Do not park here.. came back from a four day trip and no one seemed to know what happened to my vehicle. “Some times the wind picks up rocks and can crack windshields.” When asking management about the cameras in the lot they told me “the cameras wouldn’t show anything” even though there were two “cameras” in close proximity and they didn’t even bother asking where my vehicle was parked. Never called me to follow up with any details but quite frankly I didn’t expect anyone to after how they handled it when I walked into the office. So if you want your car to be safe and undamaged when you return from traveling, give your money to someone else!

Smooth on pickup. Bus was literally right by my car where I parked. Then on arrival it was smooth again. Saw the driver, Cody, he waved me to go to the end of pillar section and was picked up in 10 minutes. Cody was awesome. Friendly and made it a great experience. Thanks Cody!!!

You get what you pay for. Yes its the closest lot, prices are low, entry is pretty easy, staff is nice, but when you return from your trip, be prepared to wait in line for an hour for a shuttle to take you to the lot. It happened before Covid, I gave it another shot a few months ago, and one last time this weekend to see if things improved, and they hadnt. Yesterday I hired an Uber to take me from the airport to the parking lot instead of waiting in the very long line for a shuttle. Its a shame, seems such an easy problem to fix.

The price is so tempting, but the time lost waiting for a shuttle makes the additional $20 elsewhere worth it. I’ve never seen so many people run to an oncoming shuttle that holds 15. They need to upgrade to either a bus or more consistent shuttle arrivals. It’s one thing to wait for a shuttle, but another thing to wait for multiple shuttles because they fill up so fast from fellow travelers waiting too. Nothing more depressing than watching a timely Parking Spot keep rolling through with elbow room. Lesson learned.

Don’t be deceived by their discounted rates. They oversell lot capacity then do not run enough shuttles to and from the airport. Waited over an hour in line with 100+ other passengers at 23:30 at night. Pay the premium for convenience and park somewhere else. After reading other reviews, looks Park DIA has been “working on” this issue for months but still haven’t figured it out. However, the shuttle drivers are very courteous. I’d give them five stars.

Used it because it was the cheapest price offered at Denver Airport. Parked here for 1 week, outdoor parking. When I arrived, very easy parking and there was a person telling me which row was open for parking. Shuttle was there straight away, helped me with my bags, gave me a handy little card with parking space and row on it for my return. Got to the airport no problems. On return there was a large crowd of passengers waiting. All I can say is WAIT YOUR TURN. After a 15min wait, the company sent 2 buses and people were swarming, but everyone just needs to relax because they will ensure that you get back to the lot. Just have some manners. I did not make either of the 2 buses and straight away they send a 3rd bus (THANK YOU) and I got on and got back to my car. They ask what type of car it is, row etc and they were able to drop me off at my exact car. Absolutely fabulous service, people need to understand that they are busy and to wait in line and you will get there but be patient. I would absolutely recommend to anyone! Great service :)

DO NOT PARK HERE. I parked here for a trip returning Sept 22, 2021. I arrived at the pick up spot on the Red / West side island at approx 7:05pm. There were almost 100 people in line. I spoke with two different dispatchers at ParkDIA who assured me, shuttles were on their way, but they did not send extra shuttles. It took 5 shuttles and over over 50 minutes to get back to my car. This company has been playing this game for over a year, read YELP. DO NOT PARK HERE!

The airport shuttle to get back to the car was huge and easily looked like an hour minimum. We waited as other shuttles made many pickups without seeing one Park DIA shuttle. We took a $31 dollar taxi to get to our car. Brutal, will not use this again. We werent the only ones getting brought in by taxi.

We waited 40 min for a shuttle. For every 4-5 vans other companies showed up, there was only 1 DÍA shuttle. I asked one of the drivers to call the office to ask for more shuttles, but he just told me to go to the back of the line. Then other people on the line were asking him to do the same but he didn’t seem to care or respond to the general request.In the future I’ll pay the extra few buck and park somewhere else.

Getting there and parking was easy. Getting back to my car was not convenient at all. There was a line for the shuttle back to the lot that had 50+ people in it. All other shuttles did not have a line. Not sure why this one was so long. I came back on a Sunday night. They should be better prepared for this time with more shuttles.

