Horrible experience and will not be returning! I had PostNet print and cut the invitations to my baby shower along with the diaper raffle and the bring-a-book card. The bring-a-book card and the diaper raffle were the exact same pdf. However, they printed and cut the bring a book card adequately but managed to cut the borders off on the diaper raffle and cut them unevenly. When speaking to the owner he told me, only you would notice. I complained and they printed off a new set and re-cut everything, complaining how hard it was to cut in the first place (but they do have a machine to do it). The second batch had ink smears on them. Went back for a 3rd batch that still had issues. I finally gave up and just printed off what I needed on my own computer. Save your money and do it yourself.

Stay away from this place if youre shipping FedEx overnight. They tried to charge me nearly $100 more than I paid to ship the exact same overnight package the day before at FedEx. I can understand a small service charge as an independent business, but $100 extra on a $172 FedEx fee? This is a total rip-off!!!

Cant say enough about the courteous and professional service I received today. The documents I needed shipped needed an extra notary signature requiring me to find a second office to ship from. The very nice gentleman called FedEx to find a location that could still get my envelope mailed out today. He organized my envelope and had me on my way in a fast and efficient way. I will use this facility exclusively from now on!!

I have always gotten great service from this business. All of my items I have shipped have arrived at their destination in a timely manner. I do a lot of shipping here as it is a lot easier to park and get in and out in a timely manner than using the post office. Parking around the square during lunch hour to get to the post office is near impossible. As far as the lady mentioned about he wanted only cash, I have never had an issue with cash vs card. I always use my card when I go in there, and have never had a problem. I will continue to use his services.

Went in for a notary on Thursday. My wife made a joke about the notary being free because his price list said .00 for Notary.... It was to the owner, he was very rude. Told her, “the board’s wrong, go somewhere else if you don’t like it.” Plus his notary fee is $10 a signature, so a total rip off.... Go anywhere else.

Have been going here for years now. Has ALWAYS been friendly and helpful service. Those people that left bad reviews must just be hillbilly jerks. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful!!!

Very poor management and customer service. I shipped two packages and only 1 got delivered. I tried for over a week to get the manager (Rick) to track it down but he never responded to my calls. Finally today after a week he tells me that its lost. Now to make that worse he tells me he screwed up on the insurance of my item. I know this is due to Rick not paying attention to what he was doing when he prepared the label. He was talking to others in the store and just being haphazard about his job. He messed the first label up and had to redo it. This is where he messed things up. Now in speaking with him after trying to track him down he tells me that he has requested the forms from UPS for the insurance. With that I told him that I wont be using his service any longer. With that he gets all belligerent and says, Are you threatening me? What is wrong with this guy!! Hes running a business and if he cant accept the fact that his poor Customer Service lost a customer then he should get out of the business. I told him I wasnt threatening him but he hung up. Now he wont take my call. What a piece of work. I do remember after him asking what I was shipping he showed an interest in it. I dont know now if my item ever made it out of his store. My recommendation would be to go to the Other place in Auburn, Indiana for shipping or even the post office and if you do (God Forbid!) have to use this place dont tell him what you are shipping. Better chance that it will be delivered.......

Get my items packed and shipped from there every year. Very nice people.

Total jerk. Would not complete transaction because we would not agree to do a cash transaction so he wouldnt have to pay taxes. Run, dont walk away from doing business with this guy

This place is a joke, over priced shipping rates and a guy that runs the place can be very rude.Go elsewhere if you need UPS or Fedex
