Our RV got a flat. Our roadside assistance company paid and dispatched Greeleys Garage. After excuse after excuse, Greeleys took their payment but never came to repair our tire. They never called us with updates. My husband called every couple hours, just to get another excuse. Our family of 5 was stranded on the side of the road in a strange area overnight, until we were able to contact a different company the next morning. That new company arrived ahead of estimate and had our job completed in an hour. Would NOT recommend Greeleys to anyone I care about.

Beyond professional and helpful. My truck was brought there due to an accident and they were more than helpful.id never been in a accident before and they calmy explained the process to me . Also gave me pertinent information that helped me get the matter settled with insurance. Very patient curtious and informative team!! I Highly recommend them for future customers and service.top notch all the way!!

Seems like he cared more about his towing business than fixing cars in his garage. Got some tires mounted and balanced. One of the valve stem leaked alot of air found out it was a used valve stem. That should give you an idea of how he runs his garage.

I thought they were wonderful! They were my heroes for the day. It was one of the hottest and humid days of the summer. I came out of the house I was cleaning and my car battery was dead. I spent two hours calling two companys I thought I had roadside assistance with, than calling tow services on my own. They were the nicest ones to speak with on the phone and even though he said it would be about an hour, they were there in 20 minutes. He got my car going right away. I felt the price was right in line with prices today. They processed my card quickly. And the guy was very friendly. THANK YOU GREELEYS!

Great guys, they quoted me a job, not only did they come in under the quoted time and price they were honest to the point that one of the jobs I asked for it didnt actually need, they could have just done it and charged me and I would have known no different but instead they were honest. Absolutely will recommend them!!

Called needing asistance for road service or ultimately a tow. Granted its the middle of the night but don’t offer 24 hour service if you act like your being bothered after hours. So rude i decided to call elsewhere

I had them tow my truck, they damaged truck hooking up to it. I have before and after pics to prove it. Went to office to see what they would do. They cracked jokes at me and said one way i could avoid hetting my truck damaged is not break down and need a tow. Unbelievably the rudest place i have ever done business with. Guy behind desk said he didnt care it didnt change his paycheck one way or another.

My motorcycle just shutdown on I295 northbound near Falmouth. Called AAA and my insurance company for a tow, both told me up to a two hour wait time for a tow. Greeleys was on site in 40 minutes and Jake the tow truck driver was outstanding with service as well as professionalism.

This is the third time I have used this garage. And when I am in the area with my Peterbilt this is who I will use. These people are thieves, a while ago they broke my windshield while working on my truck and they say they didn’t. Today I tried to give them another chance but they still Did the same thing, they gave me an estimate and they went over it , even their mechanic charged me more time than actual time

HORRIABLE place! We needed a brake chamber replaced on a trailer of ours (that is a one hour job according to the labor book) not only that they didnt do it within reasonable time and they didnt charge us what is by the book but they also managed to damage the slack adjuster while replacing the brake chamber. They couldnt tell apart a leaking tire form a leaking Meritor P.S.I it took some troubleshooting before they realize what is going on... THERE WAS A HOLE AS BIG AS A QUARTER on the side of the tire!!!Long story short STAY AWAY these guys are extremely incapable !!!

The woman who answers the phone is probably the rudest person I have ever had the privilege of speaking with. Didn’t even let me finish talking and said I don’t need to hear this just stop now, you need towing and just transferred me to another person. I needed a tow for my truck and was quoted double of what I have paid in mass for a tow. The guy goes well we are the only ones around so do you want a tow or you want to stay on the side of the road cause the cops will just call us anyway. How does a place with this attitude stay in business? I called a company out of portland who came all the way to auburn and towed me cheaper. Stay away from these rude crooks!

My truck had a problem with engine big belt, your technicians changed 2 more parts, which were perfectly fine, I asked for the old parts back from you and got them inspected and all other shops told me they didn’t have any issue. And I was charged more than $1200 which turned out to be an unnecessary waste of money.

Perfect service. Driver knew just what to do, didnt screw around to run the bill up. He got me unstuck and out of the snow and back on the road and even waited to make sure I got loaded.

I had my first experience with these guys today and I could not be more Happy. I will continue to use this garage for any and all things I need done from now on. I started by talking to a man named tom (honestly the best customer service I have ever had in my life). I went in to get a few things fixed on my vehicle and actually had the wrong idea of what I needed fixed, they called me back within that hour to let me know that the parts I brought in was not not the actual issue. They also helped me return my parts to get my money back found me the part I needed for very cheap! stayed well within my budget and replaced extra things on my vehicle that needed to be done with no extra cost. I honestly highly recommend this company for anybody in this area looking to get very good quality work done.

STAY AWAY,THEY WILL RIP U OFF,its a tipical towing company,got a trailer with no brakes quote me $2500 to replace brake drums slacks even wheel seal ,when they were done my bill was $3800 they said it took em longer ,probably when u dont know what u doind and the best part i still had no brakes ,so they find the actual problem valve another $700 which the shop in my rown do for $200,stay away guys i lost $4300,and on the top they finish saturday after they were done the guy said i got 5 min to pay him or he us leaving i need it to cantact my company he did not wait close the door kept my triler till monday i had to cancel my load,brutal people,they have no mercy

So now I’m out $1500 in parts.Apparently they allow anyone to come by and pick up whatever car they want without proof that they even own the vehicle... I have the title sitting right here but my car has already been picked up... Absolute joke!Choose another company that can actually be trusted.

Unprofessional x100 heard so many f bombs from the waiting area. I swear too but dam, keep it in the bays, what if I brought my kid. Had and apt for a sticker a week in advance and no one wrote it down took 1hr and 30 mins to just pull my car in after I had to complain. They didnt apologize or check in once.

When you break down like I did about a month ago they will send and road side assistance when he gets there they will pretend to unplug things and really all they do is tell you they need to TOW YOU TO THEIR OWN REPAIR SHOP. Once you get to the shop they tell you that you need to replace a thousand things they don’t look for why you got broke down they basically over charge for their service and for the parts. Maybe one mechanic is certified 90% of their mechanics are not even certified and charge as if they are. They don’t guarantee their work. And to top it off I saw one guy fixing my truck following Google instructions I could off done that. TRUST ME THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO PRETEND TO BE CATHOLIC AND GOOD PEOPLE. Had a problem with the semi truck and expecting the hit in the belly from Mechanic but it was a easy fix. This guys are fair and honest and for me that is a good reason for recommendation .

When they lifted my van for an inspection sticker, they didnt use spacers. All the weight went to the new rockers instead of frame. Lots o damage.