Always low prices and deals, pickup/drop-off drivers always friendly, and usually pretty prompt with pickups.Retain the card they give you when first grabbing you from your car, you may forget exactly where you are parked otherwise (I usually take a picture of it with my phone).Be kind and give the drivers a buck or two, they are helpful whether you admit it or not.

We had a good experience parking here. We made reservations. Parking and taking the shuttle to the airport was easy. At pickup we called and pressed the menu option for a shuttle and a shuttle came promptly. There were a lot of people waiting who didn’t realize they needed to call, but the driver who came called another shuttle. Drivers were friendly and helpful. I would park here again.

Always clutch, pay online ahead of time for a big discount and peace of mind. Sometimes there can be a big queue for the shuttle but most of the time it’s quick and easy. They have a great system.Melina is the best driver you have.

At first, we loved this lot - it was inexpensive and we loved that shuttles were well orchestrated to where they picked you up as soon as you parked and took you to your car upon return. However, the last couple of times weve used ParkDIA we have had to wait over an hour for a shuttle. Last night, when walked out from baggage claim and the line stretched along two platforms - I was appalled and people were cranky. I was just so grateful it was not freezing out or that my children were not with me.Someone should be on site at the airport helping to direct customers and ensuring that buses are coming rapidly. When we called customer service, we got no where. Really, poorly executed. We have decided to seek out parking elsewhere.

Price is great, the shuttle experience leads more to be desired. Dropped car off at 4am 6-11 and waited for 30 minutes to get on a shuttle to the airport...thought it was isolated incident as have had good service before, not the case, on our return 6-16 about 5pm waited at the airport for 40 minutes to get back to our car. This made our long travel days longer and with kids in tow is something that is not pleasant. Like others have said sadly will likely be going back to the parking spot as I have not been let down by them like this before which is sad due park dias proximity to the airport and prices... worst part is when picking up our car and seeing the 20 shuttles not in use, cant find drivers? Dunno.

Big fan of this place. Parking at a really great price with frequent shuttles that drop off in convenient spots at Denver International Airport. The drivers are nice and courteous. The scanner works well and worst case the gate staff is there to help out.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Unless you want to wait and watch every other parking lot company send 10 shuttles for your every one standing in line with hundreds of people and multiple calls asking for more shuttles and nothing happens. I gave them the benefit of the doubt trying to get back from COVID, but this is last straw!

Drivers are incredibly friendly. They pick you up at your car so no need to lug your bags all over. The only complaint is the airport pick up. Seems there should be more shuttles. We were waiting and then got rushed over by other passengers. We ended up missing 2 shuttles because people were so rude. All in all only took 10 minutes which for the airport is a feat! I would say overall great service ao quick easy inexpensive. We will definitely be using it again.

It’s 8 am and there’s a huge line. About 100 people in line. They send two shuttles allowing only 10 each. I’ve used this shuttle service for the past three years. I geuss they’re catching up with the influx of people flying now. However, it seems like they’ve been having this issue for weeks and little has improved. I hope it gets better. Otherwise, we’re picking another shuttle service.***Edit: 5 days later, still a long line for our pick up on our return. Got on after the fourth bus. Driver was great. Got to the exit ticket booth to leave. They had one attendant and one machine available. Just two lanes to leave. We went into the lane with machine since we had my Groupon ready. Person in front of us couldn’t go through. The attendant had to waive her through manually. On our turn it still wouldn’t work. Machine wouldn’t scan the bar code. The one attendant working, didn’t come to us. She had a long line, too. We ended up paying full for it without using the Groupon (which I’ve already paid for). Last time we will use this service.

Wonderful experience! Prompt service. A vehicle was ready to take me to the airport and one pulled up instantly upon my return. The drivers were kind and I felt safe riding. Will definitely be using ParkDIA again! Great price!

Best priced parking around. If you are going on a longer trip this is probably your best bet. However, on a shorter trip, park at a lot with a better shuttle service. I waited over 45 minutes for a shuttle from the airport to the lot. This occured on Sunday nights ~11:00PM on multiple occasions, due to a long line of people waiting for the shuttles. It might be better at different days and times, but avoid Sunday nights at least.Everything else about this parking is pretty good. They are very prompt to get you from the lot to the airport. Once they get demand anticipation down, this will be THE place to park.

