Aaron took on some trickier jobs that others wouldnt - larger trees overhanging the house, on a very steep hill. Aaron and his team show up on time and get the job done. His pricing is always competitive. Hes a good communicator, and always ensures the area is cleaned up and left better than he found it.

I rarely give anyone 5 stars for anything, but I was so impressed with Aaron and his crew when they cut down our 2 maple trees this week that I couldn’t give them any less. It was like watching a well-oiled machine in action. They stayed on task, Aaron answered all our questions and made us feel appreciated as customers. The work was done in a timely manner and our lawn was left better than when they started. We would definitely recommend Webster Tree Service to anyone looking for quality “tree” work.

Pay no attention to the guy who did a 1 star review for getting woken up at 7am. The majority of people start their days at 7 or earlier If they start work at 8am.I want to say how impressed I am with the customer service Webster provided. They were prompt and exceeded my expectations by removing and cleaning up a tree that feel on my garage in 8 hours time. Steves entire team was super friendly and hard working. Very grateful for their service!

Team did a great job of taking down one of our trees and pruning 3 of our pine trees. They also cut back an overgrown lilac tree and chipped 2 piles of branches. Great work!. They also insured that my wifes pink flamingos were moved prior to cutting the tree down. Do not mess with mamas pink flamingos. Thank you guys for a job well done!

The Webster team started work at my neighbors house directly across the street from me at 7am this morning. Their heavy machinery was so loud it actually shook my house when it was started. I work nights and I work from home so I do not rise before 7am. I was jolted awake by their machinery and was not able to go back to sleep. I attempted to contact the company to let them know it would have been considerate to warn me in advance that work would be starting early with extremely loud equipment, but could not get in touch with anyone. When my girlfriend returned home for lunch one of the Webster trucks was blocking our driveway and the operator refused to move it until he was done his work. I walked down the driveway to speak with him (the man identified himself as the owner, Steve Webster). I calmly tried to explain that their work was very disruptive to us today and I would have appreciated some advance warning of the disruption. From the moment he came down from his truck he was rude and aggressive, talking over me, and even telling me to go to hell. He said it was my problem that I wasnt up by 7am and I didnt deserve to be warned of the loud equipment in advance.Its also worth mentioning that my parents have hired this company to trim trees in the past and had no problems. But given the behavior of Mr. Webster today I dont believe any of us will be hiring his company again.Steve Webster was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Unprofessional. Showed up to do work at neighbors property left truck and wood chipper in front of our driveway blocking us in the entire time they worked until they finished. Acted as if they could not see us outside trying to see how to get out and leave.
