We lived here for 9 months and absolutely loved it! The manager Jen was always quick to respond and resolve any concerns or issues. I would recommend these townhomes with no doubt and would move back in a second.

(Edited) We have lived here for a few years and they have really stepped up in the past couple years to revive this place. It is much much nicer than when we moved in and the management has been extremely helpful during the pandemic.

Kelly (the office manager) was so incredibly helpful! She answered all of my questions regarding Auburn Townhomes and sent pictures of vacant listings. (My family and I were moving from Wisconsin, & everything was able to be done over the phone or online.) After seeing the place in person, I would reccommend to anyone! One of the only apartments in the area that allow big dogs, and the homes are in a nice park-like setting!

The manager is excellent; prompt, responsive and professional. The noise from the interstate is distant, it is a fairly quiet neighborhood. If you live close to the pool it can be a little noisy during the summer though.

We love this place! Manager is super sweet and always in a good mood. Wood burning fire place in unit is great during the cold rainy weather. Freeway is about 10 seconds away. Close to raleys, longhorn meat company, machados orchard, bagel junction 😍 and lots more. We love living here and so do the kids. Very quiet and dog friendly!

This place is adorable. We were new to Auburn when we moved in here and when we toured these town homes we fell in love! There was plenty of room for our family in the space and the management was so helpful. Whenever we had a maintenance request or needed a recommendation on where to shop or eat, the manager would point us in the right direction. The house and the land around us was maintained well and you really just cant beat the location. So close to everything. We could have lived there forever but had to move out of town for family reasons. But if we ever return to Auburn we will surely be back to rent there again.
