I got new wheels here a few days ago. For starters they were super helpful with finding my perfect set. I was very specific in that I wanted glossy black & machined rims. They showed me several options until I found some I loved. So they ordered them and said come back in 2 days. I came back and they installed them quickly. They look amazing! But I noticed that my car was shaking quite a bit after the install so I returned the next day. They said that can happen with aftermarket rims, and they ordered some hub rings that they said would help. I returned this morning, and they installled the hub rings, and the shaking has completely stopped! They didnt charge me for the hub rings or to put them on. They were quick and professional. But what I liked best is how nice and friendly the staff is. Super cool guys, I had really nice conversations with them while I waited and I plan on purchasing all my tires and rims here in the future. Cant beat their prices and service!

We have 10 trucks in our fleet and I thought sent three trucks there for tires but the third was my own personal truck and I got some cheap tires the problem was with one of them was really out of round causing the whole truck to shake and so within a couple of months I made it back down there to point it out and I was told I could buy a new tire which I already knew I could buy a new tire. I offered to pay at least half split the cost in half and I even take the tire and put it on myself but they gave me a price of even more than I spent on the original tire so even though I have only about 5,000 miles on my new tire I have to go buy a brand new tire and throw this one away because Im getting no warranty. basically if you buy cheap tires from this place thats what you get and you had to get no warranty the service is good when youre going in as in most businesses but when you have a problem thats when you find out the true character of the business

They were honest and decently fast. I was able to get my car serviced same day which almost never happens anywhere else.

I have lived in Auburn for about 3 years now, whenever I need something done on my tires or breaks I always come here, the boss there is super nice and friendly, he makes sure your car is being taken care of as soon as you park your car 🚗. Prices are reasonable in my opinion. I have never had an issue with my car after the job is done. I highly recommend this place, I always walk out with a happy face.

They had sold 2 front tires to a friend of mine. They looked like they were flat when at max pressure. I went with my friend to ask them a few questions. The next thing i know, ive got the manager and two employees being defensive and telling me what i know and i dont know anything about tires. It was very confrontational. It turns out that the tires were just very cheap. So if you want cheap tires, buy from here.

This company provides an economical way to get a set of wheels. We buy many tires from them every year for our commercial trucks. They dont provide appointments it is first come first serve, but they always do a good job and get you out of there as fast as possible.

If you need to buy inner tubes to go tubing down the many rivers or to use in the nearby lakes I recommend this place. The 15-16 inch inner diameter tubes are perfect for an adult and they will even inflate them at the store if youd like. They typically run $20 a tube but are much more sturdy than regular inner tubes so they will last much longer. The valve stem is a bit odd though so youll need a special tool to let the air out efficiently if you want to store them uninflated

Went to 2 of the larger tire shops first to get 2 used Cooper tires mounted on my 1.5 ton truck. First one said they didnt have time, second one (no names but right next door) 😄 said tires were too old , Been on my truck for over a month now. Tire Depot not only got right on the job but charged me $15.00 cheaper than the others would have per tire & quoted me a price for new tires at $95.00 cheaper.

They will tell you your brakes are bad if they are not! They will sell you 4 new tires another customer will pul lin after you looking for 4 used tires, they will sell your old tires to him get him out of there before you then charge you a tire disposal fee. I watched this happen on the regular. They are thieves! They dont pay there employees min. Wage! I was an employee for a short time till i caught them steelin from me.Not to mention they do brakes wrong and damage the master cylinder and tell you its broken.

Nobody else could get the tire I needed. Tire Depot had one ordered, mounted and the wheel installed all within 24 hours and for a great price.EDIT: Two lug nuts fell off, and the other two were hand tight on the wheel they re-installed. I get mistakes happen but thats terrifying.

Anytime I call The Tire Depot for any type of tire service, mounting, balancing or installation of my own tires that I purchased elsewhere, these folks have been phenomenal. Never stereotype a small business. Many of them provide much better over-all service over many of the larger businesses.I will continue to support this business due to their professionalism and great communication !

I like this place. Not fancy, but always accommodate my requests. I usually buy used tires for my old pickup and they mount and balance them for reasonable prices.

I shop here pretty good place the staff is friendly and generally they hustle quite a bit. I recommend you ask for name brand tires not the cheapos I bought cheap tires and they dont last very long just go with a name brand.

The snapped one stud on and cross threaded another, when I told them this they offered to fix it IF I PAID FOR LABOR I paid for labor to have my tires put on when they broke the damn studs now Im supposed to pay more for their mistake? when they were told a mechanic confirmed it was carelessness on their part they said well itll be easy for the mechanic to fix. This place is great. I have uncommon tire sizes, but they had no problem special ordering them for me, not to mention it was incredibly affordable. Les schwab quoted me at 900$, and tire depot at $450 for the same tires. Special order took 2 days and when i brought my car in they had the tires on in 15 minutes. Excellent customer service as well.

Previous owner Al was a great person and was always willing to deal or get what you needed done. Doesnt feel as much like that anymore since he sold it to other family, but they have helped me out in recent times after a flat.

Really professional, quick and courteous. They let us unpack all our stuff there so we could get to the spare tire storage where our wheel was, then installed two new tires in a jiffy. On top of that, one of them even helped us load our stuff back into the car after the spare was back in its usual place.All for about $200!

Ali is awesome! I have been using him for my tires for the past two years. He does lifetime rotations and balances for free and gets me really good deals on tires.

I was quoted $75 for a tire to be replaced mounted and balanced. Service was fast but the tech refused to balance the tire saying rear tires dont need to be balanced. Still they changed me the same.