Parking here for the airport is great -- shuttles really do come very often and they have a great ticketing system so you can remember where you parked and direct your driver when you return to the airport.Also made a reservation online and messed up my AM & PM, so I ended up paying twice. Customer service was great and they refunded me easily over the phone.

We used to park here all the time and it was great! Then one day someone in the corporate office woke up and said “let’s see if we can make it super difficult for our customers to use our services!” And they did. One big thing to know before you go is YOU NEED A RESERVATION NOW! The lot was half empty and they were just turning car after car away. Staff was extremely rude as well. Then when we went to park after wasting 15 precious minutes to make our reservation they park EVERYONE in one row. The same row the shuttles are picking people up in. Everyone is trying to park while dodging pedestrians and buses. It was a totally disaster. Finding a new place to park.

The other recent reviews are very much the same as our experience. ParkDIA is pricing below all other parking options and as a result, cant cope with the volume. On arrival at the parking lot we struggled to find a properly marked space and had to squeeze between two trucks between a designated row. There was a line 30 people deep to catch a shuttle to the terminal. If you had been short on time, you would have been stressed.Returning yesterday, we had the same experience you see with others recently. More than 40 people lined up across Island 3 waiting for a shuttle with 1 ParkDIA shuttle arriving in the same time that other providers sent 2 or 3.For the few dollars a day difference compared to other providers, this poor service just isnt worth it. After a 15hr journey from Europe, I just want to get home. Ive cancelled 4 future reservations through the end of the year and rebooked elsewhere. Price it high and stack it cheap just isnt for me, not when were talking $1-2 extra for a reliable service.

This is a very convenient service with a huge shuttle reliability problem. Please allow me to help fix your issues!Currently, the shuttles from lot > airport are too small and too challenging to get a spot on. The pick-up location inside the parking lots is random and its a mad, awkward dash where every customer has to compete to get a spot, no matter how long theyve been waiting.If you instead create a designated Pick-Up spot/zone where the shuttles can reliably go after theyve dropped off all airport > parking lot customers, then customers waiting to be shuttled to the airport can wait in a first-come, first-served, orderly line and have the peace of mind of knowing exactly where theyre supposed to be to catch the shuttle. This would avoid all the confusion, chaos, and frustrations that your customers are clearly suffering through when in the parking lot trying to catch a shuttle to the airport.As soon as these changes are implemented Im sure youd see a significant uptick in customer satisfaction, and Id definitely be rating this place 5 stars! The staffing shortage is tricky to deal with (well...not really, just pay them more), but when I arrived in the lot at 4:30am this past Wednesday, there were plenty of shuttles and drivers; just not any order whatsoever and a lot of nervous, worried, annoyed customers.A designated pick-up location in the parking lot (just like you have at the airport!) would be a fantastic addition to your service! Been using them for many years and even after being bought out they have excellent service. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus and usually dont wait that long. The lot fills up quick the days so book asap because the next cheapest lot has terrible service

We have been parking with ParkDIA for years and had been very pleased with the service. This was our go-to parking spot. However after our last trip we are looking for other options for our future travel. On our flight out last week, we had to wait (in the rain) for over 30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive at around 5:30 AM. There was a line behind us of easily 40 people waiting to get to the airport. But after our return flight at about 10 PM, there was a line of over 100 people in front of us waiting for a shuttle when we arrived at the pickup island. We waited for 7 shuttle buses and over an hour before we could board, and there was a line of as many people behind us as when we first arrived. They continue to run very enticing promotions, but until they become more reliable, we will be using other services.

Booked this after a Google search for parking at Denver Airport, had not realized that this was an offsite third party company. Terms and Conditions states that employees are unable to reverse a charge on a credit card, even if the reservation is unused. Do not reserve here under the assumption that the presence of “DIA” in the name is indicative in any way of an affiliation with, or proximity to Denver International Airport.

The parking and departure experience was fine. Upon return we had to wait (along with well over 100) people for about an hour to be picked up. Four Parking Spot shuttles came for every ParkDIA one. I called and their response was essentially...tough. Won’t use them again.

