put me with a great qualified agent to help me with my needs and the needs of my family. I was very happy when I found out that she was getting back to running her own agency again. I spoke with my agent at the time to inform her that I wanted to go back to Denise, she was bummed to lose somebody but understood because of the type of person that Denise is and knew she had a great relationship with those that she had recommended to her in the past. After I switched back Denise came over to my place of work during my lunch hour, which was the most convenient for me, to go over my insurance coverages to see where she can give me the best with the most affordable coverage. Which she even saved me more from what I had at that time. She is very helpful and I am always recommending her Agency to my family and friends.

One star only because it wouldn’t allow me to give 0 stars. I stopped in during business hours to ask a quick question about a new policy. I don’t live in Colorado and was only in town for one day to take care of some business regarding a new home purchase. I was told they were in a staff meeting and only see customers by appointment. I reiterated that I don’t live here and just had a quick question. I have been a State Farm customer in GEORGIA for 20 years and have never had such a complete lack of customer service. I was again told that I could make an appointment for tomorrow. It was a QUICK Question!! If you need to have a staff meeting during business hours, you might want to either close the office or have someone on standby to care for customers considering that customers are how you make your money. I am thankful my need was just a question and not a significant need for help or support with my home. At least now I have an opportunity to correct this and find new insurance.I chose to edit this response to add my reply instead of giving you yet another 1 star rating with a separate reply. You did NOT offer to call me in 15 minutes and the worst part of this whole thing is that it was a QUICK question. Shame on you for not making your customers a priority!

This State Farm has been the most professional establishment. Rubi always has a smile and greets me when I enter. She is very informative with my policy. I recommend my family and friends to go see her.

If I could give this office a big 0 I would!!!! I cancelled my policy after almost 15 years of being a loyal customer because of this office! I was convinced to get the drive safe and save to save money on a monthly basis! I installed the device and downloaded the app and as my discount went (on the app it clearly states current discount) up my insurance rates stayed the same then mid month was told that my rates would be going up 30 dollars a month. I called to get some questions answered and was given the run around numerous times!! In some instances did not even receive a call back! The receptionist was incredibly rude to me and when I asked to get phone number for someone I could talk to about my billing I was flat out told that she was not going to give it to me because everything is internal. The only time she showed any sort of customer service is when I called back to cancel my policy. The everything is internal came again after I cancelled my policy and asked if there would be a credit for the months the drive safe and save was not applied to my policy..... I was told that it was applied internally even though it did not reflect on my monthly bill?!?!? I was upset and disappointed that after being a customer for so long that even as small of question and issue it was that I was not given the respect of a call back or a real answer to the issue that I was having. I understand that people get busy but a simple call back to tell me that it was still being looked into would have gone a long way... instead I was just ignored. I called to get rates and found much better insurance at a better rate with an insurance company that is very well known. I hope that if you are looking at getting insurance with this agency that you keep in mind the level of service you are going to receive!! You will not be happy, I know I wasnt.

If your looking for good service, helpful staff and accurate quotes THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! Weve been with state farm for years and just moved to the state bought a second car and wanted to transfer to this agent. All seemed fine at first the quoted us a semi-reasonable price, take our payment then the next month we get a call saying they quoted us the wrong amount and its going to be substantially more ! It was their systems error and is a problem they have know about for a LONG TIME! They refused to honor the amount they quoted us and that we agreed to pay. We were never able to reach the actual agent as shes always in meeting and cant be left a voicemail. We cancelled our policy and were still charged for one of our cars not the other... they cant give you the number to call to check if your going to get a refund as its all internal. Thanks to this offices inability to fix anything we have left state farm.

This office has the worst organization and customer service skills.My parent and I were with this agency before Denise took it over and we here happy and taken care for over 10 years. Then Denise took it over with her unorganized staff and customer service challenged staff.The first time I asked them to switch my address and vehicle information and they switched my parent’s account information instead of my husbands and mine. The addresses and banking information were wrong and it ended up costing my husband and I over a hundred dollars in fees. Needless to say I left the company immediately.I came back to the company because my mom bought me a new car for my birthday and she needed to be on the insurance because of the title. They didn’t switch my bank account information and ended up causing my banking accounts problems and costing me another 100 dollars.Both times, I was told sorry we can refund that but we will make sure to fix our mistake...Save your time and MONEY! Go somewhere else.

I came home from work on a Friday evening after working 13 hours to receive a letter from my lien holder that my policy I requested was written incorrectly by Denises office and I do not have collision insurance on my 2014 2LT Cruze. luckily I have not had an accident or I would owe $25,000.00 for a destroyed vehicle. I called the 24 hour State Farm line because Denises office is closed for the weekend to find out she or someone from her office is the only people that can add the correct insurance to my vehicle. I am not insured by Denise personally and find it unacceptable that I have no transportation until she opens Monday morning due to an error made by her office. If this is not resolved before I have to find an alternate mode of transportation Monday morning to work I will be looking for a new State Farm agent. I have always loved State Farm Insurance as I have been insured through them for 26 years, but if my agent is the only one alive that can make corrections or changes to my policies I should be able to reach her 24/7 when it is an emergency. I consider my vehicle being unavailable to me for multiple days an emergency.

Not too happy with my agent(Denise Smith), we had Bob Devlin for 15 years, he was anawesome agent he looked out for us, he made sure our policy protected us in time of need.We just bought a car last year called our agent(Denise Smith)to add full coverage , but they didnt include car rental, in the past we always carried car rental on a car with full coverage, who has full coverage and no car rental for collisions Thinking about switching agents or provider.
