The equipment failed a year agoThey had to replace the WallyI called to cancel because the picture quality and channel selection are awful and now they tell me when we replaced your equipment you signed up for another yearThat is a lieYour equipment failed! I was with Dish for over 18 years. Attempted to get new service customer service horrible no acknowledgement of packaging for valued customer. Management over talk you. I wouldn’t recommend DISH. Buyers BEWARE!
