Everyone in this office is very friendly and helpful. I have been going for less than a year now after my Mom referred me to them. I am very excited to say that as of my last appointment, the pain in my neck hasnt returned!!! 😮🥰 They have a lifetime customer here!! If you have been considering it, just do it, you wont regret it! They even help pets for a $10 donation and that goes to the school they attended before opening the practice. Thank you so much guys!!!

I was already going to a chiropractor up in Kent but since they close Saturdays I had a bad flare up few months ago and tried these guys ever since then they are my go to. I had my first massage here yesterday and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Amazing staff great doctors

Looked and found the perfect place! There service is beyond what I could of asked for. Super friendly staff and likes to get to know you and knows every customer by name. I work in food service and do a lot of heavy lifting and went in with neck tightness and lower back pain. They had me see Dr. Carlos and he did exactly just what I wanted (adjustments for both areas). I would highly recommend and they take insurance and prices are super affordable if you would like to pay out of pocket. My visit was 10/10 and will be going back moving forward

I was never a big fan of chiropractors due to a bad experience I had in the past but after hurting my back years ago the pain came back and got really bad. I came here awhile back and since then I come here regularly for care. Drs are really professional and care about their patients needs and have great staff and also have good massage therapists.

The chiropractors, massage therapists, front and back office staff here are incredible. Their main focus is their patients.After hurting my back, I got in the day after I called, went back later the day I was seen and got a massage. Then I went in the day after to help ease the pain I was having. Everyones help is what got me on the path to recovery.The entire staff here deserves to have their names lauded and and shouted from the rooftops. I have been coming in for a year or so. I moved from Oklahoma and I was scared to try a chiropractor here in Washington since I’ve had bad experiences in the past. Dr Carlos is really professional and everyone here is super friendly.

I had been in near-constant pain for much of my adult life caused by numerous accidents over the years. I began seeing Dr. Henke about a year ago. The first six weeks were ROUGH, because he was retraining my spine to be closer to what it should be. Things slowly improved from there and one day after almost a year of work, I realized I was pain-free. Im in maintenance mode now and could not be more satisfied.

Love this place! Always treated kindly. They get the job done and get u out of there pretty fast but not too fast that u feel rushed. If there were more stars I would fill them too! 💙u guys and girls keep up the hard work. U are all my life savers👌🙏

My back was bothering me a lot. I had been to another chiropractor but that didn’t work out. I went to Lakeland hills family chiropractic and Dr. Carlos helped me experience instant relief and We’ve been working together for the past couple months and now my spine is better than it’s been in years. I only have to go 2 times a month now as opposed to the 2 times a week I started out at. They have much better equipment, flexible walk ins, friendly staff, keurig in the waiting area, and really decent prices. We got a better rate since my wife and I go together and pay monthly. If you need to see a chiropractor, save yourself trouble and try this place first!

This is meant to be constructive criticism:Almost EVERYTIME I have made an appointment here for an adjustment, I am seen 30-40 minutes after the scheduled appointment. I can understand 10 minutes later or if it was one time, but it happens every time.it’s beyond frustrating especially when I have things to do and can’t afford waiting that long to be seen every single time.If the time management improved then I would’ve rated this facility higher.

Went to this chiropracter, was told about discount for new patient examination for only $50. Later, charged $50 cash and was billed 300$ to insurance. advised by chiropracter to come again and again reasoning displaced hip. In fact was just a muscle pain. Dont give them your insurance if not required.

I have been going to this office for almost 5 years and am still just as happy as when I first started. Both of the Doctors are friendly, caring, and they make sure your health is their top priority. The staff is amazing and they have awesome patient appreciation days! I will continue to recommend this office to my family and friends.

My treatment experience was adequate. However, I am removing one star for each month I have had to wait for the office staff to provide my files to the insurance company. So actually the rating should be zero stars, and in two days it will be negative stars. I have now been waiting for a full 5 months for them to send my records to the insurance company so that I could complete my claim. I think we are on the 3rd or 4th CD going out in the mail that either doesnt arrive or shows up blank. No idea why we are sending CDs around in the mail and pretending its still 1995. In this day and age, there is no excuse for not having technology to send files of any size instantly. I have been reassured countless times that this is being handled, (by the front desk staff, the office manager, and the doctors) and every time the ball has been dropped. If you have been in an accident and want to settle your claim in a timely manner, you will need to be treated by a different office. It seems to be beyond the capability of this staff.

Highly recommended for chiropractic and great massage therapists,Strongly DO NOT recommend for injury or car accidents.They gave out my number to an attorney who called me nonstop while I was at work.Currently trying to force me into an attorney while there isnt even a case or anything and even purposely postponed my adjustment to lecture me about my NEED for an attorney or he doesnt get paid (apparently its office policy but they didnt tell me until halfway through treatment), resulting in making me late for another doctors appointment I had.It feels like when it comes to car accidents or injuries, they care more about getting money than my health.Currently trying to end things and never step foot in their office again to be honest.
