Her explanations were very thorough and my wife and I came out of the meeting feeling we understood our options very well.I think in my previous conversations I didnt ask enough questions or make my confusion with certain details known. Once she understood there were things I didnt understand she explained issues in more detail.

Mary and her team are EXTREMELY unprofessional. It depends on the way the wind blows that day to determine what wrong info youre going to be given. You cannot call the 800 number to get help, they make you call your agent. I would never recommend State Farm OR Mary Saur & her team. Additionally when you call to get answers Mary will not only talk to you like a child she will also hang up on you.