I have used them since they opened and never had an issue. It was the normal park and leave, return and wait to get back to the car. My last trip make them exceptional. I screw up my reservation by putting pm not am. Once I got to where I needed to be they told me how to correct my mistake. Bonus I got back to my car and had a flat. One of the shuttle drives noticed and sent someone to check on me and help. So thankful they care.

Once you park, good luck figuring out where to find a shuttle. Had to walk across the gigantic parking lot in 90+ degree heat. I guess thats what I get for going with the cheapest option.

Easy in and out. Reliable shuttle. Need a little better system for parking spot ID rather than cards. :) I remembered my spot but lost my card. Driver collected cards and people didnt remember where they parked without it. Lol driver would ask, who gave me card for blue k 3? Passengers said, i dont remember if that was mine because you have the card. 😁

I’ve parked here probably 7-8 times over the past 2 years. The last 3 times the shuttle wait times have inched up to 20-30 minutes in and out. Most recently I had a reservation for July 3-5 that I booked 6 days in advance that they canceled on me the morning of my trip. What’s the point of planning ahead and reserving a space if you are just going to cancel it? It was a stressful way to start a trip, I will be using a different park and ride next time I travel, I need something more reliable.

Definitely the cheapest I can find but they need more shuttles to and from the airport or just need to plan to accommodate people better. We waited for over 30 minutes at the airport because each if the shuttles that came only held 14 people. Long line of people behind me had to have waited for over an hour. Not the way anyone wants to finish a trip.

Whole experience was very easy. Made and paid for reservation online and scanned QR code on entry and exit so very quick in and out. Shuttle was at car when parked and waited very little time upon arrival. Josefina was friendly and helpful. Price, convenience and service, thats what you want!

We like this service. The app is really easy to use and the shuttles are timely. Its nice to have such an easy way to reserve a spot and mark one more think off the to do list.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! BAD NEWS! BOOK ELSWHERE. HOURLONG+ wait times. Not sure how ParkDIA, a once reliable service could go so far downhill so fast - if you value your time GO ELSEWHERE!!Ask yourself - do you want to be in this line for over an hour, then pay for an Uber back to the lot??? SHAME ON YOU park dia for leaving your employees and customers out to dry with your cheap and lazy business practices - you have diminished to nothing short of a SCAM!

If you like coming home to another long, long line trying to get home, then the service from ParkDIA is for you. We will pass in the future in favor of companies that can plan for and deal with surge travel. Our driver, once we were finally able to get on a bus, did her best - in spite of having to deal with upset customers all day. This is on management to fix - not the bus drivers. The management chose to park more cars than they had space for, so our bus got blocked once we finally got to the lot by other buses and cars parked out into the lanes so the lot could make extra money. So we had to wait even longer to finally get to our car after waiting over an hour at the airport. Apparently many people ended up hiring Lyft or Uber to drive them to the lot since the bus line was so long - another $30-40 if you think the pricing here is worth it. Message to management - if you don’t have the workers/buses to handle it, don’t take on the extra parking. You had the data from your reservation system to know how busy you were going to get, and clearly didnt adapt. A bit of a wait during busy periods is one thing, but you dumped this problem on your workers and your customers.

I read reviews prior to making a reservation at the end of July. Was a little hesitant as so many people said the return trip back to the lot was a very long wait at the airport. My experience however was quite good - shuttle came right to my car, got a card notating which section of the lot I was in. Flew back Sunday night, about 30 people in front of me, but they had tons of buses going so only took about 10 minutes to get on a shuttle and got dropped right at my car.

They are the cheapest for a reason. Too few shuttles running. The pic is the line of people waiting, and the end of line is past the other companies busses. (The other companies did not have anyone waiting for the shuttle). Also they overbooked covered parking. Also they dont answer the phone or emails.

Very friendly staff when I made reservation on phone. Easy parking and you dont have to wait too long for shuttle. Airport pick up systematic. Most important the price was very reasonable. The staff at checkout was very understanding and pleasant.

