The day and time I visited was the busiest Ive ever seen and a plan needs to be in place for more than 3 staff, 1 of whom was training another! while theres literally standing room only. An hour later, my turn, #12! came and my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Worth the wait, but surprising as my first disappointment with spectrum services!

Only 2 CS reps. They should have separate reps. Several for the customers who take an hour or more, and one for the customers just want to turn stuff in, or get new replacement.

Hate spectrum. No direct line to the store. Asked support on phone if they had enough inventory for what I was driving 45 to come get. They said yes. Guy in store said I was lucky to get the last one. Felt bad for the next guy. I could go on but Im sure there is a character limit.

Sales reps lie and tell you things that arent true. Told me I have a 24 month price lock and its only 12. Told me my bill would be 130 a month and its nearly 200. Ill keep the internet since its the only high speed in the area but getting rid of TV as soon as Dish Network installer hooks everything up.

40 minute wait to pickup equipment. Associate (Moses?) told me I’d have some kind of one month trial of streaming/cable garbage. Not asked, he told me as he handed me my receipt. I get home and there’s already a charge to my account for when the trial ends so I had to spend another 30 min on the phone to cancel something I didn’t want.Crooks. Probably should be illegal for them to automatically add on a trial without asking for interest/permission.

This company r thieves. Ive had the same service 2 and a half years and when I moved I tried transferring my service to new place they said the price goes up bc of location.... I went from paying $22 for internet they said new price for BASIC INTERNET is 55.... Really???? They just take advantage . no thanks next company

Great experience at Spectrum in Lakeland. I will never used Spectrum in Auburndale ever again. Tired of waiting for service at the Auburndale FL office. Lakeland does it all, TV, Cell, Internet etc. Little wait if any. Go for it !!!

The employees were polite and resourceful. They knew what they were talking about and explained everything to me in great detail. I merely went there for a replacement modem, but I was thrilled with the friendly faces I received and left in a better mood than I had arrived. I just wish i could give 10 stars instead of 5

Inefficient in customer service and way crowded. Took me almost an hour to just run in my equipment. Lousey home service, poor customer service and they are way overpriced for the service they give you. Best to make reservation or you will be waiting a long time for a customer service person.

Bad service reps. Lied about payment and cost to get me to buy phone. With $300 dwn for one month service my first bill should of been $129. Was $599. Wanted phone paid off in full. Wasnt the agreement I signed. Wanted phone back with no refund I refused . Bad service here.

I was about a year overdue for an upgraded modem. I was told by the tech I could just make an appointment and go in to exchange my old unit for the new one. It literally took me about 5 min once I walked in the door to be helped and out the door. Fastest service anywhere.

Even though my telephoned order to turn our service on, which had been on seasonal hold, Grace, the technician who waited on me, was wonderful. She quickly addressed that situation and found the best offer to add TV service to our account with phone and internet. Grace was professional, friendly and knew her job well. I was in and out in 10 minutes equipped with my receivers and easy to follow instructions. Splendid service! Thank you, Grace.

I lost my IPhone 11 that I financed in the lake 8 days ago. I submitted an insurance claim 6 days ago. I still have not received the replacement phone and Spectrum won’t put my number in a temporary phone that I have unless I pay for the replacement phone in full. According to the tracking number, FedEx hasn’t touched the phone since the day they received it. The phone is obviously lost in the mail and Spectrum won’t contact FedEx or send me a different replacement phone. Verizon here I come

Horrible customer service. I had cable and internet hooked up, installer damaged my home and said we would hear back from a supervisor in 48 hours to have someone come out to fix all of the damage. TWO WEEKS later I was finally able to get ahold of someone after multiple attempts and they said I have to pay for a contractor to come out for an estimate, and they will decide if they want to pay for the repairs. Reaching out to the BBB, consmer complaints, and attourney general as this is unacceptable. Switching service providers, DO NOT USE SPECTRUM.

If I could leave a zero review I would I have had six tecs come to my house since April 25th 2021 and no one has fixed anything!!!!! has left internet not working, cable interrupted, and NOTHING complete... The last tec today May 5th came out rewired some stuff made it sound like his job was way too hard and now has left with internet still down and now my cable is out due to what he did.UNBELIEVABLE....YOU SHOULD BE LUCKY THAT YOU HAVE JOBS WITH THIS PANDEMIC IN EFFECT SO WHEN YOU START A JOB AT LEAST FINISH THE DAMN JOB...

My internet has been going out for months now and nothing is getting done about it.....they take forever to send someone out to fix it but they dont do anything. Now I cant even get anyone on the phone just a recording. Theyre just a bunch of thieves stealing your money. I guess its time to find a new provider.

OK so spectrum in general is absolutely my least favorite company to deal with. Id rather be audited by the IRS. That being said after 3 phone calls to customer service I was told the could send someone out in a week to fix my internet. I asked if I could go to my local branch and exchange equipment. Once there I signed in and waited about 20 minutes to exchange equipment not bad considering I didnt make an appointment, which I would have done if Id been told by customer service on the phone I could. As a general rule the only thing worse than spectrum service is their customer service however I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the store was. I live in an are that is considered a protected territory for spectrum so the only other service I can get is satellite that goes out every time it rains and in Florida it rains daily. So yes I would change if given the opportunity!

Poor quality service, and every month there will be a new fee for usage. Do not believe any special promotions as there is always a fine liner. No compassion for military nor children homeschool during the pandemic.Only if there was another option for my area!

Would give a 0 star review but I cant they couldnt help me with my faulty Iphone 11 pro max after hours of purchase. Had to schedule an appt with apple an hour away from my house a week later so imagine been without a company/personal phone for a week. they didnt offer any solutions to that either. Customer service THE WORST. I have been a customer for 7 years now, pay over 300 dollars in service between mobile and internet and I the customer had to pay for someone elses problem. like I said would rate them a 0 but I cantand by the way, at the pace you are going spectrum I think bankruptcy might be your final path, last reviews has been 1 to 3 starts, not good at all get better

Worst service ever!! Always having problems with them. They disconnect our service for hours in the middle of the night. They’ve even reset our whole name and password in the middle of the night and we weren’t able to get it fixed until mid next day. Or my Internet will just stop working for like 15 minutes on and off all day. Pay all this money a month to barely get to use the internet. 🙄

So Im moving and my daughter works from home. I wanted Spectrum to turn on service at new address and have a couple day delay in turning it off at old address in case something happens and we cant move her equipment in just one day,well the only way is to charge me a full months charge for that couple day delay so I can be sure lights are on and everything is set up for her work. We need better cable providers in the Polk County area. I would also like to mention that the whole4 years I have lived at my current residence my internet has never been good, I got tired of calling every week

Absolutely worst customer service and internet. I was paying for 100 mbps for a year now and during year upgraded for two months attempting the 400 mbps and neither gave me good internet. Speed test was showing less than 20 WITH A DIRECT ETHERNET. found out after a year there was a filter capping it at that speed and increased my bill anyways and will provide no help. The original person who connected my wifi should have known about the cap and removed it instead of doing minimal at his job. Second tech found the issue right away. WORST INTERNET!
