My regular mail lady was off yesterday. Her replacement delivered my package somewhere else. Online it said it was delivered to my house on the front porch. I was outside when she came and she never even got out of the car 😂. I sent an email and called this morning. The man was so nice. He said my regular lady was there and she would look into it. She did. She found it! And she brought it to me! I wish I knew their names so they could be recognized properly. I see some of the reviews and some are just silly and some don’t realize it’s not the same person all the time. Anyway, they are awesome and not rude at all. Thank you both!

My mail carrier likes to play games and keep marking my address vacant after already talking to his supervisor and showing proof my wife and I live at the address. No wonder the postal service is going out of business

Employees are very helpful and get through the lines as fast as possible.

I have informed delivery so I know when Im supposed to get mail. Many times the driver goes right on by and never stops. I guess he thinks my mail is not important so he waits till I have more to stop.

Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful except for Tom . Tom, is very rude and instead of trying to help he tries to upsell you and say that you’re doing it wrong.I seriously believe they should not have time dealing with people. My wife and all my neighbors talk about how rude this postal worker is now I finally got to see how rude he really is also. I love my post office I just wish they can either talk to Tom about his people skills or move them away and not deal with people

Update. 4 months later still getting other peoples mail. Who knows what mail of mine is getting delivered to others. Continually getting other peoples mail and missing my own mail. Spoke to the manager many times and nothing changes. I just got someone else medical bill today. A couple weeks ago someone else bank letter and the list goes on and on. Never received a credit card bill a couple months ago which resulted in my first ever late payment and late payment fee in my entire life!

I have taken my review from before down because I felt like I was inconsiderate I still have late times getting my mail even important mail but I look at alot of different companies and businesses everyone is being affected God bless the postal workers for the mess they are in with the pandemic going on

January 13,2020 I put mail in my mail box at 6am for pick up. Its now 6:24 pm ( 12 hrs later) and the mail carrier NEVER came on my street to deliver today.

Terrible they keep putting my mail and packages in the wrong mail box just lazy and they dont pick up your packages that you set up for pick up just lazy and there tracking isnt always truthful they know its not and then they tell you theres nothing they can do just lazy

This post office is a bit out of the way from where we live but I prefer to go there every time because of the excellent service we receive. 5 stars and more

If I do the label from work and try to drop it off at times to this office they get really upset. because of the different zip codes they always say they do not get any credit. Oh well You have the USPS logo so accept my packages without getting grief!

Super friendly staff and very quick service. They have a large selection of gift cards and Hallmark cards.

They never answer the phone. Have to drive up there to ask a simple question that could have easily been taken care of over the phone.

The bald man and the older man in position of leadership are two miserable individuals. Please get another job. YOU BOTH SUCK! They both hate working with pre paid labels. Its rude and unprofessional. There is people that work at McDonalds that can do a better job.

I think you guys need to hire more help!! My mail carrier is not the brightest, will deliver my mail but does not pick up out going mail. I have called several times with NO real help. Today i was told SORRY the supervisor is not in until 1. Ok thats fine is someonegoing to pick the mail up? Well i dont know! Was the answer given. Really?!?!

I am not from the area, but I shipped a package there, and the tracking said not updated for a couple of days. I called the Auburndale Post Office and the lady I spoke to was so helpful. She found the package, figured out the problem and got it out to my customer. Thanks Auburndale Post Office!

Great Staff! Never had any issues getting or receiving any of my packages.

Tuesday January 2nd I got a package from PCH I put it back in my mailbox to be picked up Wednesday January 3rd with the word return on it , I never opened it I didnt have to to know I didnt want it. Thursday it was still in my mailbox the mailperson refused to take it, Friday he left a note also refusing to take it again the note said I had to pay the return postage, I should not have to pay I never opened it.

I have been calling them since 8 this morning they let it ring and then they cut it off so how are you supposed to get somebody to answer the phone there.

The post man that delivers mail on Clayton rd. Needs to learm how to get the mail delivered early our old post man was always here by 2 pm this clown cant make it until 530 or so

Well I have personally gone into the post office and spoke with the Post Master about mail coming to my house for someone, who No longer stays at my house. And I am still receiving their mail! This person does not reside in my house and Id like their mail to stop being delivered to my Home...

I live in Fish Haven and our mail lady sucks!!! We have a small mailbox and it’s always getting filled with the parks mail and junk mail and now I have to go to the post office because she is too lazy to bring it to the house when she drives right by it!!!

Ive been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes. No answer. Getting incorrect packages and missing my package. 😣

Please get someone else to answer your phones. Marcy is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people! She should have called in if she didn’t want to work today!

Our mail carrier doesnt bring our prime packages to the house.. even when we are home. Just leaves post card without attempting to deliver.

The manager is very rude and kicked us out because we did not had the custom forms ready for international Shiping.i wish there was a different form to send international so I don’t have to use the post office ever again !
