Josh and Zach were beyond helpful and definitely went above and beyond in fitting me in on an emergency basis to fix my car, to which I am grateful for. They were willing to allow me to bring the part in and fixed my car based off my own diagnosis. These guys are fabulous, they did exactly what I asked which was to perform a pre purchase inspection on a 2012 BMW 550i they were meticulous in every aspect of there work. They took the time to go over every single thing they checked. They took pictures to show exactly what the problem was. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable about their work. I would just like to say thank you again. I purchased the vehicle and Im very satisfied with it. I never wouldve bought it without having an inspection done as I would recommend anybody buying a used vehicle should do. I have been going to Rempt Motors for 8 years, ever since my alternator went out and my Kia Sedona died going 75mph on the 405. Joshua and his team were awesome, so when my parents had car trouble while visiting me from Canada I didnt hesitate to take them there. I have also had them do check ups and recommended Kia vehicle maintenance schedules. The shop is just as awesome now under Zach.Recently I had to have the Kia front axles done, engine gasket replaced and another alternator installed. They were upfront with the costs, explained what I didnt know, answered all my questions and willing to work out a budget and payment/financing plan if I needed it. They offer warranty on the parts they install - if they fixed it before they will review and let you know. They also have a dependable tow service they call on and can combine that into your repair.So while car repair is not cheap - if its cheap are you getting good parts and knowledgeable work? will you be fixing/replacing the same stuff every year? Ive been driving my Jeep for almost 23 years and want to keep doing so. A few days ago it just stalled and wouldnt restart. Id used Rempt before so I emailed them to let them know I was coming and the problem. Had it towed there the next day they were open (because these things never happen during business hours, right?). Not only did I get a prompt response the next day, but also texts advising me of when diagnostic work started and the progress. Communication was excellent throughout the process and Zach called several times to let me know the next steps. As a woman, its so important to find a place that is trustworthy, professional, and friendly-this is it, bar none. You can send your mother, sister, aunt or daughter here without any worries of them getting ripped off. Im a full time caregiver for an elderly parent and I need my Jeep to be up and running. We had the need for a vehicle inspection on a used car we were buying in Auburn and spoke to Zach which was very informative and flexible on bringing car in with adjustments to looking at it on short notice. They looked car over and pointed out some things and provided checklist. Thought reasonable at $236 including tax.assuming the car works out and the alignment issue is just an adjustment and not something major i think was good experience and recommend them.sorry picture is so bad as i was preocupied with trying to get my daughter a dependable car The location is a bit tough to find as they are tucked away behind buildings in back corner. Needs better signing.

I had a check engine light come on and smoke coming out the back of my car, when i sat at a stop light it would cloud up around my car. Super embarassing. I called these guys and they got me in right away, and fixed my pcv same day. No more smoke! Im a happy camper, thanks Rempt!

I just recently bought a Mercedes Sprinter Van and needed a maintenance (as always when you buy a vehicle). There were a couple of warning lights that popped up but Zach S was very helpful in getting these things taken care of so I don’t drive on the road unsafe or stranded. I had a terrible experience with this dishonest business. They claim to charge 15% less than dealerships however charge considerably more, in my case hundreds of dollars more. They try to trick you into signing an upfront $300 diagnostic fee. My car needed a simple tune up with spark plugs and coils and they claimed to have spent two and a half hours diagnosing the problem. I will never deal with this business again and hope to dissuade others from doing so. They held my car and keys until I paid theyre highly inflated diagnostic fee. I tried to explain to them that I had a doctors appointment to go to and they still wouldnt release my car for approximately one hour. Be wary & stay away!

We went there to get a car we were looking to purchase checked out. It took about 2 hours and they went the whole nine yards. Turns out we were right to think the car was a lemon! He gave us the full page print out of what was wrong with the car, walked us through what it all meant, and gave his proffesional opinion on if we should purchase the car. Turns out we would have speant more on the car than it was worth and more than what we would have to pay for it! If you are ever in the area I 100% recommend you take your car here. No one else I would trust to have great customer service and do a more thorough job than these guys!

