I had a run in with a deer and Caliber brought my car back to new. My only regret was not asking them to paint my hood at the same time as I had previously had some rock chips. I didn’t know it would turn out so well. Great customer service, kept me in the loop the whole time. Thanks Robert

The guys at Caliber have always taken good care of us. We have taken 3 different cars to Caliber (2 at this location) and they were great with us. They got things done in the time they said or quicker, they were friendly and above all they did a great job fixing our cars. Even with one little slip up (the rear hatch wouldnt open when we got our car back) they jumped right on it, stayed later than normal and fixed it right away. 100% would go back.

Used these guys before when I was rear ended. So this would be the second time they replaced my bumper. They have an excellent system in place that relieves stress from the whole situation. I will not take my cars to anyone else except them. I receive excellent service every time.

Unfortunately I had to have body work twice and twice I was NOT disappointed by these friendly professionals that made the whole process seamless. They even had a rental waiting for me when I dropped my car off and I just left it there when I picked up my car.

Never been treated so well

Damage from a run in with a deer. Repair was to take 4-5 days. Service manager called me the day after I took it in to tell me that the repairs were done and the car was going to the paint shop. I would probably get it back In 2-3 days. When I said that I hoped it would be in 2 days, he said he would work on it. They called the next day at 5:25 pm to tell me it was done! (Total of 2-1/2 days!!) Not only was it repaired quickly, it was repaired right. And the car had been washed. It look like a brand new car!!

I was very impressed from the moment I called into your shop and throughout my service repair to the delivery of my vehicle. These guys worse than phenomenal.I had extremely difficult time dealing with the insurance company and Mike and his team at Caliber Collision had my best interest in mind every step of the way that made me feel like someone was looking out for me. I appreciated their communication methods I appreciated their updates and their emails and the timely manner they responded to all of my concerns. I highly recommend them they look out for you and theyre on your side!

Caliber was very easy to work with. Brett, the service gentleman I worked with was responsive, and seemed to actually care that I was happy. Service is very important these days, and the service was too notch. The waiting area was very comfortable with coffee and bottled water, although I didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes at any point. The work was completed faster than insurance could pay, which was a pain in the rear. But that wasnt Calibers fault, and they even worked with me to get me my vehicle while they waited for payment from insurance. My only complaint is that one of the electrical components in my tailgate isnt working right, but truthfully, I didnt notice right away, and I havent contacted them to fix it. Plus, its been a couple months now. So thats my fault. I highly suggest this small, comfortable shop!

I brought my 2011 Honda Civic to Empact Collision for some minor body and fender repairs and they were great to deal with. They handled everything including dealing with the insurance company, getting me a rental car, and most importantly making my car look new again. Great ServiceNormally I would not get excited about a collision repair place but these people are outstanding.From start to finish they handled everything. Kelly was our contact person and made sure all aspects were covered. Caliber worked seemlessly with our insurer (USAA - also the best) to deal with everything including rental car and towing service.

My car was recently hit and I have to say that Caliber Collision in Auburn was a godsend.Brendan Coach, my customer service consultant told me that he would update me daily and he did. They made sure Enterprise rental car picked me up and I was able to leave the rental car there when my car was completed. Also once my car was completed Brendan stayed after closing to wait for me to get there from work. My car looks fsntastic you cant tell it was in an accident. They also detailed my car!They truly made being in the trauma of a hit and run accident as pain free as possible. I honestly have never had such great customer service in a body shop in my lifetime. A+ service!