And the card with my parking location was a great reminder after the flight from hell my brain was fried!! Dropped me right at my car, then waited to make sure it started. Unfortunately, not enough shuttles to accommodate demand. Watching other off parking lots double and triple the number of shuttles while dozens of people wait for one is disheartening. First time/last time.Self checkout closed, single cashier… ☹️Considering ending the friendship with person who recommended.Working on the jealously I’m feeling for all those on my flight who are at home in bed. Pickup from airport service has to be improved, close to midnight , almost 100 people waiting for shuttle service.

We had to wait for over 30 minutes for a single shuttle to come while all the other shuttle service companies probably had 5 buses come through in that time period. Several people had to call to let the staff know there were about 20-30 people waiting. I will book with Fine or Canopy next time instead!

UPDATE: Ive emailed ParkDIA as requested in the response to this post, have not received any email back. Looks like I will be out the $252 I had to pay due to their errors.-----I wish I could give 0 stars. We planned to park with ParkDIA for 10 days over the fourth of July holiday. They cancelled our parking reservation just 2 hours before our flight and as we were driving to the airport. They then sent an email apologizing since they overbooked their lot for that day, we no longer had a reservation. Since it was the holiday weekend and right before we needed to park, we had no other option than to use the airport parking at a crazy $28/day or miss our flight. So we ended up paying $252 vs. $44 for our parking. I called park DIA to see if they would make it right and they refused to reimburse for the parking and only would give us credits to use them for the future. REALLY CRAZY. If they appreciated their customers and had to send an apology email when they canceled our booking - youd think they would make it right. Apparently not. Id recommend parking anywhere else, unless you are willing to risk your booking being canceled last minute.

I’ve been using ParkDIA for a few years and love them. They are so convenient and priced well. The amount of shuttles to and from is appreciated! I always recommend it to my traveling friends.

We had a horrible experience again. Should have learned our lesson. Was hoping they had improved. No such luck. We will NEVER use this company again. Waited an hour along with 200 others, No exaggeration! The line was all the way across the airport. We called along with many others. Their response was we are aware which translated means THEY DO NOT CARE. Many took Uber because they could not wait. Very Very bad service. Not enough drivers. Other companies came by 4 or 5 times. Most of us told them we were switching to them next time. If you value your time and dont want to waste an hour waiting choose anybody else.

On evening May 1, 2021 Park DIA failed to provide enough shuttles from airport to parking. As of 9 PM line was growing for over an hour with only 2 shuttles came during 1 hour. Park DIA attracted customers with 50% off promotion. But it’s not worth it if upon arrival customers have to wait for hours to be picked up. I prefer to pay more, but get served faster.

Decent, but be prepared to wait for an hour to get from the airport to your car. Parking Spot seems to send far more shuttles, so Ill try them after the repeated wait for ParkDIA.

I would really love to be able to love Park DIA. They are super close to the airport but that’s about where the good news ends. We have parked with them multiple times since they opened and they don’t seem to understand how to cope with the capacity they are bringing in. Having to wait in a line to get a shuttle 50 people deep and 30+ minutes long is unacceptable. This happening one time is excusable, however, it has now happened to us multiple times showing that this is their standard and not the exception.

This place has been backed up coming back from the airport before but today was terrible. Finally just took a Lyft.

This was my third time using ParkDIA. The prices are (were) great, but after waiting 30+ minutes for a shuttle, I finally arrived at my vehicle. When I drove out and entered my ticket to leave (I had an online reservation for under $10 for two days), I was charged nearly $30 because I was an hour later to leave than my scheduled time. That’s just shady business. With so many other competitors to choose from, absolutely no chance I’ll use this service again. Shady.

I have been using this Parking Lot service regularly for the last few months. I travel on a weekly basis for business. Have really had no issues and normally travel during the week, it always seems to go pretty smoothly. I parked here for a non-business trip and departure went well, however coming back on a Sunday, and getting picked up was quite a long wait. The lines to get on the shuttle were unorganized and customers were clearly agitated waiting for long periods of time. I went to both sides (East & West) and the Park Dia pick up spot was overwhelmed with travelers waiting to get on a shuttle. I waited for over an hour to get on a shuttle. Great for during the week, not so great for weekends, especially Sunday arrivals around 10pm.