I had my 2008 E 350 towed to Rempt Motor Company after my fuel pump went bad, Zach was the most helpful and nicest service tech i have ever met although they were not able to fix the issue (model year |Vin number) he took the time to contact the dealer and had everything taken care of. A big thank you to Zach and his service team at Rempt. I had just recently purchased a used 2010 Volvo XC60 and within 3 weeks the steering rack went down with a quickness. The pump was roaring like the car stubbed it’s toe and I could not for the life of me find the leak causing the air leak. Took it to Rempt after finding it online with solid reviews especially working on Volvos. I’m not going to say this was a cheap fix, but Zach worked with me on different options and was able to source a good used replacement rack (they even inspected the first used rack that was sent to them and had another on order that day cause the first one was no good). I got my ride back in great shape now and Rempt found a new customer. Also, they sent me a video showing me the issue during the diagnosis which went a long way with me because let’s face it, finding a good shop can be a daunting task, especially for a niche car. Well done boys!

I have been coming to Rempt for a few years now and things get fixed right the first time.My son had a Saab and it looked like the tire were slanted. We took it to one mechanic who said it was fixed as good as he could do. Gave me a song and dance about shims. We heard about Rempt being the place to go for European cars, took it there and it got fixed. They took care of that Saab until it died.The family Mazda minivan had an issue and we took it to two repair shops and the dealer. No one could figure it out. Then decided to see how Rempt would do with a domestic car. Got an answer back in a couple of hours, got it fixed and the issue never came back.So now all of our vehicles come here. Get the job fixed the first time. No pushy service, nice guys, and timely service.

I have been taking my truck there for years. I like all the mechanics in the shop it really doesnt matter who works on my truck I know it will be done right the first time. I never get the feeling like I am being taken advantage of or that Im getting less than excellent service. My sons BMW was having some issues, so we decided to give Rempt a chance to evaluate it for repair. When we dropped the car off on Saturday one of the mechanics finally emerged from the back after 10 minutes and we told him what the car was doing. He had me write my name and number on a sticky note?? and told us it would be Tuesday before they could look at it. I received a call from Josh on Tuesday and he started by rattling off prices of what they thought needed to be repaired, so i asked him to email me a quote. The quote seemed to be a bit high so i did a quick check of parts pricing and common labor rates. Also some of the parts listed on the quote had already been replaced recently. So I emailed Josh back with a few questions as any customer about to spend $2,000 on car repairs would. Josh responded back stating he is now declining to do the repair because it wasnt a good fit Is this good customer service? Your customer asks a few questions and you turn them away? We basically wasted our time and money taking the car to this company. They 100% mark up parts and the labor rate was way out of line. Beware of taking your car to these people unless you like being ripped off.

Each time I need to do business for my vehicle here, I am astounded by the values and integrity of this organization, and their commitment to customer service. It is stellar. I have recently recommended a friend to them, and I will absolutely do so again. They are not the closest to me, but if I am towed again, I will be towed the extra miles to Rempt because I know I will not be lied to here. They do business with honor. Very rare!

The guy I talked to was very rude! I was trying to understand why he needed 3 hours to pull a drain pan when there was no clearance issues, so I asked him. He ended the phone call with you have the wrong guy, keep looking Okay, that is a great way to run a business. If he truly needed to do what I can do in 15 minutes, and helped me know why it takes longer than the 15 minutes it should be able to be done in, then he would have my business. A little time to explain would be great customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this place!

This review is overdue. Last year, I took my BMW 325i to Rempt for repair (Service Engine Soon) light was on. Josh took the time to ask the right questions, provided me with an estimate and completed the work timely. He called several days later to inform me of a recommended repair (burned out headlamp). Quoted a price and i said go for it! Car runs great. Havent had any problems, but when I do, Ill call Rempt. Thank you Josh.

