I had a car issue a while back and went around Auburn looking for shops that could help me fix it that day. Most of them were either extremely expensive or they would fix it in 3-5 days. I miraculously found Ts automotive and they were affordable and quick. I just went again this week and had the same experience. They are quick, affordable and also nice! I love this place.

They are great. They got me in on very short notice and fixed my truck right away. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional,helpful, friendly, and have great customer service skills both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend them.

Honest, super helpful, and great service!I got my Jeep “serviced” in Alaska before shipping it to WA to drive and move across country. My front brakes were suddenly metal to metal 2 days before we were supposed to leave. I went to three other shops and called 3 more searching for the best deal and honest work for brake replacement.Found this shop online just in time; they gave me an estimate over the phone and got me in same day. I could already tell they were doing their best to help over the phone and making sure I wasn’t requesting more parts than needed. They also offered a discount for paying cash. Brandon was refreshingly friendly and realistic in explaining what I needed to have replaced and why.I can’t explain how appreciative I am of their honesty when assisting a very frustrated female who was dealing with an urgent vehicle problem in the middle of a move and in an unfamiliar city. Car problems are, more often than not, inconvenient and stressful as is. It definitely helps when you don’t have to question every little thing at some untrustworthy/thieving shop. T’s Automotive was not that, I felt relieved as soon as I dropped my Jeep off.

I took a vehicle to Ts for a pre-purchase inspection. They were able to accommodate me the same day I called them and I was impressed with the level of their inspection. I had the same vehicle inspected by a different shop the day before and I didnt think they had done a very thorough job. Ts was able to find many things within the first 15 mins that the other shop had totally missed. He showed me his findings and I was immediately not interested in purchasing that vehicle. Even better, they only charged me for a half-hour of labor since they didnt need to finish the full inspection. I would highly recommend them!

Randy is a great mechanic and I have known him for over 25 years and I can tell anyone right now if you take your car to him you will get a fair price and the work he does on your car will be 5 star.

Terry did a good job at good prices and didnt rip off women. Me n gfs loved him. He died during surgery in 2017. Very sad. His relatives tried to keep his biz running but I dont know how their work n prices are, sorry.Update--. They are still a great garage to bring your vehicle to!
