My husband called to get his haircut with my son, and they asked if we could call back in 15 minutes so we just showed up to get the haircut because in an hour they were going to be closing. After we got there they told my husband that they werent taking any more people because they were closing. It was 5:09 When we arrive they close at 6. My son and my husband have short hair and were getting a short haircut.

VERY unprofessional! I went in yesterday (first time) at 5:15 as a walk-in to get my sons hair cut...they said they close in 45 minutes and probably couldn’t get to him. No biggie...I asked if they were open today (Saturday) and the hours...he told me yes and to come back. Went back today, waited an hour and a half with one person in front of me! Two more people came in after us and they took them back before us! I walked out and will never be back!

Today was my first time at Flo Cuts! I set up an appointment with Luis Aka LP Cut em. He was very professional and wentabove- and - beyond! He was very detailed with the hair cut. Just when I thought he was finished - He gave me that Old School Hot towel shave and prepped my skin with Tea Tree oil. Now thats what I call full service!

This barbershop was horrible. Im sure there are some good barbers there, but the guy who cut my brothers hair did such a horrible job we had to drive right over to new era to fix it. Don’t waste your money here. So disappointed.

Have gave this shop 2 chances to cut my sons hair. The first time we walked in waited over 45 minutes without being talked to & just signed in. They were busy & I couldnt wait any longer so I wanted to try again.Now....That brings us to today. We walked in & signed in & sat down. Waited over an hour (they were busy.. No worries.. I was not in a hurry today.) A few more people walked in & signed in. We were all patiently waiting (with multiple kids)Then, walks in some self centered people who ignore the sign in sheet & walked up to the barber on the front left seat... They start a conversation & he tells them we are all waiting & he will try to fit their son in. They walk out for 15 minutes all while we are waiting & never signing in. That brings me to our issue. They knowingly had us... (4 cuts) in front of the other people that walk in and didnt sign in & the barber walks up to him & invites him to his chair!! At this point I have been waiting 1 hour & 46 minutes with all MY kids plus the others who walked in behind us. I stood up & said excuse me. We have been waiting over an hour & a half & they just walked in & you take them in 20 minutes?? The barber proceeded to say he thought he was the son of a client that he was mixed up & instead of taking my son (who was next in line) he continued the conversation to have the (much older line cutting boy to his chair). I am disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism from these barbers. NONE offered to correct the issue & cut my sons hair. (Btw he is 4 & just needed a buzz... Maybe a 15 minute cut) This place totally failed us. I have never been treated like that epically after waiting so long with 3 kids & the I dont care attitude I got after being upset is insane. These barbers are apparently of the generation of self centered & disrespectful & arrogant people. I was really looking forward to moving to this shop however... I will drive past them every time now.They also need to REMOVE the Walk-Ins Welcome sign too!

Whoever this clown is say smith is absolutely wrong. Quality Over quantity. All the barbers are completely respectful and treat there clients with dignity. I have gone there multiple times and had a great experience. Each and every barber there is qualified to a prestigious standard and have high expectations for there clients which you will not get anywhere in aburdale. There style of cuts and the quality tools and commodities are amongst the best In the barber industry. Each and every one is time worthy due to the fact that they get every nitch and spec of hair. NOT ALL BARBERS DO THAT. Some barbers just want in for there money and run with it. Here they ACTUALLY ARE DETERMINED TO CUT YOU TO A HIGH EXPECTATION. Its honestly with the wait and to be quite frankly its not even that long. They have the best resting areas and the place is honestly so unique and prestine. If you want a decent haircut you should come to Flo Cuts. And if you are looking for TRASH haircuts Say Smith get your raggedy self and go get a low budget cut.

Very professional friendly clean place and very good with kids

They have a comfy couch in the waiting room for a reason. Youll sit there for hours without knowing when your turn is next. Just sat there for 2 hours just to get up and leave. The clown that stopped cutting hair to talk about Bitcoin is the straw that broke the camels back. As a long-term investor in the crypto world my ears begin to bleed. If youre going to stop doing your job to talk about something at least know what youre talking about.

Luis is my kids barber and he is great. I usually call and make appointment and when I arrive he is already waiting for us. He is very fast and does a great job. Ahh and the couch in the waiting area are sooo comfy, I never want to leave lol

Absolutelyyyyyyyy terrible. I brought my cousin here to get a haircut on a monday. Only one barber in the building. The Barber was Luis..... we arrived at 9:35. At this time he was finishing a clients haircut, arched a womans eyebrows, and edged a mans beard. All of that took him an hour and 30 minutes to do. Plus the fact of frequently being on his cell phone. My cousin did not get in the chair for a cut until 11:05. We did not leave this shop until 11:50. So it took him almost 1 hour to cut my cousins hair which was a simple brush cut no designs nothing crazy. I do not see how the owner is making money with a slow barber of this magnitude. There was also about 6 or 7 people who came in and got tired of waiting and left so that was a lot of money walking out the door. As well as myself. I was going to get a haircut also but after it took him so long to cut my cousin i was no longer going to wait that extremely long amount of time sitting in a chair for an hour for a simple haircut is ridiculous. I was referred by another relative to come here but will not return. I understand mondays are a slow day but this was just absolutely ridiculous. Then he wants to charge $15 a head for all of this plus a tip. Not worth the time or extremely long wait. #EpicFail