Imagine you make a reservation and prepay in advance then you show up for your early flight Saturday and a sign says CLOSED - LOT FULL. So we wouldnt miss our flight we were forced to park at DIA in the $28 a day lot costing us $140.00. Oh, they had sent us an email at 2 am refunding our money because the lot was full. When I got back from the trip I went to office and they said sorry I had to write an email complaining. They said it was a holiday weekend so they were full. Really?? I dont even get a response back. Weve parked there for years but really disappointed this time. I read other responses from management and they say they had too many people stay over longer in their lot. Again, really? How many people do you know that plan a vacation and dont come back on time. They just dont have a way to actually hold spots once a reservation has been made.

This place was excellent, it was super affordable and the service was top notch. Before we even got out of the car, the shuttle had pulled up and helped grab our luggage. Once or trip was over finding how to navigate the airport and find the shuttle pick up area was effortless. This company is very customer oriented and affordable, I will highly recommend to anyone flying DIA just as my friend did to me

There have been a lot of complaints lately about them. But I didnt have a bad experience. I was picked up from the row that I parked in and the driver helped me with me bags. When I landed, I did experience the long wait as detailed before as seen by the picture, but a buses came frequently. I was picked up within 15minutes and dropped off at my car. I will be using them again because they are affordable and still provide good service.

It was affordable and a nice facility. The guy working in the lot trying to corral many travelers wasn’t polite but seemed overwhelmed. The drivers were friendly as was the ticket booth and exit booth attendants. The biggest negative was the insufficient number of shuttle buses running for the number of people. There was a 15 minute wait on getting picked up at the parking area and the bus needed to be twice the size to hold the crowd. On the arrival at the curb at DIA, another 15 minute wait was required meanwhile 3-4 of every other off-airport parking shuttle service came through. Once arriving back at the ParkDIA lot, the unloading order/process was all over the map. Covered parking unloaded first. There was seemingly no order after that. The driver was nice and I believe was trying to drop people off near their cars but there was no communication as to that intention.

Worst parking service. Bus driver failed to give card on location of vehicle as well as a number and location of where to meet shuttle. Also if you have a reservation, whatever you do do not take a parking ticket that comes out the machine. Youre going to think that this ticket must be associated with your reservation but its weird because it doesnt at all. (So why does the machine produce a ticket after you scan your barcode 🤔🤔🤔🤔) So then you go through self service and you have an outstanding amount after inserting the ticket that must be associated with your reservation

Prices have risen and quality has gone downhill since this lot was bought by Park ‘N Fly, but the icing on the cake was coming home to a 60+ person line for the shuttle to the lot. I used to love this lot and depended on it weekly for work, but I won’t count on them in the future.

Really great place with REALLY great people! I had an easy stay with ParkDIA in every way. I was confused about getting a receipt for my stay but the extremely helpful and nice Debbie Pasquariello went above and beyond helping me! Debbie made sure I was taken care of and made me feel like a real priority. People like Debbie are wat make customers keep coming abck to ParkDIA.

We’ve tried many parking places at DIA and this is our favorite!For the price it’s the best experience at DIA. The shuttles are often and the service is good. Not amazing but their prices are pretty low. Great value!

Had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport! Why have us tell you our expected pick-up time if you will not even staff appropriately. There was only 4 small shuttles running with over a 100 people in line waiting.

Car was safe when I got back which is good. I just had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Which is rather frustrating after a long flight and you just want to get home at night.

For a long trip so long as theyre about $5 a day Id recommend them over competition. As soon as theyre back up in price go for someone who has bigger and more frequent shuttles. Skip if youre only gone a day or 2.Flew out Tuesday afternoon, shuttle service at the lot was very fast. I passed on first shuttle because I wasnt ready to go yet, second was less than 5 minutes later.Arrived with bag in hand about 10:30 pm on a Tuesday and had to wait in a line that took 30 minutes and 3 shuttles before I was heading back to lot. The line when I was picked up was longer than when I first got in.

Wait times are long and wait locations in the lot are undefined. You need to wait in a line but the line is in some random unmarked location. Will definitely go back to using Fine which is further but faster and more consistent.

