Clean outside and hallways clean, dont see hallway hangouts

I love these apartments especially because there affordable and they are touching things up beautiful layout living room spacious

When I signed my contract and moved in the resident manager Tammy was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, since then she and the rest of the staff have not been helpful at all. Our entire building has rats and while they have acknowledged this they have done nothing. They have indicated they are going to set traps, which has yet to be done but nothing else has been done. When I asked Tammy who the owner of the community is or even the property mgmt. group she told me she is not going to give that information out. When I conducted a King County records search I was able to find out that the property management group is Détente Mgmt from Mercer Island. When I attempted to contact the property mgmt. group the phone rang without a voice mail or answering service. I am writing this review because I dont want anyone else to have to go through what I have been through and am continuing to go experience.

Worst place on the planet i had to move cause they wouldnt bring in professional exterminators to take care of the cockroach that the nabors broght with them when they moved in.

Horrible neighborhood. Drug activity, loud and cops are here all the time. They do not keep the laundry room and halls clean. Its disgusting. The lock on the front door of the building has been broke for months! They could do a lot better job keeping it clean but it seems like they just dont care!!

Has improved alot, from the last report looking good now
