I absolutely love my insurance company, I never have to worry about anything, the girls in the office are helpful and they have helped me to understand my insurance policies and explain every aspect of insurance to me. Claims are handled in a timely manner and the office is supportive when it comes to concerns. Deanna is a busy woman but when I need her I make an appointment and she is there to answer any questions that I may have, she is such a delight to work with. Being a first time insurance buyer, I was pretty leary of all the insurance horror stories from people.