Im telling anyone and everyone that I possibly can to NEVER park at this place. Ive been parking here for a couple years. The drivers are nice. Its a decent system. However, I left my car in row Q for a week long trip. Came back to find that my catalytic converter had been stolen. It took an entire week for ParkDIA to even call me back. I would call every day and it would always be the same, well escalate to the manager. Finally after a week, they called me but they wouldnt offer to cover the cost of my deductible to replace my converter stolen in their lot. LESSON LEARNED. Its an at-risk lot. I learned the hard way. I will never, ever, ever park at this parking lot again. The only thing they did was offer a refund of my reservation and a $50 credit. The cost to replace my converter hit my insurance as a claim, and the deductible was on me. Why would I ever park here again? These businesses think they can strong arm their customers like they did to me here. I will advise you, anyone I talk to, or anyone willing to listen that if you use ParkDIA (with theft on the rise), you will not get help from them. Criminals are after your possessions and ParkDIA does not care. They take your money, and assume no risk in what is a gated / reservation only type of parking lot. Nor do they offer any way to mitigate losses. Im actually excited as I write this, because Im looking forward to steering as much business as possible away from this place to save others the potential trouble. Only reason for 2 stars (not 1) is because I consider us lucky! We only had ~50people in line waiting for shuttles when we got back from our trip. Most people had 80-100. 4 ParkDIA shuttles later (and about 10 empty parking spot shuttles) we were finally picked up. Huge bummer about this place - we have used it for years since it opened and only recently it seems to have issues. The app also doesnt work very well at all. If you have all the data for when people put the time theyre arriving, it doesnt seem like a difficult problem to solve regarding shuttles. 🤷‍♂️ Will be looking elsewhere for the next time we travel.

I don’t know what’s going on with This shuttle service but last night I stood in line with 100 or more other people for an hour waiting on a shuttle. I had a late flight and came out of the airport around 11:30p.m. There were a ton of people waiting. No shuttles were coming. All the other companies had several shuttles coming and going and we couldn’t get one from DIA. Several of us were calling and of course no one answered. The app showed shuttles being present at the airport but they were not. This is the cheapest shuttle service but I would rather pay more to be picked up timely. It was cold and raining. I didn’t make it to my car until almost 1am. When I finally made it on the shuttle there were even more people in line waiting. It was crazy. The shuttle company that was the most active was The Spot and FINE from what I could see.

Absolutely terrible. Do not use this parking service no matter what the cost. My wife and I waited over an hour for shuttle (along with 100 other travelers). We typically use FINE and took a chance. We will never do that again, not should you. Canopy, parking spot, wally are all a better bet.

Good affordable service, just wish they had more buses or bigger buses sometimes the wait at the airport to get back to your vehicle is long. Otherwise great service. Thanks

Worst experience ever waiting for over an hour every other parking company has multiple van and bus ride dia has one. Awful customer service! Never again!

I will never use the service again. After waiting an hour for a shuttle we had to call an Uber to take us to the lot after shuttles stopped showing up. It is cheaper than everyone else for a reason. Do not waste your money.

Get ready to wait. As many others have said, the shuttle service is pretty terrible and infrequent. I would recommend pretty much any other parking service as I saw at least 3-4 shuttles from other services come for every ParkDIA shuttle that arrived.I don’t think you can blame lack of employees due to COVID anymore since all the other services seem to have it under control.Park anywhere else!!! It’s not worth it!

I will raise these stars when I finally get good customer service. I have been calling since 7:30 to change my reservation and literally pay more money with no answer from anyone in the office. All I want to do is get covered parking and add a day to my reservation. How hard is that?I have left 3 messages and had to make a new reservation. Couldn’t even get covered parking. This place is a joke....12 hours later not even an email back. I probably won’t get a refund for the old reservationI emailed them one more time asking to refund my old reservation since I had to make a new one and told them if this wasn’t resolved soon I will be disputing the charge with my bank. They immediately canceled my new and old reservation when I only wanted the old reservation canceled and refunded. I demanded via email to have them call me and was told that I couldn’t change a reservation and I had to make a whole reservation after making a new one yesterday. Their customer service is horrid and went with a new company an hour before this edit.Don’t use parkdia

Lot was full upon arriving evening of July 2nd. I reserved my spot (and paid in full) back in April, but had to quickly find a spot at the airport. Will be paying a lot more for parking now, but my trip was thankfully not ruined. I will never be back to ParkDIA in the future. Company is scum.

