C&L did a great job pressure washing my home, driveway, patio areas and cleaned my roof. Also applied a non slip coating to a tile patio area, sealed my pavers and stacked stone planters. Everything looks brand new!!Lindsey is knowledgeable and great to work with. She kept in constant contact with me before, during and after the job was done.The crew that came out to do the work was respectful, professional and diligent.The job these guys did would have taken me a month (maybe longer) and they did it in 2 days!!Highly recommended.

Had C&L come out to clean the exhaust hood and fan on our food truck. The work was done quickly and efficiently. No complaints from me. Actually asked for a quote to clean and paint my house after the food truck was done.

Lindsey is THE BEST!!! She answered texts and calls when she was able, returned them promptly when she couldnt, and followed up as well!!! She showed up when and where she agreed to, was professional in preparation of her bid and both provided an immediate hand written copy and emailed a printed one. Curtis showed up on time, did the work we had agreed to and even helped us move items that were obstructing the job. I could not recommend them more highly!!! Lindsey is also one of the most upbeat and friendliest people weve ever worked with.!!! I wish them good luck in life!!!

I found C&L as I was looking for a company to pressure wash my house on a tight time crunch before listing it for sale. Lindsey was professional and understanding of what I was needing to get accomplished for the house and made sure to accommodate my needs and get me on schedule within a couple of days. Curtis showed up the day of the service and made sure to do a walk around of the house confirming what I was looking to get done and was a pleasure to work with. He even made sure to do a final walk around to make sure I was satisfied with the work. My house looks like it is freshly painted and I am so excited to see how it will look in pictures. Thank you so much Curtis and Lindsey for being so awesome and accommodating as well as more than reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend to anyone and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

They pressure cleaned 71 driveways and sidewalks for an HOA. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and finished when they promised which is a rare trait these days. They do a good job and I would recommend them and will hire them again to do future jobs.

C&L did an amazing job pressure washing our pool deck, driveway and pool cage. They also soft washed our roof and pool screens!! We chose over our normal painter to give them a shot painting our pool deck. They did not disappoint. They also installed anti-skid on our outside tile!! Nice job done pressure washing my house and drive way. Was scheduled 15 days later but done the job next day because of emergent situation. House and drive way looks new after pressure wash. They have advanced equipment in the truck, so dont surprise if the guy tell you that work is done in couple of hours. And yes, they are reasonable in price too.

Our community entrance signs had not been washed since the community was built 8 years ago. Needless to say it was past time. C&L provided amazing customer service from a fast and reasonable quote to the timely completion of the job. The fact that they could provide their own water source was a must in this situation and one that many other companies couldnt offer. The HOA is very pleased with the results and will be using them again in the future.
