Very nice landlord, great place to stay.

By far the best landlords Ive had. Very professional. Always responded quickly if there was an issue, though rarely was it necessary because the apartment was in great shape the day we moved in. If I still lived in Maine I would be living in a Great Falls Development Group property!

I began my landlord/ tenant relationship with Great Falls Development Group (GFDG) in May 2012. This has been by far my best rental experience. The members of GFDG, are always available and personable. They are are prompt in responding to any building maintenance matters, which are few and far between because the building unit is so well cared for. My apartment was immaculately clean and freshly painted when I moved in. I also requested that my unit include a washer/dryer, which was accommodated with a nominal increase in rent. My apartment bathroom was also re-modeled during my first year! These before mentioned details demonstrate GFDGs level of commitment in keeping tenants satisfied. Additionally, the partners provide tenants with seasonal thank you for renting with us gift certificates to local business. I definitely feel valued, secure, and settled in my landlord/tenant relationship with GFDG- I even moved upstairs to a larger unit after I got married in 2015 so I could keep renting with them!