The only thing good about this is that its cheap. You get what you pay for I guess but the service is slow and disorganized. They barely cared we had a reservation and we had to run to catch a shuttle. Now here I am writing this review at 11:30pm after my flight landed at 10 just trying to get on the shuttle. Debating getter an Uber or Lyft over rather than waiting anymore...

I wish I would have tried this years ago. The shuttle drivers are super nice and it makes the airport seem less stressful.

This is my 2nd time using ParkDIA and I can’t recommend them less. The first time I waited 1.5 hours for a ride in the snow outside along with 75 other people, and this time I have waited over an hour and 3 shuttles have come and there was still a long line of people waiting. I talked to the person next to me who said this is a common issue unfortunately and that management doesn’t seem to care, which judging by the reviews, a lot of others have said the same and the owner comments back they appreciate the feedback, etc. I would give them 0 stars if I could

Staff friendly and helpful. Otherwise experience very bad. Gas siphoned from our car while in covered parking! Wait for van to terminal about 15 min, though others reported waiting at stop for 15 min before we arrived. On return at midnight we waited about 35 min because 3 vans filled before we got to head of line-- Leaving about 75 people in a growing line behind is! Will use other vendors in future.

*WARNING* I made a reservation online well in advance of my scheduled departure date. When I arrived at the lot, I was told that the lot was full. I told the attendant that I made a reservation online. She said that ParkDIA had sent out emails informing customers that the lot was full. I never received an email informing me that the lot was full. Fortunately, I had allowed myself enough time for such inconveniences, and was able to find parking at another lot.This is an unacceptable business practice by ParkDIA. I hope they realize that overbooking their lot causes grave inconveniences to their customers.

Would give 0 stars. Spare wheel/tire on my Tacoma was stolen. It was 5 years old and has been all over, but only here did some smackhead go to the effort to steal $300 from me. Pathetic. Avoid this place. Should have spent the extra money to park in the airport garage.

I left a horrible review a few weeks ago- we were unable to get a shuttle back to their parking lot for over an hour and a half in the middle of the night and the lot was unattended when we finally did get a ride. I did talk to a manager, Deborah, and she told me that they were working on righting the situation and she gave me some rewards points to stay for our next trip for free. I am happy to report that just a few weeks later, pickup with the shuttle was fast, the driver very hospitable and the service was great! Our driver told us that they have a whole new crew of drivers starting to keep up with the need. I am thankful that they are working on their service and am glad to see that change.

Waited 45 minutes for a shuttle with 30 other people. I called and was told the buses are there every 10 minutes! I said they absolutely had not. Watched 10 parking spot buses come through. We all started counting them!

Good parking experience. You may wait longer for shuttle from DIA back to the parking lot due to more people parking at this lot. The shuttle frequency is the same as the other services.

First of all, both drivers were kind, helpful and respectful and drove safely.Our trip started with the reservation service not working. Both the website and app did not work at all. Unfortunately it was already to close to our departure time to switch parking lots. The gentleman finally let us in but certainly not happily.On the way back, we waited about 1hr before we got picked up. There must have been a line of 200-300 passengers. Several of us called the hotline to request more shuttles. Customer service was more interested in my email address than sending more back up.The long wait likely caused us to spend more in parking fees but after waiting for an hour with an upset infant, we decided to get out of there asap rather than fighting it.Icing on the cake: on our way out, we saw about 4-5 empty shuttles parked on the premises.Next time I’ll go with Walley or Canopy.

I used to really like this parking location for DEN and getting to the airport from the parking location is still great but the last 2 trips (2021) weve taken the huge mass of people waiting for the shuttle has been common. Also the signage on the airport side when catching the shuttle back to your car is poor so people often jump the line (huddled mass with vague directional motion) and emotions are always running high. Ive experienced this twice now under very different circumstances and i am starting to worry this is the new norm (i think they may have expanded their parking offering?)I will definitely consider different options the next time I fly and no longer recommend to others.I also feel bad for the drivers as the people waiting in the poorly designed waiting area to catch the shuttle back are often tired and emotional and take it out on the drivers.Park DIA really needs to figure out what they are doing and adapt. Even just better signage in the pick up area would go a long way.