Recently, I brought my 2003 VW Passat wagon for repair. I knew it was bad because it was making this awful noise. Well, turns out my car was on its last leg. Josh and his crew saved my car. Josh, Zach, and crew worked tirelessly to get my car back on the road. I was very anxious to get my car back and they were patient with me. I now feel like I have a new car.Overall the price for repairing my car was VERY reasonable for what they had to do. They were very professional and friendly. We have been taking our cars to Rempt Motor Co. for over a decade and have appreciated all of the work hes done. When I was a broke college student, he was strait foward with work that needed to be done immediately and what could wait. At one point I was taking my car to Jiffy lube for oil changes, they told me I need a new oil pan. As it turns out, they had over torqued my drain plug, causing damage to the oil pan. At that point it became worth the drive from Lake Stevens to Rempt Motor Co for major work and regular maintenance.

Save yourself time and just take your auto to Rempt for service! Joshua, the owner has integrity and will show you what needs to be fixed and at a fair price. I use my car for business and stay on top of any work that needs to be done and never have to worry about being scammed.

We took our Mercedes here to have the airmatic system repaired. The owner seemed quite certain that he would be able to do the work and do it right-- he even claimed to be a certified Mercedes tech. Unfortunately for us, he did not succeed in repairing our car. He charged us $2500 for the repair and did not guarantee his work like he claimed he would in the beginning. Less than a week after getting car repaired the problem was much worse, so we called Rempt only to be given the run around. We were told numerous times that we could bring the car back and have the proper repairs made, but the owner quit answering our calls. We spent $2500 on disappointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND REMPT MOTOR COMPANY AT ALL.

Doesnt look like many cars fit in their shop. Two broken down Volvos stranded in the front of the parking lot directly in front of Rempt office. At least one flat tire on one and both are covered in a thick coat of dust making it seem as though theyve been there for quite awhile. Two different addresses for this motor company. Customer service was rude and unable/unwilling to assist with questions about my repair. In the end, my availability changed and I was unable to keep my appointment so I cannot comment on their work or rates. But my first impression said walk away.

I scheduled the B service for my MB. I was disappointed by the service I had received by a local MB dealer and decided to find an independent company. The service was provided efficiently, a full explanation of the condition of my car and a couple of things they fixed. The estimated price was also spot on. I will be coming back for my next service.

Used Google reviews to find this shop, so this rating saddens me. Was told that my car would be ready in one day. They claimed due to a 15 minute delay that they needed another half day. This tells me they stopped working on my car and worked on someone elses. I was stranded in Washingtom state trying to get home to CO. This meant I had to stay in a hotel another night. To add to it, the check engine light went on 18 miles from the shop. When I got back to Colorado, my mechanic immediately realized a hose had been taken off and not been put back on while they were working on the water pump. This caused the check engine light to come on and cost me an additional 400 to get the hose back on. I will be contacting the shop for reimbursement and will revise my review if they do the right thing.

Great shop, they got me in right away and got me a answer within the hour. Very knowledgeable with volvos. Was able to find a problem that 3 previous shops couldnt. Only complaint is I had to keep it there for a few days extra and when I called to ask if that was okay they said yea no problem, but when i got there they pointed at a paper sign and said i owed them 150 dollars in storage fees. Wasnt really upset at the storage fee but more at the idea that when I called to ask if keeping my car there was okay they didnt mention anything about it. Otherwise I would of paid 15 dollars for a uber to come pick it up instead of waiting for my friends day off. Besides that will definitely trust them with my car again

The owner of this shop has been informed that he has a very dishonest mechanic working for him by the name of Jesse Lander and the owner refuses to do anything about it. Very dishonest company😕

Just called if he can remove a plastic piece under my car. I told him you just need to unscrew the piece and put the hose back together and he said uhm hi Im a mechanic but goodluck and hung up?.. Plenty of other mechanics out there who isnt super prideful and have such high egos where they treat their customers rudely. Go somewhere else instead of dealing with this unprofessional infant.

I was having issues with my transmission, Josh said I could bring it to the shop for a free assessment, Josh has always been there for me, even to answer my endless questions. Good and honest shop with top of the line techs.
