Ann did a excellent job in assisting us in panning and booking a family cruise. Ann was able to get the cruise booked with adjoining rooms, flight and hotel arrangements for all of our family members. Even when we had a slight change request, Ann was able to make it a seamless change and everything worked out great. We have used Ann multiple times for about 8 years now and even shared her name around with family and friends, we were planning a trip to Disney in Sept-Oct but due to the Covid-19 & a death in the family due to this tragedy we decided to cancel. My sister handled all the bookings for the family and used Ann. Now we are trying to cancel and she is being rude and trying to make us have a credit for the trip just to keep her commission. We understand its hard times, but with a death due to Covid-19 we are not taking any trips in the near or far future. I think its really inconsiderate and bad for business to not help cancel our trip. We even called Disney directly and they told us since it was booked through a travel agent we have to go through them and they should be able to cancel yet she wont. I advise anyone who is taking a trip and may have to cancel to not use Ann, she is not understanding nor helpful, she is just looking for her commission and doesnt care about her customers.
