I used Pine State Pest Solutions for the first time this year for brown-tail moths and tick/mosquito control. I just assumed it would be incredibly expense but was shocked at how affordable--and effective--it was. They saved my apple trees being decimated by brown-tail moths in one treatment and we went from having ticks being a daily occurrence to not seeing one all summer. Also, the added mosquito treatment left me bug bite free all summer--and that is saying A LOT. Im a customer for life. Highly recommend giving this local company a call.

They are a lot of drama and ineffective. They like to create tenant/landlord disputes, and if they called the landlords dirtbags to us, I imagine the reverse is also true. So bugs still a problem months later but now there’s drama with the landlord. Way to go. Pine State Pests.

Pine State has been treating our house for ticks for two years. Prior to using their services, my son was treated for Lyme twice and we found ticks on our dog and cats almost daily. This past tick season we didnt find a single tick on our animals or in our house. Its worth every penny!

Great service. One time had a squirrel in my home and was completely freaked out. They came with in 20 min, found the point of entry and sealed the hole.

I gave a one star review last year for making an appt and getting a no show no call and no return call after trying to follow up for a week. I would give zero stars if I could now. I decided to give this company another chance after reading all the five star reviews. Maybe there was a hiccup in their communication. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon and left message, received a call back Thursday. She would have someone come out around three to do an inspection. Two guys showed up. They were super nice. I had a tiny Tupperware container with three bugs. After they inspected all the rooms and furniture they told me that had to take the sample I gave them back to have their boss take a peek under the microscope to determine what kind of bug it was. I should hear from him tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and went, followed by the weekend. I called them Monday afternoon and left message, as of Tuesday at 2pm no call. I dont know how this company stays in business or do they just rely on the bigger jobs to make money. Just completely unprofessional. Wont make the same mistake a third time.

Needed to call the team at Pine State Pest Solutions to take care of some little woodland creatures that were destroying our yard and nesting in the undercarriage of the car. The owner came over the same day I called, did a through examination of the grounds, and walked us through a series of options. The other day I spoke with an employee that works here.. Joe I believe his name was. He was doing his job, and I pulled him aside at a store and starting asking him questions about pest control related issues I am having at my business and home. Normally I would get “sorry please call the office to schedule an appointment, or I’m on the clock and I can’t talk right now”. Not this guy.. we talked for about 15-20 minutes, and every question I had I got my answers before the questions were even finished.. very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his job. You don’t find many employees that are willing to talk or give knowledge without pressing jobs down your throat. I respected that very much. I used a bigger company now, but I will be switching everything over to this company because of this employee. Highly recommend! I’m not sure who the owner is, but you’ve got yourself a good egg with this guy. Keep it up!

Pine State Pest did an absolutely amazing job. Every technician that we had the pleasure of meeting was not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable. One of the biggest surprises was when the owner of the company showed up the day of the treatment. This company definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to pest management and is very thorough in their approach.The good news is while putting the house back together, we have found no live signs of the little critters. The scary part is that I found many dead ones in the dresser drawers and even in the large dresser nearest the exit to the bedroom. When I first found them on the mattress and then did an inspection of the furniture I couldn’t find a trace. We originally thought the worst of the problem was just the mattress. Just goes to show how crafty these bugs are. So the heat treatment was absolutely the best approach as it was able to eliminate the ones that were hiding in the cracks and crevices.

Only 4 stars for now because I was the 1st call of the day & yet the tech was late. Not a huge deal except that I had to keep the chickens confined until he came and the chickens were not happy. The important issues are the staff is great and most importantly is that the ticks are controlled. I am happy with their services & have recommended them from my experience with them last year.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars now 😊

I have used their tick service for the first time this Spring and Summer. They spray a large area over my property and we gave noticed a substantial decrease in the amount of ticks. They are very professional, offer discounts, and their prices are fair. I would highly recommend their service.

We had a severe carpenter ant infestation in our garage. We called these guys and were expecting them to simply survey the damage and then have to make a separate appointment for them to come back to do the work. They sent two techs over, who checked out damage and immediately went to work treating the inside and the outside of both our home and garage areas. They were personable and professional. A few days later we saw one ant and gave them a second call. They returned and again treated the inside, with a promise to come back to treat the outside one more time, once the rain stopped, which they did. The price was very fair and we would highly recommend them! We plan to use them on a regular basis for maintenance treatments.

Filled out the online inquiry form = no response. A few weeks later, I emailed them directly and after several emails made appointment for an inspection last Friday 8/24 at 9AM . No show by 10:20, so I call the office, where all I can do is leave a message. At 11AM I replied to the email between Parker and Caroline Adams, and myself (in which the appointment was confirmed). It is now Monday at 7:50PM and Ive heard from no one at Pine State Pest. I will now make an appointment with a competitor and wait several more weeks for my inspection. So much for trying to support local businesses.

Wonderful, professional, courteous staff! No need to remember scheduling, they are on top of things. The pests are no longer an issue, Pine State Pest has a client for life, I refer them to everyone, my daughter uses them as well.

10/29 I called for mouse service,told $450,no problem.They showed up same day and placed everything for removal, 3-5 days they were to come back to remove trapped mice and seal up spots needed. I asked for 3 days as I have small kids and animals and didn’t want dead mice around the basement. 2 weeks later I get a call to schedule someone to come out, after I explained that we had already cleaned everything up ourselves due to no one coming out I was told I will not be billed for service but will be charged for equipment, no problem, invoice received for $181. I replied asking when someone would be out to pick up the black boxes outside, emails exchanged ( mixing up my house with someone else’s) and I called to leave a message to discuss, no response. Today 11/29 I get an invoice for $380 and was told that they decided to charge me for the services and if I don’t want the boxes outside they won’t charge me. So I call and am told that the owner said to charge me,even though they did not come back or return my calls or emails,but my invoice went from $450 to $181 to $380 and I cleaned up all the traps,dead mice, sealed my basement spots myself and still have boxes that I’ve request via email and. Phone to be removed. Communication and organization is lacking and this is company no one should get involved in. Be careful!!

DO not abandon hope - or sell your home like i almost did! Just call Parker and his crew! 5 stars is not enough for these guys!I cannot say enough good things about this company. The customer service is a A+ +. The application is second-to-none I have used other services that are well-known that cannot even come close to competing with Parker and his crew. I have never had any issues with them and they have been extremely responsive every time that I have called.Before i took the drastic step of just about giving my house away I called Pine State Pest...I have used them for mosquitos and ticks with great results. and then the STINK BUGS took over... I tried EVERYTHING - every home remedy, everything but they were everywhere, I went to the grocery store and one fell out of my purse.. not good! I was at my wits end and called, they came the next day and sprayed.. now i have none! if something smells now i cant blame it on a bug.In the past I had used another local company for mice removal. I have a HUGE mouse problem also, it took several trips to my house.. but the little pitter pat of tiny paws are not ancient history..If you are looking for Pest Control look no further this is the place you need to be- they are the best hands down

Great service! We live in thr country with lots of ticks. I was finding ticks in my house on a daily basis. We even had a lyme scare with our 2 year old daughter. We had enough, so we called Pine State. Parker and his team were at our house within days. They sprayed the yard and house perimeter and I have not seen a tick yet! Showed up on time, which is actually rate for service companies these days, and worked efficiently. Lawn was expertly treated for ticks and they even sprayed for hornets in the recessed lighting on my porch.
